Luxurious Apartment in Aquatika, Beach Villas

We had a great time!. Iwas a little nervous when we initially chose this unit as there were not reviews. ButFrom the initial contact with the owner (William) He was easy to communicate with and he answered all of our questions and concerns. The Aquatica complex is a private 24-hour security at the gate. The unit has its own parking space which was great as we had a rental car. All Visisters staying at Aquatica most wear wristband (payment arrangements are made separately with the owner) the names of everyone staying at the unit and left at the gate so you can check in. Then you are given a pass for your vehicle for the period of time that you're staying. The unit had everything we needed. Full kitchen (no dishwasher) washer/dryer in unit, AC in each bedroom and living room,WIFI, grill on the patio. Ample beach toys for the kids and beach chairs. A Key lockbox. All we needed was to purchase our groceries. There is a Walmart Shopping center 18 minutes away. There is also a little grocery store at the entrance of the property which sells breakfast items and fresh bread and local pastries.yumm!! The property has five swimming pools a lazy river, jacuzzi which was out of order at the time ( no biggie), tennis courts, children's playground, miniature golf oh yes the private beach (thinking I could use a beach umbrella) you really don't have to leave the property if you don't want to.Easy 20 min drive to San Juan. We'll definitely stay there again.
