My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. The home was clean with a nice view. It is in the perfect location. We went to all of the San Diego attractions. It was so easy to get everywhere. Ymrhe kitchen was fully equipped and it also had a nice grill I'm the patio. I definitely would recommend staying here.

We have stayed here in the past and returned for a short stay this time. Very comfy beds great view and good parking. Would def recommend for a small family or perhaps a couple.

Checking in was super easy and the RWAV team was very communcative. Very family friendly home, with some games for kids. Our 1.5 year old enjoyed the charades game even though the timer was missing. Clean house and enough towels and blankets for everyone. Heater did take some time to turn on, but once it was going it got cozy quickly. Planes taking off were not an issue, it wasn't any louder than turning on the A/C. Great view both day and night. Limited parking though it wasn't hard for our guests to street park. Felt very safe and comfortable.

Very nice place. It is within walking distance to Little Italy. FYI - You will have to go up and down a few blocks of hills if you walk anywhere. It does overlook the airport runway where planes land and takeoff, so if you are not wanting the noise when you are enjoying the outdoor patio it’s not for you. But inside the house you don't really notice it. The positive of overlooking the runway is that it also overlooks the Harbor. It was a great place that suited our vacation perfectly with great communication from the owners. Definitely would stay here again!!

Absolutely the best, cleanest, most organized VRBO property I’ve ever rented. All communications were easy and quick. Having QR codes throughout the property for assistance and the Renter’s Guide were great. The property itself is superb in all aspects, from cleanliness to amenities to the stunning view of the airport and Bay. We are already planning another stay later this year!

Surprising our Navy son that returned to San Diego (after being in Washington for the last 18 months) Our stay was AMAZING! It was our first time using your company and we will be back! Everything about our stay was perfect and I loved the QR codes that explained how to use everything in the home! The place was so relaxing and the view of San Diego lights at night were breathtaking. We even got a free fireworks show while in the back patio, lol The home was clean and there was all kinds of extras, everything from salt & pepper to a buggy board (if you needed it). We had a dish of snacks and bottles of water when we arrived! (That was so sweet). Only one time we said hello to our neighbor, it is a very quiet neighborhood, we felt safe and everyone was friendly. The washer/dryer came in handy after our six hour; bay boat trip, I washed everyone's bathing suits and beach towels so they were clean and ready for the next day at the Beach! Thank you guys again, we enjoyed our vacation and your rental!

We loved this property. Clean, beautiful, had amazing views and easy access to airport and the MCRD. We didn't use much but the owners had everything you could possibly need if you were flying in and came with limited luggage. They checked in often and made everything from checking in and out a breeze. I would love to stay here again if we end up in the area again.

We really enjoyed our first visit to San Diego. Your home is in the perfect location, everything we did was within 15-20 mins. Thank you for leaving the binder with so much information on excursions, restaurants, shopping and sights to see. We have stayed at many different places and that is not always offered. The owners were easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had promptly. The home was clean, perfect size and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in the San Diego area.

Nice view. Very clean. Felt like home. Great communication with owners. Plane sound wasn't an issue. Sound machine in each bedroom was awesome since we all sleep with sound machines at home. I would definitely recommend staying here. I went with family but this place can also be romantic for a couple. Unopened fresh bag of coffee was a nice touch.

The location of this place alone was fantastic. Short driving distance to all major hot spots on the vacation list. House was extremely well stocked with towels, toiletries, and kitchen essentials. Porch setting overlooked the airport and bay. Great place for our family of 5!

Beautiful property with an easy check-in process. My flight was a little early so I reached out the property manager who let my family and I check in earlier than scheduled. We did have an issue with the upstairs neighbors being a little loud but management was able to get that squared away. 5 stars from me.

We were very happy with our 4 night stay in this property. The Rental With A View staff was quick to respond to our communications and allowed us to leave our luggage in a secure room on the property before check-in. The location was perfect for our needs - in a nice neighborhood close to the airport yet high enough to afford a terrific view of the harbor. I love watching airplanes depart and land at airports, and this was the perfect spot to do so. The windows in this property provide excellent insulation from the sound of the airport operations. The property is clean, nicely furnished and well equipped, and I found my bed to be quite comfortable. I love that I've found an alternative to the "usual suspects" when it comes to short term rentals in San Diego.

The property is exactly as described and shown in the listing. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of linens provided, basics like toiletries, spices, storage baggies, washing detergent, was provided. Communication with the host was superb. They replied to any questions very quickly and made themselves easily available. The view was breathtaking, and we loved how central the property was to all the places we went to. The walls and ceiling are very thin. We were lucky to have quiet upstairs guests the first half of our stay, but had others that stayed up late the latter part of our stay. We knew all this going in by reading previous reviews. We enjoyed our stay at this property and would recommend it.

