O quarto extremamente pequeno, o ar condicionado ocupa espaço em cima da cama. Recepção em obras sem condições de receber os hóspedes.

I was turned off by the unprofessional appearance of the front desk staff. One receptionist was dressed far too casually, while the other had an untucked shirt and sagging pants. First impressions matter, especially in hospitality, and the staff should look neat and presentable when welcoming guests.

Loved staying in this hotel as a solo traveller . really comfy bed, in a room that felt spacious and even had views of the empire state building from my room. Fantastic location in a very walkable city, with friendly staff.

I appreciate that hotel management made an exception to my non-refundable reservation and agreed to refund the four unused nights of my stay. That said, the hotel itself was an enormous disappointment, especially at a price point approaching $500 per night. The experience felt more like staying in a college dorm from the 1990s or a budget hostel than a hotel charging premium Manhattan rates. The furnishings are dated, the room is cramped, and there is no space to unpack or store clothes. Worst of all was the unbearable street noise. Despite being exhausted after a long international flight, I barely slept the entire night. The windows offered little protection from the constant noise outside. The A/C unit takes up an enormous amount of space in an already tiny room and it was loud. I checked out after just one night and moved to another hotel, where the difference in comfort and quality was night and day. While I genuinely appreciate management's willingness to issue a refund, I find it difficult to justify the price given the quality of the accommodations. I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting a comfortable, quiet hotel experience in New York City.
