Fabulous central location right in the heart of the old quarter. the hotel foyer looks like a 5 star hotel! The staff were simply amazing. Special thanks to Gem at reception and Mr Cuong who answered all our questions and nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooms were of an average 4 star hotel. Great pool, gym and floor top bar/ restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great 4 star hotel.

Hotel is fantastic and in a great location in the old quarter. The staff are brilliant, can’t do enough, and made the visit even more memorable. Facilities such as restaurant and sky bar very good and not overly expensive. A bit too cold to try pool. Highly recommended

Excellent property. Nice hotel with a good atmosphere. Room was nice as well. Received a free upgrade towards a city view. The rooftop bar is also nice, pool is small and has no seating options. Chairs are available at the rooftop bar with limited small beach chairs available. Breakfast and dinner are good, enough choices to choose from. Location is perfect. Short walking distance from the lake, market and church.

The staff here are amazing, and the location is perfect. Cocktail prices are on the high side, but are of a much higher quality than other places we'd been to - the view from the pool and bar/restaurant is incredible.

GM Premium Hotel is perfectly located in the City Center and Old Quarter. Everywhere is within easy walking distance. Nearby streets are heavily located food, coffee, bars, spas and souvenir shops. The hotel itself is in excellent condition. Beautiful and elegant lobby. We’re served with welcome drink and cake. Room was spacious and clean. The most amazing thing is the roof top bar where we could see the view of the city. Breakfast offers a lot of choices and food were delicious. They have a small swimming pool at the roof; though small but with beautiful views. Finally the most impressive experience was the friendliness of staff. We checked out and came back after a two days trip to/from Ha Long Bay, they kindly allowed us to store our luggage’s for few hours before we headed for the train station. Excellent experience. Highly recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Hanoi taking side trips to Sapa and Halong bay so ended up checking into and out lf the GM Premium 3 times. It is in an excellent location and the rooms are very comfortable with the hotel having a rooftop bar, pool and restaurant for the buffet breakfast. There is also a small gym in the basement but with little equipment. The staff were incredible with nothing being too much trouble. On arrival Alex and Vivian looked after us extremely well and checked if there were any issues they could help with via WhatsApp. They could book tours and saw us safely into taxis and across the road if needed (if you haven't been to Vietnam that last comment won't make any sense!). We were genuinely sad to leave.

Just stayed one night, since we'd been to Hanoi already. Vivienne's welcome was amazing, and a room upgrade was a total surprise – made our stay extra special! The room's gorgeous, comfiest bed and pillows I've found in Asia so far. Breakfast had a great selection, eggs cooked how you like, and a fancy coffee bar. The gym was fine for weight training. We skipped the spa as it was a bit too pricey, and a bit chilly for the pool. Some street noise, but quiet after 10 pm. I'd totally recommend it, even for someone picky like me. The staff and attention to detail are top-notch. A lovely watermelon scent in the lobby was so refreshing. 😍

The hotel is amazing! The beds are comfortable, very clean and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast is the best we had so far, with a lot of options, juices, fruits, hot dishes. Everything you may want.

We loved our stay at the GM Premium Hotel. The hotel room was spotless and the service was fantastic. Every member of the staff went the extra distance to make us feel pampered and nothing was too much trouble. The service was friendly and personal, a great stay in the Old Quarter area which is very lively. We went to the Puppet Theatre nearby which was fun and loved strolling by the lake. Cocktails by the pool topped off a great couple of days in Hanoi.

L’équipe est au top. Un grand bravo aux chasseurs au service en bas. L’hôtel est central. Pour le reste il faut faire des travaux. Mal insonorisé et pas propre. On nous a gentiment changé de chambre la salle de bains de la nôtre était sale et offert un surclassement et un retour aéroport … mais la nouvelle salle de bains était assez cracra aussi et globalement il faut faire des travaux tout est abîmé et/ou sale. Même le linge de bain. Un plus pour la piscine et encore un bravo pour le staff absolument top. Il manque une gouvernante!

