Serenity Bay Lakefront Cabin w/ Boat Slip.

The property is located right next to the HOA president, so he’ll watch over you a bit, but other than that, the property is convenient to community dock. There’s not a very clear view to the lake through the back deck, and the driveway is rather steep. However, plenty of room for the family!

The house was great, clean and well maintained. Was nice to have the gas grill and we really enjoyed our time there.

Great location and a very cozy place on the lake. Property has all the necessary essentials for a comfortable stay.

The house was fine - deck was great and had a good gas grill.Downside: trash bins were FULL upon arrival and did not get picked up until Wednesday (Day4). We were able to take "our" trash to the drop off location on Safety Harbor road - .5 miles away - the first part of the week.Boat slip has a lift that does NOT work and prevents a guest from putting a Tritoon boat in the slip without risking damage to the toons. We had to call and get permission to use a different slip. Management was unaware of the non-working lift and said no one else has complained. The neighbor (permanent resident) told us it did not work and hasn't worked for a long time. The whole point of renting a property "w/ Boat Slip" is to put a boat in the slip.The dishwasher did not work unless you slammed it shut to engage the latch. Once these items are corrected, I will recommend to others. (Rule #1 of Hosting: "Be your own guest" and adjust accordingly.)

We had a wonderful time at this house on the lake. As soon as I walked in it smelled great! Very clean and everything we needed for our stay.
