We were pleasantly surprised with our accommodations in Tropic. The property was so conveniently located, super close to Bryce Canyon but away from the crowds and noise. It was a wonderful oasis for our family of 3. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and provided everything we needed. We especially loved the great variety of Keurig coffees and teas, the delicious chocolate truffles, the wonderful shampoo, conditioner and body wash, the great towels and extra blankets. It was super handy to have a washer and dryer in the unit, along with just enough detergent and laundry sheets for our use. We also loved that we didn't need to wash any sheets or towels or even take out the trash before leaving, which many other places ask you to do. We'll definitely stay here again if we visit Bryce Canyon! Mahalo for such a fantastic stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was comfortable, well appointed, and super clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook dinner. The options on the TV were endless and it was probably the best cell reception we’d had our entire trip. It was so nice to sit on the large patio, soak up the sun, and enjoy the countryside after a long day at nearby Bryce Canyon. Michael and Jennifer were super hosts. They genuinely care about their guests and property, it shows in all they do.

Excellent communication from the owners, they allowed us to check in early as we arrived early. Very cute space with tons of amenities available to accommodate all your needs and more. At first my mom was feeling skeptical about staying in the area, but all was well. Michael and Jennifer were right upstairs in case we needed anything. Their place is right outside of Bryce Canyon as stated, would definitely stay here again.

This place is just a 15 minute drive to Bryce Canyon. It's easy to find and super comfortable and clean. What makes it extra special are all the little touches that the host, Jennifer put in place. For instance, it was really cold when we arrived, but she had the thermostat up at a comfortable temperature so when we arrived, the place was already warm. There were a bunch of Keurig options and the water in the Keurig was already filled. There was filtered water (Britta) in the refrig and adjustable night lights, which were a huge help! The cherry on top was how easy the check out was. We didn't have to strip the sheets, take out the trash and she even said leave the dishes in the sink. I've stayed at a lot of rentals and this was the first time anyone had said to leave dishes! One of the worst things is when a place has a long list of rules about checking out and you are already paying a cleaning fee! Jennifer is a top tier host, I wish she could run any property I stay at in the future!

Excellent rental for our needs to stay near Bryce Canyon. Only a 10 min car ride to the park. Traveling with 2 adult friends who slept in the smaller beds while my husband and I the private bedroom. The place is comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed meeting our hosts Jennifer and Mike, they were very friendly and helpful. We sat outdoors some evenings and enjoyed the hummingbirds around their feeder. We appreciated that the kitchen had some useful items we didnt need to purchase (salt, pepper, spices). If I am traveling this way again I would stay here again

We had a really good stay here... literally just 12-15 minutes from the park entrance. This place was very clean and honestly, I didn't think the pictures did it justice... very cute inside and comfortable for our party of 4 adults. A tiny bit off the beaten path... but kind of what you're looking for anyway near a national park. Large bathroom w/nice shower and anything you need in the kitchen to make a quick meal. I would 100% stay here again.

Only issue, and one that had no bearing on our stay was the outside appearance gave us pause, as the yard was unkept and paint was peeling off the treated wood deck. But never judge a book by the cover. The apartment was spectacular and we spent our outside time at the parks.

What a wonderful place to stay! When we pulled into the driveway, Jennifer came out to greet us and provide an overview of the home and availability of restaurants and grocery stores as well as answer any questions we had. The home itself is lovely. In addition, you can tell the hosts know what they are doing. There are easy to follow instructions to make use of the WiFi, TV, Nest thermostat, check out instructions, etc. They also provide a notebook with nearby restaurant menus, and local attractions. The WiFi connection is secure and quite fast (for 2023) with download speed around 300 Mbps.

The host met us on arrival and provided invaluable information and was a true joy to meet. The studio was OUTSTANDING and is a SPECIAL Place. You could tell immediately upon entering the studio that much love and care was put into it. We only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy all that it offered. Highly recommended.

Staying at Bryce Vistas was a great decision! It is so close to Bryce Canyon and probably the most comfortable and clean vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Jennifer and Michael gave wonderful communication especially about directions and location. They thought of everything in the apartment to make your stay cozy and homey. There is not a lot around in the very small town, but they have a market and excellent pizza place. If you are looking for a clean, comfy, quiet, spot close to the canyon, I definitely recommend Bryce Vistas!

The ultimate base for hiking in Bryce National Park. Close to the entrance to the park and at the same time located in a quiet and pleasant area. The host is a pleasant person who constantly wanted to help and was available for us. The apartment has everything a couple could ask for. There are also 2 teenage beds so the apartment can also be suitable for families with children. Highly recommended!