Overall this was a good stay at this beautiful hotel. We did pass on some direct feedback in regard to some minor issues with the room bathroom which was well received by the hotel manager Alex . Apart from that everything was excellent . Staff were lovely , room was comfortable . Foyer is beautiful

Eigentlich alles einwandfrei außer deutliche Gebrauchsspuren in Zimmer. Was negativ aufgefallen ist, dass man am Ende des Aufenthalts nahezu genötigt wird eine sehr gute Bewertung abzugeben. Wenn man nicht mit 5 Sternen bewertet wurde ein schlechtes Gewissen gemacht, dass die Mitarbeiter deshalb gefeuert werden.

Hotel very central for walking. Staff were amazing & a credit to the hotel. Room was very clean & sufficient, advertised as an executive with balcony, however a lot smaller than we thought & the balcony wouldn’t fit a chair & had a terrible outlook (not worth the extra cost). Pool wasn’t great, the sun beds were on a different level & only 4 available. Breakfast was OK. They allowed us to store our luggage FOC for 2 days whilst on a cruise. Overall a good hotel but not 5-star

Brilliant stay at the GM Premium. I was welcomed during check in with tea as the manager explained the hotel and it's facilities, as well as offering to organise tours and book a car to the airport for me on my departure. The service was excellent. The room was lovely. The bed was super comfortable, the room was well soundproofed and the shower hot and powerful. Breakfast was nice with a range of buffet options as well as a la carte. After check out the team was kind enough to let me store my bag and shower before my flight. I would definitely recommend the GM Premium to anyone staying in Hanoi.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff and especially Thom took excellent care of us and provided great tips for food as well as helping us with reservations. The room was spacious and nice but since you are in the mid of the city some noice and light will come into the room. Breakfast was really good and don’t miss the roof top bar with great views.

Wrapped up our last night in Hanoi at GM Premium after exploring Halong Bay, and my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is top notch, the beds are super comfortable, the breakfast selection is excellent, and most importantly, the staff are incredible. Special shoutout to Hope for going above and beyond to look after us! Highly recommended!

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The lcoation of the hotel is very good for walking around the old town. The rooms were small but clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast was extensive. Pool was very small but we did not use it. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel!! The location was amazing: directly within the old quarter. Nevertheless, the rooms were still quiet, perfect for relaxing after a whole day on tour. But what stood out most was the staff. Always friendly, super helpful and highly attentive. Big thank you also goes out to our amazing host Nguyễn Thơm. Our stay at GM Premium Hotel was absolutely fantastic! What a beautiful place in a great location. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The staff were so kind and professional. GM Premium is a gem in the heart of the Old Quarter. Brilliant service and location. We had two adjoining rooms which were well appointed and great shower pressure and we were on the quiet side of the hotel. The rooftop bar and restaurant had a nice view. Thơm - the Front of House Manager was our personal concierge who gave us the best service.she recommended spas, manicures, restaurants and did all the booking for us. Communication was excellent via WhatsApp. Checked were were ok and her high level of care was lovely to experience. Warm welcome from all the staff throughout. Don’t hesitate to book this amazing hotel which is in the best location to reach all the main sights- we didn’t use a taxi/grab once as we walked everywhere! Thank you Thơm and her team for a wonderful stay.

Once you walk out the lobby of the hotel, you are in the heart of the old quarter with cafes, shops, and restaurants everywhere. It is located in such a vibrant and fun location. I’d like to give special mention to Hope, who was attentive, friendly and considerate. The staff at this hotel are amazing, and easily some of the most professional staff I have ever encountered.

The staff, breakfast, room comfort and location was excellent. This was our first stop on our trip and Minnie and Vivian made sure we felt comfortable and welcome. Vivian even walked with us to an ATM till we found one that worked for us! They can make all kinds of recommendations and arrange rides and tours at a reasonable price. We have been all over Vietnam now and still miss the incredible breakfast and comfortable beds!

What an amazing stay we had. We were greeted at the entrance and they immediately made us feel at home. Special thanks to Grace Nguyen, who was extremely helpful with everything. We exchanged WhatsApp numbers and any question we had during our stay, she answered right away. Even before the stay our visas were not approved and Josie was so helpful working with us. We are so thankful to the whole team who were fantastic! Great location and easy to get around to some of Hanoi's hot spots. We also booked a Ha Long Bay tour through the hotel which was awesome.

