Very nice experience staying in this lovely historical home. This older home has been remodeled but the beautiful ornate woodwork was left to enjoy. Nicely decorated, comfy beds, good location, well equipped, any questions were answered quickly. Quick and convenient drive to the UT Medical Center which was the need for our stay in Knoxville. The owner was quick to help us extend our stay and answer questions when needed. Would absolutely stay again!

We only spent one night here but it was very nice. Clean and accurately described. We wanted to eat in, and the kitchen was wonderful to make our meal. We got groceries from Three Rivers close by. Street noise was there (train horn, party music somewhere close by) but manageable. Thank you!

This is a lovely property. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It was a great base for our exploration of Knoxville. Close to all of our chosen adventures with great proximity to Xul brewing (walkable). We had very few complaints. We wish there had been more glassware and were very sad there was no coffee pot.The one thing we really weren't thrilled with were the floors, which were not clean. The rest of the apartment was clean; the floors not so much .Overall, ww loved this property and would stay again.

We were only there for the night while passing through Knoxville. This is a beautiful, clean & spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a full kitchen and a spacious yard to park at least 2 cars safely at night. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved our stay here. Our accommodations were spacious,. The house is well cared for. We loved morning coffee on the back deck, the beds were comfy and the baths well stocked. Check-in information was easy to understand and our host left lots of suggestions of places to visit in the area. We loved. AST General store and the restaurants downtown are great. Be sure to visit Calhouns on the river and enjoy a river walk stroll.

We stayed for a weekend here and the house was as expected. There is plenty of parking behind the house if needed. It is convenient to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. Everything was very clean. We didn’t use the kitchen or deck area so I won’t comment. There could have been a little more seating in the living room given it sleeps six, but overall, we would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived the property had not been properly cleaned. Contacted Missy and she was quick to reply and made other arrangements for us. The apartment upstairs was available and she transferred our rental to the upstairs apartment. The house is an older home with beautiful woodwork, creaky wood floors, and beautiful windows.We found the rental comfortable and sleep well in the bed.

House is absolutely gorgeous! Clean, well stocked. Location is amazing to get to the University and anywhere else you’d like to go. Master shower is a little tight but would definitely stay here again.

Host was very prompt in communication! Nice historic home with easy access to downtown Knoxville/UofTN. Spacious comfortable rooms; easy parking out front; clean & well maintained. "Neighborhood" of historic homes actually 1 short street of houses in an otherwise not-that-exciting location right by interstate and train tracks, but perfect for our quick weekend getaway!

We enjoyed our stay here for long weekend right before Christmas. The house is as advertised. It was myself and my two adult daughters, and space was more than adequate. The house very clean and the process of check in and out was seamless. I would recommend this house if it fits your needs.

I think this is a wonderful place in an up and coming area. I have no complaints about the property. 2 couples went for a long weekend and there was so much room! Easy communication with host and we would definitely stay here again. Very close to many restaurants and things to do and could be walked to but we just chose to uber because it only being $5.

We traveled from Georgia to see our daughter. She coordinated an event & this location was perfectly located between her house & the event location. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was warm & inviting & it had everything that we needed. There was an issue with the water in the kitchen, but I contacted Missy & she got the issue resolved immediately. Couldn't have asked for better service! We will recommend to our friends and will stay with them again.

Very nice property. Large older house that had been renovated. If I had one critique it would be that we didn’t feel comfortable walking into town from that location and chose to drive. Everything was within 5-10 minutes by car.

Close to all of our chosen adventures with great proximity to Xul brewing (walkable). We had very few complaints. We wish there had been more glassware and were very sad there was no coffee pot.The one thing we really weren't thrilled with were the floors, which were not clean. The rest of the apartment was clean; the floors not so much .Overall, ww loved this property and would stay again.

This was a cute home and we loved how well renovated it was! It was close enough to everything but nothing was really walkable! Would definitely recommend though!

As advertised. Great unit with plenty of space, updated amenities, and easy access to explore downtown Knoxville without being in the immediate mess of downtown. Would definitely stay again

Host was very prompt in communication! Nice historic home with easy access to downtown Knoxville/UofTN. Spacious comfortable rooms; easy parking out front; clean & well maintained. "Neighborhood" of historic homes actually 1 short street of houses in an otherwise not-that-exciting location right by interstate and train tracks, but perfect for our quick weekend getaway!

We stayed for a weekend here and the house was as expected. There is plenty of parking behind the house if needed. It is convenient to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. Everything was very clean. We didn’t use the kitchen or deck area so I won’t comment. There could have been a little more seating in the living room given it sleeps six, but overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice experience staying in this lovely historical home. This older home has been remodeled but the beautiful ornate woodwork was left to enjoy. Nicely decorated, comfy beds, good location, well equipped, any questions were answered quickly. Quick and convenient drive to the UT Medical Center which was the need for our stay in Knoxville. The owner was quick to help us extend our stay and answer questions when needed. Would absolutely stay again!

2 night stay for a girls getaway/Blake Shelton concert. Condo itself was very nice and welcoming. Would have been interesting to have known the history of the home itself.
