Very very clean and comfy room. The property is taken care of. There are picnic tables and a gazebo. There is also a walking/bike path right behind the property. We heard traffic at night as it is next to a highway but I’m a light sleeper. I would stay here again! So close to many attractions. Great coffee shop and sushi place right down the road too!

Heat was adjustable making room very comfortable. Parking was easy, right outside our room. Unfortunately we could hear people walking outside and cars driving by. All in all the ARDSLEY ACRES is a good value. Price was reasonable, room clean and had both microwave & mini frig.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Courteous and professional staff. Safe area with police precinct and fire house close by. Close to the highway to commute up state Or Yonkers City and NYC. Close to mass transit in front of property. Close to restaurants & supermarkets, all you need is in walking distance. Easy parking in front of your room.Breakfast area is a few steps away. I do suggest something small and simple to hang my jacket on the side of the beautiful oak cabinets. I will definitely come again. 🙏 Ardsley Acres Motel Court.

This vintage motel was renovated about a year ago and it's very nice and being well-kept. From the outside it looks very old-school, but the rooms are clean and simple. Small, but nice little bathroom. FYI - no carpeting in the rooms. There is a waist-high fridge and microwave. Area is fairly quiet and VERY convenient to the Saw Mill Parkway and the Thruway. There's also downtown Ardsley nearby for food and/or supplies. Ladies in the little office are very nice, the overnight guy not so much.

Room was very very clean and everything is remodeled! I believe it used to be a motel and it does look like a motel when you check in the rooms are new and fresh. Enjoyed staying there and staff in front was very friendly. If you are an early bird you get free breakfast. Parking was easy right in front of your room. It is a little hidden and if you’re not looking you might miss the place but very convenient as it next to highway.

Although the pictures are accurate and the rooms seem to be renovated, the rooms were not clean. Our room smelled like an ashtray, had questionable bodily fluid stains on the bedding, and dirty towels. The locks on the door looked like someone had pushed the door in at some point. We arrived late with the intention of getting a good night sleep and instead slept fully clothed and left first thing in the morning. I was surprised there were so many good reviews. I would not choose to stay here.

The rooms were pretty sketchy. We had to buy febreeze because of the smell. The sheets certainly weren’t clean and the hilarious patch work all over the walls. It was a pretty ghetto experience.

My room was nicely renovated, clean, and in good condition. Comfortable bed. Light sleepers might be troubled by the road noise, but it didn't bother me. Nice, quaint little motel at a reasonable price!

This place is updated and clean, relatively inexpensive compare to other places in Westchester, NY. I gave 4 stars because WiFi signal is very weak and doesn’t really work. Also, a highway is close and the walls are thin, so you can hear the noises…

Newly rennovated rooms feature a modern Scandinavian vibe, comforable bed, mini fridge with icemaker and microwave. A continental breakfast is included with fresh coffee, a variety of cold cerals and carbs. One defect is a visible air gap all around the door, and its framing, letting in street noise and outside air. With mild May weather the temperature impact from the not-sealed door frame was minimal, but could become a problem when the weather heats up.

The rooms have been recently redone, which was great however there was no closet, no top sheet on the bed, and a visible gap between the door and the frame. There were contractors blaring music at 11:00 pm, which sucked but the bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were. Only complaint is the TV The contrast was very dark so hard to see the picture and there were 5 round white circles on the screen.

I didn’t expect much from a drive up motel, however the room was actually fine, the staff was pleasant and professional. The only reason for the -1 star is the door to the room was poorly secured, so much so I wouldn’t leave any of my property when I left. There was a gap around the door at least 1/2”, and it felt like a credit card or a good shove could pry it open. Plus it let a lot of noise in. However there was no issue with my short stay. I may stay again, considering the value and the insane rates of larger hotels these days.

I arrived at 11:15pm and was told the room was not ready. Obviously, not what I expected. The room was clean and recently remodeled, though. However, when I turned on the airconditioner, there was an unpleasant smell. At 6am I was awakened by the couple next door---the walls are very thin. Once awake, the smell was overpowering. I went to the front desk, Brian was helpful. He said he would have maintenance look into the issue, and said that I could switch rooms. I went out for breakfast. When I returned, Brian was gone and Alex was at the front desk. When I inquired about the smell, he said maintenance said it was fine. I said, it is not fine with me. He refused to help or move me to another room. He just kept repeating that maintenance said it was fine. I eventually had to call hotels.com to help me resolve the issue. In the process, another person checked in for a "short stay." Just one more questionable aspect about this hotel. I chose this place because it came highly rated; however, I would not recommend to any other single women or families.

