It was a nice easy check in Our room was right by elevator but didn't hear them at all. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the year round pool and hot tub. It was just 15 mins from Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow. Not to far to downtown New York.

Me and my family stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Nanuet from 12/01/2022 to 12/04/2022 and it was nothing but a nightmare. Right upon checked in into the room, we knew this hotel was not comparable to other hotels that we’re normally stayed at. It is dated and dirty. For the duration of our stay, our room was never cleaned even though we requested room service at the front desk. We were completely ignored. Overall, we are completely dissatisfied and will never ever stay at this hotel again. Even the bathroom sink had human hair in it when we first arrived. Please do yourself a favor, don’t go to this hotel.

The rooms are large and nicely decorated. They are quiet and comfortable. Two small issues - the bathroom sink didn’t drain very well and the desk chair looked like it had been dragged across a rough surface. The upholstery was torn away at the edges. Every thing was very clean.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was amazing, modern, and spacious. The outlets on the desk were enough for all of our devices and to get work done. Check-in and check-out were seemless. The one thing that will get us back is the cookies you get when you get your keys. This was the best part of the whole trip!

This property was close to various dining options and was near the Palisades Mall. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and a good size. Had a minifridge with a freezer and a microwave in our room. Air conditioning in the room was very loud.

Chloe was extremely rude... we flew in for a wedding and arrived at 930 am. We requested an early checkin due to our flight arriving early and understood that there may be a wait. However, she made my hadicapped mother, myself and my children wait in the lobby for over 4 hours before she even ordered our room to be cleaned for us to check in. And we over heard her talking to some guests that we chatted with in the lobby during our wait, when she mentioned that, "thats what they get for booking 3rd party"... pleanty of people checked in early and we were stranded for hours, sleeping in the lobby because of her lack of care and hospitality.

Tried 4 rooms before I got something worth sleeping on. First two smelled and the staff would not change my room because “I booked through Expedia”. Apparently Hilton treats their customers like second hand citizens when they use an outside booking and give only the uninhabitable rooms. Only when I asked to book another room directly for the night and pay a second room was I given a decent room that didn’t smell and where the AC unit actually worked. Prior to this the staff told me sorry, we can’t give you another room you’ll have to sleep in the room with the broken AC. “Sorry out maintenance guys went home for the night we can’t fix your AC.”

There is no way to walk to the stores or restaurants from this hotel! I had to call an uber all the time if I just wanted to go down the street. No side walks. Very inconvenient. My family member past away and I wanted to cancel with a lot of time ahead and they denied it! Not coming back

The hotel was very clean and convenient. The breakfast was better quality than most hotels. You could select food at the buffet or from a menu. The servers brought additional coffees and were kind to our grandchildren who were traveling with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was shown to be $13.00 a person to be paid on site, but it was $37.00 for 2 people. There was top added although there was no table service. Food was basic self serve buffet. Not worth $37.00. No tip should be applied. Our bed was very comfy in the up side. Check in was easy. The room was clean!

We only stayed one night on our journey back to NH so we didn’t get to use all the amenities the hotel offered. We did eat at the restaurant and the food and drinks were very good

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, and food was great at the hotel restaurant. I am deducting one star because of the pool situation. We booked the room as a staycation just to get away locally with the kids and use a pool. While there the whole time there is a staff member watching everything you do in the pool. This was not a lifeguard. You need a key card to get into the pool area so I don't understand why there has to be somebody watching us the entire time like they are security. There was a nice couple visiting from Canada who were reprimanded numerous times for things like letting their kids eat some candy at the table 10 feet from the pool. People want to enjoy a day at the pool without having somebody sitting there watching every move we make. Hire a lifeguard if that is the case.
