This property is perfect. The location is perfect. You can walk to many different eating establishments every night and it is only a short drive to any of the downtown San Antonio tourist spots. The house has everything you need, and everything is upgraded including beds, linens and kitchen items. Everything is well thought out and organized. Now let's talk about the hanging out/entertainment areas. There is a perfect place to hang out on the first floor for family and/or friends. The outside area is absolutely perfect for chilling in the evenings. They have corn hole a hot tub and a Cowboy pool which is perfect for cooling off. We loved it and will be back.

I went with my family of four and both of my parents. There was more than enough space. The outside area is fantastic with the hot tub and the cowboy pool. Both the inside and the outside are so well maintained! The inside was great with bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs. All of the appliances are very modern and everything worked perfectly! They even had cold waters in the fridge for us! I would highly recommend as the property owners were always available as needed. Had a great trip!

Our stay was wonderful! Communication was great. The house was very clean and well decorated and rooms and bathrooms were perfect. The kids loved the outside area with cornhole and enjoyed jumping between the hot tub and pool. The location was incredible. Easy walk to the Pearl district which ended up being my favorite place in San Antonio. Easy onto interstate to get around and 5 min drive down to Riverwalk. Couldn’t be a more centralized spot! The host even accommodated us and allowed us to check out an hour late. Definitely book this place right away!!!!!

House was as advertised and, surprisingly, very well stocked from coffee to the soaps and shampoos to fluffy towels. The cowboy pool was fun, we purchased bags of ice to bring down the temperature and was refreshing time together.House is close so close to all the downtown activities and The Pearl that it's cheap to stay parked at the house and lyft to where you need to go.Owner was very responsive and communicative. Can't beat this for the value compared to Valet at a downtown riverwalk hotel. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place! The house was not only gorgeous but also very comfortable with plenty of space for our family to spread out. It was well-stocked with all the essentials, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, which was a perfect way to relax in the evenings. Plus, the location couldn't be better – just a short drive to the Riverwalk. Our host was incredibly responsive and just all-around fantastic. Loved the layout of the house, the hot tub, complimentary waters, the big-screen TVs, and the proximity to the River Walk. Excellent stay! Kids loved the foosball and the adults loved the great front yard.

Incredible space for a family, excellent location in close proximity to entertainment and dining. Within walking distance to The Pearl district where we visited the farmer’s market. Minutes to the zoo and River Walk. Owners are quick to communicate and were so gracious to accommodate a last minute unexpected request. Home is clean and the kids loved the downstairs area game table set up. Thankful for the coffee, tea and especially water stocked in the fridge (after a day at the zoo and another at Six Flags). Will definitely come back to stay!

The house is really beautiful, it is completely new, the entrance and the patio are very bright, it has very comfortable rooms and its rooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything you need and the laundry too, the whole family felt at home and the best thing is that you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a wonderful view. The house is impeccably clean. We are very grateful to the host, the communication was excellent.

Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was perfect for all attractions. The owners were very accessible and responded quickly and friendly to all questions. The only negative was the construction very near the house which was not the fault of the owners as all of San Antonio seems to be in a state of construction/renewal.

My family and I stayed here for a short spring break trip. The house was awesome. Very clean and loved the layout. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days with a lot of walking. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent home and everything better than advertised. Clean, well taken care of and updated home in a great location in San Antonio close to the riverwalk. Was perfect for our family weekend get away. Phillip and Cindy were extremely clear, helpful, and provided everything necessary for a relaxing weekend. They made the whole stay easy for us.

Super clean house. Well furnished. The kitchen had all of the items needed to cook. Spices cooking oils etc. 8-10$ Uber ride to central River walk. Walking distance to Art Museum and Pearl Street. I would definitely stay again.

This property was all that was advertised and more: working with the very responsive host was a breeze, the neighborhood by Pearl was very walkable and close to so much we wanted to do, and everything we could ask for was provided (plus, eclipse glasses were waiting for us)! The place was very clean and well organized, and rules/requests made by the host were reasonable. Overall, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Everything was just as you see in the photos! We went with family and had 4 kids between 10 and 4 years old. They loved the game table and outdoor activities! It felt like we all had enough space to be together or take a moment for yourself. We did a lot of activities near downtown, so the location was perfect. We didn't walk anywhere, but could have. The drive was a nice quick one. They are putting up apartments right behind the home (as mentioned), but they seem to be working on more interior parts of it and we were not bothered at all by any noise. Everyone felt safe the entire time. My kids have already asked if we can stay here again! Thank you for offering a great getaway home!

Wonderful house beautifully decorated, spacious rooms and we just showed up with food and everything thing was provided! No worries we just had a great time with family! Our granddaughter graduated UTSA this past weekend. Our family enjoyed all the amenities especially the hot tub (great touch), the cowboy pool a little cold for us but a special touch! The property is close to everything in San Antonio! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property owners were gracious and always available if we needed anything! Would highly recommend this property if you are visiting San Antonio!

Great set up and close to the Riverwalk and a few fun restaurants. We came to San Antonio for our son's graduation from Basic Training for the Air Force. It is about a 23 minute drive to base but going in the opposite direction of traffic. It was a very nice place to relax outdoors and indoors. Lots of great amenities, sleeping arrangements were perfect for us. We walked to Salsita's for Mexican which was great. Ming's is also nearby.
Great set up and close to the Riverwalk and a few fun restaurants. We came to San Antonio for our son's graduation from Basic Training for the Air Force. We loved our stay at River Pearl. Lots of beds for everyone, downstairs game room and TV for the kids, fun outdoor games and amenities, and lots of privacy and space. We parked the kids in front of movies every night and went for a lovely stroll on the Riverwalk - about a 6 minute walk from the house. The hosts responded to our questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to San Antonio!