The location was quiet and convenient, just down the road off the highway. Communications were friendly and prompt, and Jennifer was a delight to meet when we arrived. There were plenty of Bryce and other resources in the apartment to help with activity planning. It was a great stay.

This listing was superb in every respect! The property was super clean and comfortable. It is perfectly set up for a family of four, but could accommodate more. Michael was very prompt in replying to our questions, met us at check-in, and provided some great tips about the area. We would recommend this property without reservation.

Excellent rental for our needs to stay near Bryce Canyon. Only a 10 min car ride to the park. Traveling with 2 adult friends who slept in the smaller beds while my husband and I the private bedroom. The place is comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed meeting our hosts Jennifer and Mike, they were very friendly and helpful. We sat outdoors some evenings and enjoyed the hummingbirds around their feeder. We appreciated that the kitchen had some useful items we didnt need to purchase (salt, pepper, spices). If I am traveling this way again I would stay here again

It was a wonderful oasis for our family of 3. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and provided everything we needed. We especially loved the great variety of Keurig coffees and teas, the delicious chocolate truffles, the wonderful shampoo, conditioner and body wash, the great towels and extra blankets. It was super handy to have a washer and dryer in the unit, along with just enough detergent and laundry sheets for our use. We also loved that we didn't need to wash any sheets or towels or even take out the trash before leaving, which many other places ask you to do. We'll definitely stay here again if we visit Bryce Canyon! Mahalo for such a fantastic stay!

This rental is so wonderful!!! I cannot say enough good things about the owner, the location and the property. We were greeted with a warm smile and the good feelings continued as we explored the wonderful property. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to go to Bryce or other nearby parks. You can even see Bryce from the yard. There is everything you need to be comfortable and feel loved. I would definitely return!!! The photos do not do it justice....it is so so nice. Staying at Bryce Vistas was a great decision! It is so close to Bryce Canyon and probably the most comfortable and clean vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Jennifer and Michael gave wonderful communication especially about directions and location. They thought of everything in the apartment to make your stay cozy and homey. There is not a lot around in the very small town, but they have a market and excellent pizza place. If you are looking for a clean, comfy, quiet, spot close to the canyon, I definitely recommend Bryce Vistas!

We had a really good stay here... literally just 12-15 minutes from the park entrance. This place was very clean and honestly, I didn't think the pictures did it justice... very cute inside and comfortable for our party of 4 adults. A tiny bit off the beaten path... but kind of what you're looking for anyway near a national park. Large bathroom w/nice shower and anything you need in the kitchen to make a quick meal. I would 100% stay here again.

We had everything we could ask for in this unit. It was very clean and well supplied. Mike & Jennifer were available and helpful and great hosts. It's reasonably close to Bryce (maybe 15 minutes) and the little town of Tropic has some decent restaurants and a nice grocery. We also did a day trip to Capitol Reef from here.

Very nice private quiet apartment near Bryce. Everything you need is in the apartment. Jennifer provided wonderful information for the area. We loved Stone Hearth Grill for dinner and went back the second night too. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay! When we pulled into the driveway, Jennifer came out to greet us and provide an overview of the home and availability of restaurants and grocery stores as well as answer any questions we had. The home itself is lovely. In addition, you can tell the hosts know what they are doing. There are easy to follow instructions to make use of the WiFi, TV, Nest thermostat, check out instructions, etc. They also provide a notebook with nearby restaurant menus, and local attractions. The WiFi connection is secure and quite fast (for 2023) with download speed around 300 Mbps.

The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure every detail was thought of. The apartment is small in square footage but the design is spacious and was perfect. The perks of coffee, filtered water and creamer was so nice. We really wish we could have stayed longer than one night. If we are ever near Bryce again we will definitely stay again!

This town is tiny and I was a little intimidated not knowing where I was. The host was so friendly and sweet, the town feels safe, and if you are nervous about traveling and staying in locations that may feel a bit strange, trust me - this one is not just okay, it's great. Very nice space, fluffy towels, comfy bed, it was all exactly what I was looking for! Host also gave us some info on restaurants in town (pizza place was fab) and we were very happy with our stay.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the apartment was and it smelled great! We were welcomed by the owner which was nice. We had no trouble with the gps finding the location. Am schönsten fanden wir es, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Kolibris an der Wassertränke zuzuschauen.