Nice location. Nice place with one major exception noise from upstairs residents ( constant squeaking/pounding footsteps, etc due to little or no insulation under/over floorboards. Airport and freeway noise was mild compared to this noise. I have lived in many two story homes; never heard noise like this before: ever. Area rugs and carpeting on upstairs floors would probably help damper the noise… it’s NOT nice to be on vacation and have to wake up to this.

We were so comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. It was very toddler friendly, clean, close to everything, and had a great view. It was definitely one of our favorite stays. Only thing is we had some trouble getting into the home at first, the code provided wasn’t working but customer service helped us out. Other than that it was all perfect!

First the good. Great view, Nice Unit. Very attentive owner/management team. Now the bad. This unit is (down stairs) ground floor and it is LOUD ! The renters above us were SO LOUD we got very little sleep so we checked out two days early...you read that right, checked out two whole days early. You've been warned.

Was a great location and plenty of room! Loved watching planes come and go. Could hear upstairs neighbors walking around, which was only frustrating when it was after midnight - which happened a couple of nights if our stay. Otherwise place was great!

The property is exactly as described and shown in the listing. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of linens provided, basics like toiletries, spices, storage baggies, washing detergent, was provided. Communication with the host was superb. They replied to any questions very quickly and made themselves easily available. The view was breathtaking, and we loved how central the property was to all the places we went to. The walls and ceiling are very thin. We were lucky to have quiet upstairs guests the first half of our stay, but had others that stayed up late the latter part of our stay. We knew all this going in by reading previous reviews. We enjoyed our stay at this property and would recommend it.

Surprising our Navy son that returned to San Diego (after being in Washington for the last 18 months) Our stay was AMAZING! It was our first time using your company and we will be back! Everything about our stay was perfect and I loved the QR codes that explained how to use everything in the home! The place was so relaxing and the view of San Diego lights at night were breathtaking. We even got a free fireworks show while in the back patio, lol The home was clean and there was all kinds of extras, everything from salt & pepper to a buggy board (if you needed it). We had a dish of snacks and bottles of water when we arrived! (That was so sweet). Only one time we said hello to our neighbor, it is a very quiet neighborhood, we felt safe and everyone was friendly. The washer/dryer came in handy after our six hour; bay boat trip, I washed everyone's bathing suits and beach towels so they were clean and ready for the next day at the Beach! Thank you guys again, we enjoyed our vacation and your rental!

We were so comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. It was very toddler friendly, clean, close to everything, and had a great view. It was definitely one of our favorite stays. Only thing is we had some trouble getting into the home at first, the code provided wasn’t working but customer service helped us out. Other than that it was all perfect!

Excellent location! Close to all the things we wanted to see in San Diego. The hosts are so friendly and truly made us feel like we were cared for. The space is great! Had all we needed to be comfortable. The noise machine was such a nice touch

The location of this place alone was fantastic. Short driving distance to all major hot spots on the vacation list. House was extremely well stocked with towels, toiletries, and kitchen essentials. Porch setting overlooked the airport and bay. Great place for our family of 5!

We loved this property. Clean, beautiful, had amazing views and easy access to airport and the MCRD. We didn't use much but the owners had everything you could possibly need if you were flying in and came with limited luggage. They checked in often and made everything from checking in and out a breeze. I would love to stay here again if we end up in the area again.

Very nice place. It is within walking distance to Little Italy. FYI - You will have to go up and down a few blocks of hills if you walk anywhere. It does overlook the airport runway where planes land and takeoff, so if you are not wanting the noise when you are enjoying the outdoor patio it’s not for you. But inside the house you don't really notice it. The positive of overlooking the runway is that it also overlooks the Harbor. It was a great place that suited our vacation perfectly with great communication from the owners. Definitely would stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our first visit to San Diego. Your home is in the perfect location, everything we did was within 15-20 mins. Thank you for leaving the binder with so much information on excursions, restaurants, shopping and sights to see. We have stayed at many different places and that is not always offered. The owners were easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had promptly. The home was clean, perfect size and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in the San Diego area.

Close to Little Italy and to my daughter’s place. So that was nice. Farmers market and all the places to eat at were amazing. Daily runs to the pier. Some real steep hills though toward Balboa. Otherwise great location except for the noise when sitting out in the back but enjoyed watching the aircraft at the airport.

Our stay here was great, the vew out the patio/windows was great, got to see the airplanes and the ships docking.The house was pretty central in San Diego everything was close by, the Beach, The Zoo, great places to eat.My Family was happy to see that everything was labeled (it's the little things for them) easy to find things.

Just right with visiting MCRD for son's graduation. The check in and check out process was smooth, clean space and fit right into our visit. Parking would be the only concern and its more on the street parking with neighbors attempting to find space. We never experienced an issue.

The first big impact was the fantastic view of the bay and the airport out of the floor to ceiling windows. The off street parking was very nice. The home was very clean and fresh. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was nicely appointed with a full size coffee maker, dishes, cups, flatware and toaster. We really enjoyed our visit as we toured the San Diego and Coronado area. I would highly recommend this home. The host was easy to communicate with and responded to questions quickly.