68 year old American standards review, The very best staff I have ever encountered at any hotel ! I am very critical of services and the hotel staff were all so friendly, helpful, professional, caring, etc. Unparalleled service excellence that really made our stay a wonderful memory. My wife and I said we would return to Hanoi just to stay at this hotel again because of the staff! What makes this property stand out is the fact that their service was out of this world. No notes. From entering to exiting, they held our luggage even offered a shower. As we left, they gave us free tea to enjoy. They crossed the street with us and made us feel like home all the way through. The facility itself was amazing with plenty of amenities and a generous offering for breakfast every day. The location was excellent as we only had to walk maximum 10 minutes to where we needed to go highly recommend!

An absolutely stunning hotel. Located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with an easy walk to train street, and Hoan Kiem lake, as well as St Josephs Cathedral, it really couldn't get better. The rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was outstanding, and the rooftop bar has amazing views day and night. The staff made the stay though. They were all welcoming, kind, incredibly helpful and brilliant with the kids. Eugene welcomed us and kept in touch with us throughout our stay to ensure we were happy. They really couldn't have done more. He was very thoughtful and provided wonderful service. I thoroughly recommend this hotel, and we'd definitely book again if we come back.

I stayed here for three nights, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect—within walking distance of all the must-see attractions. Das Hotel können wir absolut empfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um fußläufig alles zu erkunden. Es liegt mitten in der Altstadt, die sehr lebhaft ist. Vom Trubel hört man im Zimmer nichts. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und kümmert sich aufmerksam um die Gäste. Im Restaurant haben wir täglich gegessen und auch das können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut.

The rooms are very modern & well-appointed. Staff were uniformly excellent, extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Breakfasts (included in room rate) offered extensive variety both on the buffet and with cooked foods. House-made yogurt was especially good. Overall a great stay at very fair value.

The staff and breakfast was good. I really like the location. It’s very close & convenient to everything. We stayed over Christmas and opted to have our Christmas Eve dinner at the hotel. The food was good but not worth the 1,390,000 vnd price tag. We were just exhausted after a long travel day and wanted a convenient option. If I were u, save ur money and get a bowl of pho or bun cha. Aside from that overpriced dinner, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive and the property is kept in good condition

We highly recommend this hotel. A very friendly staff that outdoes itself to make your stay perfect. Great location in the old quarter of Hanoi which is an excellent starting-point to explore the city. Food is excellent and a big choice for breakfast. Would book this hôtel again without any hesitation.

This place was amazing. The staff went above and beyond. I came in late and they made sure to get me fed and settled. The breakfast in the morning was also amazing. They do made to order food as well as a buffet and made to order coffee drinks. Loved the place.

10/10 — Exceptional location, service, and hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi for the first time. The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it incredibly convenient to walk to many of the city’s highlights, including Hoan Kiem Lake, St. Joseph’s Cathedral, and the main shopping streets. We hardly needed transportation during our stay, which made exploring Hanoi easier. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. Since this was our first visit to Vietnam, the staff kindly showed us a map and gave us detailed recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants, which was extremely helpful. I would like to mention hotel manager and staff who took great care of us throughout our stay. She checked in with us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we were enjoying our stay. She and all other hotel staff were friendly, attentive and professional and this made our visit to Hanoi even more memorable. We would happily return!

Thom and Grace on reception were so helpful. In organising me a driver to Tam Coc. I keep returning to this hotel as they are so helpful and they arranged for a colleague Thurong to help me get my suitcase back from a different hotel in Hanoi. I carry a lot of luggage too but nothing is an issue. The whole staff are so kind, thoughtful and helpful. The amenities are great. I will continue to return to this hotel. Due to their service, the location and how efficient they are.

Thom on reception was so helpful a long with Bach and another bell boy, sorry I didn’t catch his name. They helped me with a high amount of luggage get to my next destination. It all run so smoothly. Grace and her team too helped me arrive and communicated through messenger before I arrived. This is my second time of staying at this hotel, it won’t be the last.
