Extended Stay America Suites - White Plains - Elmsford

The picture of the hotel on the website did not match in person. It ac also was not as good as I thought it would be. The towels were never picked up and we had to ask and retrieve our own. The breakfast was not anything but cereal bars and oatmeal. We ended up with a screw in our tire from the parking lot our first night there. The hotel staff in the other hand was super friendly. And good at their job nothing wrong with them. I would not rebook again

We had issues with the broken microwave and a tv that didn’t work right. I asked the staff to move us and was told that they couldn’t because the vacant rooms were reserved for orher guests that had not checked in yet.

Good property and staff as well.

Stayed for 4 days. No room service, but staff is friendly and helpful. Saw cleaning crews all the time, definitely good management

Café da manhã NÃO EXISTE, apenas Snack e um café que acaba 1h antes do termino previsto. Passei 5 dias e NÃO HOUVE LIMPEZA no quarto. Estacionamento num edf. Garagem por trás do hotel. Se alguém tivesse feito um comentário como este eu não teria escolhido esse hotel. Pagar quase 1000$ pra dormir apenas e ainda ser assim.
