We enjoyed our stay. So much to do right there and perfect for relaxation as well. Beautiful front covered patio. Awesome fire pit. Spacious house with great game room in the garage. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay. House was well equipped and quite a few things to do like TT table and Pool table. Lot of beds to accommodate many. Spacious living room. Grill was clean and easy to operate. We had to reach the property manager for some issue and she took care of it quite promptly. Wifi was a bit slow through the house. One issue we observed was that there was some smell coming from the septic in the front yard at times. But otherwise the stay was quite a fun at very beautiful location.

Can’t say enough good things about this property. Great location for being close to the lake & a large group. We have enjoyed staying here several times & looking forward to coming back.We enjoy the patio with gas fire pit along with wood burning fire pit to set around & cook our days catch along with some prime steaks. Melissa the host is always very helpful & makes sure everything is in place when you get there.

We had a great time! My husband brought 4 of our teen grandsons down for fishing and golfing. The Pelican was nicely located for both. There was plenty of room for the 6of us and all of the boys are over 6 ft tall. They really enjoyed the pool table and the ping pong! The younger boys tossed a football in the yard and we just generally hung out on the porch! There were a few issues with the house but the owners were very responsive. Would recommend to anyone!

This property has been one my favorite rentals. Tons of indoor space and quick access to the lake. My families most favorite parts were the outdoor space. The horse shoes, fire pit, big porch with plenty of sitting space, & the mini golf are some of the best amenities. 10/10 recommend!

This place was a great place to relax after a day on the lake. It is fully equipped with plenty of games and activities for the kids so the adults can chat. I would recommend this place for sure and we would stay here again.

For the most part, a good experience. The shower in the primary didn’t drain, and the first bedroom off the kitchen needs a better bed - one side felt caved in. It was great to be able to have the dog, but it would have been nice to have some type of small fenced area. Loved the garage - even with the bowed ping pong table, it was still fun!

The house is great. There were plenty of beds for us and pretty much everything was provided. The firepit was fantastic but I would definitely bring extra wood if you're staying multiple nights. Overall, everything was decribed accurately and we would stay here again.

This house was perfect for our big family! It was clean, comfy and spacious. Our family had a wonderful, relaxing weekend with coffee on the porch in the mornings and evenings around the fire. It’s an awesome place run by an awesome young lady that was super helpful and friendly. Five out of five!!

The cabin was a great place to stay at especially since it was so close to the lake where we brought out the jet ski. It was clean and super spacious with so many activities to do in the cabin itself. However, the fridge (especially the freezer) did not want to stay cold and some of the fixtures/appliances were older or not working in great condition. Despite those issues, we had a blast and would still recommend this place if you aren’t very particular about these things.

Where to start! This place was great. We had 16 people and there was more than enough room for everyone plus some. We had everything we could need. Our host Melissa was absolutely amazing, ready to help with whatever we might need. Thank you so much for the experience we all had. Would most definitely book this location again.

We had a wonderful time at this cozy cabin. There was lots of space for all 10 of us. The weather was really great when we were there so that made the whole stay a great success. We would stay there again. The kitchen and baths were stocked well which is something I can't say about other places we have stayed. Very nice.

This is our sixth visit to Pelican Acre. Our first year was in 2017. It would have been the seventh but we missed 2020 due to Covid. It is absolutely the best place to stay for a medium to large size group. This year, there were 6 of us. We have no intention of looking somewhere else next year as nothing else comes close to what this place offers. Excellent communication with the owner and we had a great time! Thanks again. Mark

Can’t say enough good things about this property. Great location for being close to the lake & a large group. We have enjoyed staying here several times & looking forward to coming back.We enjoy the patio with gas fire pit along with wood burning fire pit to set around & cook our days catch along with some prime steaks. Melissa the host is always very helpful & makes sure everything is in place when you get there.

We had a great time! My husband brought 4 of our teen grandsons down for fishing and golfing. The Pelican was nicely located for both. There was plenty of room for the 6of us and all of the boys are over 6 ft tall. They really enjoyed the pool table and the ping pong! The younger boys tossed a football in the yard and we just generally hung out on the porch! There were a few issues with the house but the owners were very responsive. Would recommend to anyone!

House was perfect for our family weekend getaway to the lake! Very cozy and comfortable with all the amenities you could need! Very quiet area. Host was great with communications. Thank you for sharing your home!

This property has been one my favorite rentals. Tons of indoor space and quick access to the lake. My families most favorite parts were the outdoor space. The horse shoes, fire pit, big porch with plenty of sitting space, & the mini golf are some of the best amenities. 10/10 recommend!

The cabin was a great place to stay at especially since it was so close to the lake where we brought out the jet ski. It was clean and super spacious with so many activities to do in the cabin itself. However, the fridge (especially the freezer) did not want to stay cold and some of the fixtures/appliances were older or not working in great condition. Despite those issues, we had a blast and would still recommend this place if you aren’t very particular about these things.

This place was a great place to relax after a day on the lake. It is fully equipped with plenty of games and activities for the kids so the adults can chat. I would recommend this place for sure and we would stay here again.

The place was stocked with everything you need. We had a great time, there was plenty of rooms for sleeping. The lake was only a few miles away. We all enjoyed our stay and Melissa was a great host as she responded promptly to any questions we had.

Beautiful home, beautiful property. Great communication with host! She has been amazing. We had a blast there was room for all of us and loved the mancave!! We will definitely be booking this property again in the future!!

For the most part, a good experience. The shower in the primary didn’t drain, and the first bedroom off the kitchen needs a better bed - one side felt caved in. It was great to be able to have the dog, but it would have been nice to have some type of small fenced area. Loved the garage - even with the bowed ping pong table, it was still fun!
