Clean room, nice location and a wonderful hospitality!

Affordable and in a good spot

We really enjoyed our stay although we didn't meet the owners we spoke to them on the phone and they were very friendly and welcoming we could not get the channels on the tv to work but that was probably us. We would stay again if we were up in Preston.

Nice location by the river. Room extremely small but nice lounge area and kitchen available. No kettle in room was not ideal as I was on 2nd floor so lots of running up and down for a cup of tea! Room also very warm in hot weather. Fan provided but not great and a bit noisy. Quiet street though so decent sleep until sun came up and blinds didn't keep it out. Great value for money and would definitely stay again when travelling alone.