I had 3 rooms reserved… on arrival at 630pm, only 1 room was ready. I was told to wait 20 minutes and the other 2 would be ready… they were supposedly IN THE PROCESS of being cleaned. We watched 2 women come AFTER this and clean the rooms. Floor hadn’t been swept when we finally got in the room. One shower curtain was too short and the bathroom floor got soaked. The main light was out in another room. Main complaint though is Check- in time is advertised as 2pm. Not even an apology for the rooms not being ready 4.5 hours later.

I enjoy my stays here, however this time I wasn’t happy. Not because of the room itself or the comfort. That part was great. I wasn’t happy because I made a reservation and when I got there, their systems did not have it, so there was not room reserved for me. I showed them my reservation with the confirmation number and they still wasn’t accommodating me. They said there was nothing they can do but that I could just pay for another room at full price. I realized that by them saying that meant that there were rooms available. So I decided to go to Hotels.com and rebook another room for less money. I that point I was able to get a room. I was disappointed with the front desk service. They were not trying to accommodate in any way. But have me pay more money for a room. I know that the front desk is only doing there jobs. The owners need to change there policies when it comes to this.

My buddy and I were in the area for a Yankees game. Good location. Was close to MTA rail station. Nice room and comfortable beds. Great stay, especially, for the price.👍😁

My buddy and I were in the area for a Yankees game. Good location. Was close to MTA rail station. Nice room and comfortable beds. Great stay, especially, for the price.👍😁

This was a very nice spot to stay for a few days. It was quiet and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The area was convenient to the MTA for a day trip to NYC and also convenient to the Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow for some great restaurants, sightseeing spots and fun shops. Our only issue with the hotel room was that the air conditioner was a bit wonky the first night. It didn’t seem to ever cool off the room, but by the second night, it was much better. Overall, though, comfy beds, nice shower and a good spot to stay outside of New York City.

This vintage motel was renovated about a year ago and it's very nice and being well-kept. From the outside it looks very old-school, but the rooms are clean and simple. Small, but nice little bathroom. FYI - no carpeting in the rooms. There is a waist-high fridge and microwave. Area is fairly quiet and VERY convenient to the Saw Mill Parkway and the Thruway. There's also downtown Ardsley nearby for food and/or supplies. Ladies in the little office are very nice, the overnight guy not so much.

There is a little traffic noise from the parkway but not that noticeable from inside the room. Great deli close by and the village is attractive.

If you want a reasonably affordable trip just north of New York City on the Hudson, it's proximity to multiple historic villages & points along Hudson, it was ideal. Theres a costco & Stew Leonard's a few mins away & the rooms, while small are tidy, clean & comfy. Not best place if you are with a noisemaking crew. Otherwise cant beat this place.

Staff was very responsive. TV wasn't working and within a minute someone showed up and fixed it. Comfortable room, nice bathroom. Decent continental breakfast.

I needed to make a short notice reservation while my husband was in hospital. Ardsley Acres met that need. My only problem was the door key that took a lot of jiggling to get it to work. I'm sure they will have it fixed for the next guest. The complimentary breakfast is minimal, but ok.

The Good - It is right on the Empire State Trail which was very convenient since we were biking the trail. It was a comfortable room (and we got both our bikes inside), the staff was friendly. The Not So Good - The breakfast was a bit skimpy - no juice or waffles/pancakes - they did have some fresh oranges. Also, the night we stayed there something happened in some other room(s) which resulted in a couple police cars showing up - but there were no frightening moments resulting from it.

Really fit the bill. I thought the shower was poorly designed. The breakfast was mostly carbs but coffee ok. A little bit of traffic noise but overall quite decent value for money. I have, and would, stay again.

No ice bucket for the Ice Machine!! Breakfast was Horrible. Milk was lukewarm! Bathroom smells like Cigarettes!! Face cloth had red stain on it!

This was the perfect accommodation for a single-night stay while traveling. Late check-in, communication via Hotels.com to check for preferences/requests, and a very clean and quiet room made for an enjoyable stay. Parking was available right outside of the room, and the basic continental breakfast was a nice start to the day. After checkout, I was able to make some phone calls and take care of some other business under the gazebo.

This is truly a hidden gem. The staff and owners are wonderful. The exterior dated, but the rooms have been updated with basic amenities and everything works. The room interior was nice, and I had everything I needed.

This place definitely does a shine job on their pictures. The 1st room looked like I was about to get trafficked in. The windows didn't lock, the door had such a gap that even when it was shut, you could see through to the outside. Someone had kicked a hole in the back of the bathroom door. There were places in the floor that felt like if I stepped down too hard I would go through. I was honestly surprised not to find a severed head in the fridge. No fitted sheets on the platform beds, everything was grungy. The room they moved me too was only slightly better.
