Tiki Time - POOL/Spa/GAME ROOM/Views/STEPS TO THE BEACH

This location was perfect for us. We had a lot of littles that stayed with us and the space was perfect. They enjoyed the hot tub and pool that we had access to and the short walk to the beach. No issues while we were there. Communication with owners were responsive and they assisted us with any need we had. We do wish we had more seating for the evenings, but that was only because of our own preference. There was lots of space.

Excellent experience, very nice complex

Great location with a pool, hot tub, and the ocean right across the street. Place was clean, neat, items inside the place where easy to find, and place was as advertised. The kids loved all the games, and boogie boards that were provided. It was really nice to stay at a place that had linens, towels, starter consumables and more. It was like staying at a hotel but our own place. It make shopping that much easier when you just needed to focus on food and drinks. Any minor issues that we had were taken care of by the property manager right away. They were very communicative and always checked in to see how our stay was. Would recommend using the pool closest to the ocean versus the pool attached to our building as it is smaller and was not very clean. The outside of the building has a lot of wear and tear and could use an update, but inside our place was pretty nice. Also the dumpsters where right at the bottom of our outside staircase, and trash company would come and empty them everyday around 5am. Other than these minor things, the vacation was amazing.

3rd-floor corner unit condo across the street from beach access with some views of the ocean. It is walkable to a few casual restaurants, but there are a bunch of great restaurants, ice cream shops, and mini golf options nearby. Our teens loved the shuffleboard, air hockey, and Tiki theme - super cute. Balconies on the first and second floors were great to hang out on at night. The condo was well equipped in the kitchen as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, tiki speakers, and everything you could need!

Used this for a group on a golf trip. Great location, great amenities and awesome communication from owner.
