The amenities are nice but their parking charges are way over the top. Like you have to pay $25 for even thirty minutes unless you are a member… No complimentary anything. Not sure if I ever want to revisit.

Wow! What a find! Unbelievable gym and lap pool, coffee service at no additional charge including cappuccino etc, staff so so accommodating, no charge car rides anywhere, and the rooms were so big and quiet. Plus, the facility is an art gallery, with amazing works displayed throughout. We will return often!

OMG… If you are lucky enough to get One of their 14 rooms, do it! Not only are the rooms gorgeous, but the facilities are amazing. Live like you are a member of the private club with access to their bowling lanes, gym, pool, movie theatre, pool table, restaurant and bar. All including in your room price (accept for food and beverage.

A trendy high tech private club with dining and bar facilities, meeting rooms, multi lane lap pool, spa, gym, and training facilities, filled with tech bros (and girls) tapping away on laptops, sipping Lattes or Kombucha. Think Equinox meets the Virgin Atlantic Lounge at Heathrow, with a dozen or so extremely spacious, ultra modern rooms for overnight guests. Hotel guests enjoy all Club facilities.

The environment and decor is very stylish and interesting. The food in the restaurant was delicious, but a bit overpriced. The amenities were super nice (enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool and bowling alley). We were surprised that for a social club all the bars and restaurants were super dead. Enjoyed our stay overall!

Beautiful property, I really enjoyed the sauna, steam rooom, hottub, cold plunge and lap pool. The amenities in the locker room were wonderful. They have razors, shower caps, brushes, combs, hair products, q tips, hair ties and more.

We did a last minute weekend getaway to the Fitler Club and were pleasantly surprised. Excellent front desk gentleman whom I also had spoken to on the phone to inquire about the facilities. Clean room, high ceilings, two large windows, great bed and pillows, rainfall shower. Valet parking a breeze. I used the gym, women’s locker room and the pool. All great.

Beautiful stay, excellent staff, great food great vibes, you can walk any direction and find something great to eat. The bed, bathroom, and room were comfortable and clean. The Fitler is an excellent secret I wish I lived in Philly I would definitely become a member. The art here is inspiring

The service was terrible. I even spoke with management. The valet service is run by a different company, in fact none of the different areas of the club / hotel seem to know what the other is doing. I sat in th street in the rain because the valet (which is run by someone other than the hotel, even though the hotel charge you for it with your stay) said it was for member only and not hotel guests. Meanwhile the club is located in a back alley. I had to walk back and forth several time to finally get my car into the valet. It was ridiculous. There is never anybody at the hotel desk. The only people doing their job and with any type of hospitality were at the merchandise desk on the bottom floor. The bathtub was full of hair when I got into my room. I will never stay here again. It’s a very poor attempt at a Soho House. Mostly for older white suit and tie business men who want to feel young and have bro business lunches. Several other people were complaining during my short stay. And a woman guest who overheard me talking to the manager, followed me out to say she agreed that the customer service was terrible.

I was really really excited for this stay - maybe I had my expectations too high. I booked it because the bathroom looked stunning - the marble sink especially. However, upon getting there it was hard to get in since usual club members have to scan their keycard to get in. There is no signage or pre-checkin instruction on this so that was a bit confusing. Then, in my room the showerheads were not working properly? The smaller wand showerhead was not cleaned and was kind of gross. You can't have just one showerhead work at a time, instead both are on simultaneously (maybe something is wrong with the diverter valve). I even asked for help but the receptionist just said that was the way it worked. Lastly, checkout is stated to be at 12pm, but for some reason the housekeeper knocked on my door 3 separate times before 12pm to come in and clean even after I explained I would checkout by 12. All in all, I wish the experience was more seamless and more attention was paid to the details.

Hubby and I had spent a date night out to escape even though we live a few blocks away. Amazing property, staff was never in your face, but present when you needed them. The facilities are top notch, the rooms were spacious, the tub was amazing, the restaurants were not too pricey and the food was good!! Overall a great way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything is under one roof which is exactly what we were looking for in Philly in January. We will totally be back!

I picked this hotel based on location. I needed to be close to the train station. It was great. I loved the vibe of this place it was swanky with a retro vibe. You had me at the blue door. The classic rotary phone was like my Grandma's black rotary and my family's green rotary phone had a baby. It took ne back to my childhood, great nostalgia. The only negative thing I have to say is the room wasn't as functional as it could be. No place to set your open suitcase. Not much privacy in the bathroom. You turn the light on in the bathroom and it shines through the shower into the sleeping persons face. A curtain would be nice for the shower window. Other than that, I loved it.

The only negative was my room was #2, and it was right outside a service door and sometimes that would open and slam shut and was loud. Scared me the first time because I thought someone was coming in to my room. The shower handle piece also dripped and made an annoying noise my stay. Otherwise really enjoyed my experience.

