We appreciated the location, close to Plaza, restaurants, grocery stores, and in a nice neighborhood. The large balcony and windows with a view were very pleasant. It has a well equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and pots and pans. The elevator and easy security access was appreciated. The Jack and Jill bathrooms were a plus. A very quiet restful condo with comfy beds. We would definitely return for another stay.

Our 5 night stay at the Greg Ave condo in Santa Fe was excellent. The location was perfect, the place was clean, and the owner was attentive and a pleasure to deal with. I would stay here again without hesitation. One thing to note: this unit is in building A on the third floor. During our stay, the elevator for this building was out of order which made for a minor inconvenience. Nevertheless, I would stay here again.

Good location for the price, easy parking. We LOVED the covered porch at the back! The condo was adequate but lacked a few amenities. We had to go shopping for soap and washcloths for the shower (although there were lots of fluffy bath towels) and a few other necessities. There was a lack of space in the closets for hanging clothes (closet stuffed with pillows and blankets, vacuum, and ironing board) and no luggage racks for the bedrooms. Just one tiny chair. Check in/out was simple and efficient. Great internet, and lots of choices on the tv, although the setup seemed overly complicated. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if these few things were addressed.

We arrived at the property and it had not been turned over yet. Contacted the property manager and they got the cleaning crew out quickly and did a quick turn over on the condo. The condo is ok with a very nice balcony and furniture setup we enjoyed during our stay. The inside could use a bit of updating and some minor repairs, but it was good overall. The location worked well for getting around Santa Fe and the surrounding areas. We visited many national parks and areas in northern New Mexico during our stay and this was a great location to launch from. Being so close to the main highway made trips easy and there was not a lot of road noise. It was also quite close to downtown, so trips into town were short.

We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the locality. The condo bedroom doors not being proper doors aas odd and the bathrooms weren't super clean, mirror was smudged and cloudy and sink had toothpast in it.

This condo was exactly as presented. Location is the easy/quick access to Santa Fe, Taos, Bandelier, Museum Hill, etc. Beds are comfortable, half bath off the main Bedroom is handy, kitchen is well stocked, and outdoor space/deck is super comfortable with nice morning views. We will stay here again if we have opportunity

Property was just as described. Beds were great, having a kitchen was helpful, Netflix’s movies after a day of shopping and visiting churches worked for us. Be sure to get carry out sopaipillas at the Plaza restaurant.

This property in Santa fe is in an ideal location. We were able to reach all points in Santa fe within a ten minute journey. The apt is located near good grocery stores and drug stores and other retail places one would want. I particularly liked the porch and the responsiveness of the host to our needs.

Perfect for a low-key girls trip to Santa Fe. The condo itself was extremely cute, in a very nice safe neighborhood. It was too cold on this visit to make use of the outdoor space, but it was lovely too. We both loved it, would definitely stay again and in fact I’m already planning my next trip down with my husband. Note: Not a negative but one thing to be aware of is that although it is only about a mile from the Plaza you want to either have a car or plan to take an Uber because it is not a very walkable mile.

It was too cold on this visit to make use of the outdoor space, but it was lovely too. We both loved it, would definitely stay again and in fact I’m already planning my next trip down with my husband. We appreciated the location, close to Plaza, restaurants, grocery stores, and in a nice neighborhood. The large balcony and windows with a view were very pleasant. It has a well equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and pots and pans. The elevator and easy security access was appreciated. The Jack and Jill bathrooms were a plus. A very quiet restful condo with comfy beds. We would definitely return for another stay.

I lived in Santa Fe for many years and I can confidently say this condo is inan excellent location! It was a 6 minute drive to every area we enjoy visiting downtown. Only 15 minutes to the airport, too! The condo was designed to support a quiet sleep by putting the bedrooms on the opposite end of the balcony which faces the highway. The place was decorated tastefully and had everything we needed. The price was more than reasonable for the space. Highly recommended! Kind hosts and good communication.

This property in Santa fe is in an ideal location. We were able to reach all points in Santa fe within a ten minute journey. The apt is located near good grocery stores and drug stores and other retail places one would want. I particularly liked the porch and the responsiveness of the host to our needs.

The location was great - walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, and the Santa Fe plaza. Beds were comfortable and the condo was cute! The balcony was a great spot for coffee or card games with friends.

I left the space in good condition and even started the laundry before departing. Unfortunately, my stay was cut short due to decisions made by the host and their neighbor that directly affected my plans. What was meant to be a healing trip ended up being disrupted, resulting in financial loss and a disappointing experience. I hope future guests receive more thoughtful consideration.

This condo was in a great location with a nice balcony. We only used one bed but it was comfy. Kitchen was well-equipped. The place could use some minor updates (lighting) but overall was a nice stay. The only other suggestion to the owner would be to add a comfortable chair for relaxing. It was too cool to be outside when we were there, and the only living room furniture was a well-used 2-butt sofa. Dining chairs were not comfy enough for relaxing.

We had a very pleasant stay. The place was neat, clean, and comfortable, and the location was great - everything we needed was within a 5–10 minute drive. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. My family love the condo. It was clean and beautiful. If you are looking for a quiet place where you can relax this is the place. I loved all the amenities that were provided. Jeff was a wonderful host. He responded to my question immediately. Thank you, Jeff for letting us stay in your place.