We had a great time staying at this house with family. It is in a great location to be able to walk to so many places or even a short drive to places. The house was a perfect layout and so relaxing to just hang with family when not sightseeing or doing things outside the house. I would definitely stay there again!!

Our stay was wonderful! Communication was great. The house was very clean and well decorated and rooms and bathrooms were perfect. The kids loved the outside area with cornhole and enjoyed jumping between the hot tub and pool. The location was incredible. Easy walk to the Pearl district which ended up being my favorite place in San Antonio. Easy onto interstate to get around and 5 min drive down to Riverwalk. Couldn’t be a more centralized spot! The host even accommodated us and allowed us to check out an hour late. Definitely book this place right away!!!!!

We came for a wedding at the Hotel Emma. The house was great. Had every thing we needed. Everything was labeled which was very helpful. Host was very responsive. Would stay again.

Excellent weekend stay with sisters! The house was very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything you could need and everything was well labeled . House was as advertised and, surprisingly, very well stocked from coffee to the soaps and shampoos to fluffy towels. The cowboy pool was fun, we purchased bags of ice to bring down the temperature and was refreshing time together.House is close so close to all the downtown activities and The Pearl that it's cheap to stay parked at the house and lyft to where you need to go.Owner was very responsive and communicative. Can't beat this for the value compared to Valet at a downtown riverwalk hotel. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place! The house was not only gorgeous but also very comfortable with plenty of space for our family to spread out. It was well-stocked with all the essentials, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, which was a perfect way to relax in the evenings. Plus, the location couldn't be better – just a short drive to the Riverwalk. Our host was incredibly responsive and just all-around fantastic. A couple of minor issues we ran into were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in San Antonio downtown!

Incredible space for a family, excellent location in close proximity to entertainment and dining. Within walking distance to The Pearl district where we visited the farmer’s market. Minutes to the zoo and River Walk. Owners are quick to communicate and were so gracious to accommodate a last minute unexpected request. Home is clean and the kids loved the downstairs area game table set up. Thankful for the coffee, tea and especially water stocked in the fridge (after a day at the zoo and another at Six Flags). Will definitely come back to stay!

Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was perfect for all attractions. The owners were very accessible and responded quickly and friendly to all questions. The only negative was the construction very near the house which was not the fault of the owners as all of San Antonio seems to be in a state of construction/renewal.

Super clean house. Well furnished. The kitchen had all of the items needed to cook. Spices cooking oils etc. 8-10$ Uber ride to central River walk. Walking distance to Art Museum and Pearl Street. I would definitely stay again.

Great set up and close to the Riverwalk and a few fun restaurants. We came to San Antonio for our son's graduation from Basic Training for the Air Force. It is about a 23 minute drive to base but going in the opposite direction of traffic. It was a very nice place to relax outdoors and indoors. Lots of great amenities, sleeping arrangements were perfect for us. We walked to Salsita's for Mexican which was great. Ming's is also nearby.

We loved our stay at River Pearl. Lots of beds for everyone, downstairs game room and TV for the kids, fun outdoor games and amenities, and lots of privacy and space. We parked the kids in front of movies every night and went for a lovely stroll on the Riverwalk - about a 6 minute walk from the house. The hosts responded to our questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to San Antonio!

Wonderful house with a lot of amenities. Super clean, well decorated, all supplies are available. A lot bottles of water were provided. We didn't have to make a trip to buy anything. There are 2 refrigerators on both upstairs and downstairs which is so convenient. Location is centrally. Could walk to the Pearl, St. Mary District, and a short drive to River Walk. The street in front of the house just got re-done, nice and wider than a lot of other downtown streets. Everything was perfect and made our trip a lot more enjoyable! Thank you!

If you want a nice place to stay while you explore San Antonio it is hard to do better than this. Everything we wanted to see was close by and freeway access was really easy. The hosts provided plenty of bottled water in the refrigerator and coffee supplies so there was no need to run out to a grocery store immediately on arrival. The property feels very private even though you are in a neighborhood. I have stayed at many short term rental properties over the years and the hot tubs can be hit or miss. The tub at this property has the cleanest water I have ever seen. Everything was well maintained and very comfortable.Communication with the hosts was outstanding. Phillip checked in with us several times during our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. Check-in instructions were provided well ahead of arrival and were very detailed.Overall we had a great experience staying here and highly recommend this property.

Honestly, for the group we had together, I don’t think any other place we looked at would have met our needs as well. If you’re traveling with children, they’ll be entertained downstairs, and the adults have a place to converse without chaos. The place was clean & not so sterile & fancy that we had to worry about the kids touching stuff. It’s a funky home with character! We were able to walk to the Pearl district & the Riverwalk, which was pretty awesome. We didn’t have enough time there to enjoy the hot tub & cowboy pool. It rained pretty hard one night & flooded the yard, which the kids thought was the coolest thing ever! Philip came over to adjust the gate & pumped the yard out without us needing to even ask. He was very responsive & helpful. All in all, we a great 3-night stay!

Everything was perfect for our girls trip. We enjoyed the hot tub, the kitchen was nicely equipped and the space was clean, homey and spacious. This is also a great location in the Pearl district. I highly recommend.