This was probably the most unique place I’ve stayed in Philly. It’s no joke that finding the entrance may take a few minutes. Once inside it has a great atmosphere with nice views looking west toward University City across the river. The gym and spa options were wonderful . If I lived in Philly I’d be a Club member. The room was nice, although I could have done without the giant window to the shower and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and everything was super clean. Thanks for an easy stay!

The entry to the hotel felt like a speakeasy. The room was spacious and clean. The workout facilities and pool were outstanding. The one downside was the loud music playing until 1:15am adjacent to our room, which when I asked about it, we were told only happens every other Friday.

I found it to be very stark. Industrial and masculine vibes. Very dark inside. Couldn't see what was written on the doors because it was black writing on black doors! What the??? I would like to see a bill so that I know what I'm paying for as well. Staff was wxcellent. Noisy hallways and traffic/sirens.

Great modern amenties, nicely decorated, good size room and friendly staff. Convenient to downtown, train station, and penn campus. Slightly confusing entrance, best to come from 23rd street and is lower level of streets.

The staff and all interactions were superb. No request was too big or too small. Armomi, Emily, Wyatt, Kyron, Eric and Shakira were each exceptional. I do have one recommendation. The lobby art should be lit. The Mel Bochner and Rashid Johnson artworks are not in my opinion lit in a way that celebrates and acknowledges the beautiful artworks on display.

The staff and all interactions were superb. No request was too big or too small. Armomi, Emily, Wyatt, Kyron, Eric and Shakira were each exceptional. I do have one recommendation. Described as Soho House meets Equinox meets WeWork, and having been a member of all three, the Fitler Club exceeds expectations. I recently stayed two nights in room 7 - the rooms are spacious and well appointed. What I did not like was the staff yelling from one end of the hallway to the other for hours during the day. It made it difficult to work or rest in the room. The only other critique is that there is not a consistent presence at the check in counter so when it was time to leave I just assumed the checkout time and left. Very strange.

The service was terrible. I even spoke with management. The valet service is run by a different company, in fact none of the different areas of the club / hotel seem to know what the other is doing. I sat in th street in the rain because the valet (which is run by someone other than the hotel, even though the hotel charge you for it with your stay) said it was for member only and not hotel guests. Meanwhile the club is located in a back alley. I had to walk back and forth several time to finally get my car into the valet. It was ridiculous. There is never anybody at the hotel desk. The only people doing their job and with any type of hospitality were at the merchandise desk on the bottom floor. The bathtub was full of hair when I got into my room. I will never stay here again. It’s a very poor attempt at a Soho House. Mostly for older white suit and tie business men who want to feel young and have bro business lunches. Several other people were complaining during my short stay. And a woman guest who overheard me talking to the manager, followed me out to say she agreed that the customer service was terrible.

Everything was great except for when the check-in attendant took my card for incidentals and charged over $400 dollars on my card, which didn’t disappear until a month later. My bank (regions) had to dispute the charge to get it off of my card. My room had already been paid through Expedia, so they essentially charged nearly $1000 on my card for one night. It has been a hassle I didn’t need.

I waited 20 minutes to be checked in with no one at the front desk, making me late to my event. I had to ask the restaurant hostess to escalate the issue. It sounds like this wasn't uncommon. I waited again endlessly at check out with no one at the front desk. I called in advance asking if they had an extra charger which they said they'd let me know, and they did not have it but never let me know (I could've bought one ahead of time). Overall, the space is nice but the service isn't. Not worthy of the price and won't come back.

This place is a bit of a fortress to access, but it is a private club, and its exclusivity is what makes it unique. Access to a private bars and restaurants, wellness facilities, and bowling lanes are a definite plus. The shared spaces are filled with art and I was pleasantly surprised to find a rather large Rashid Johnson piece in the secondary reception area. There are only 14 rooms from my understanding, so it’s definitely a boutique experience, but it exists in an area with a lot of new construction, so noise may be an issue for some right now if you’re sensitive to that (not to mention the Armory space across the street). It’s in a great location with direct access to the river and trails, and is quite central to Rittenhouse and other attractions. Public transit access is easy to get you around the city on the cheap and quite efficiently. Overall, a very lovely stay. Thanks to Maggie and Lu for being so friendly and hospitable.

The Fitler Club is an interesting place. Once you figure out how to get inside, the facilities are very nice. Finding the front door is difficult. You have to enter on the ground floor level, which can only be accessed from the main lobby of the building by going out to the parking garage, walking down 2 flights of stairs in the parking garage to an exit door marked Emergency Exit Only, and sure enough when you open the door, the alarm sounds. Once the door closes the alarm shuts off. Then you have to walk across an alley to the Fitler entrance, only to have to take the elevator back up 2 stories to the main dining area, bar and hotel rooms. It would be so much easier to just let people take the elevator from the lobby to the front desk, but clearly there is some issue with that. After all that, you are ready for a drink, and the good news is the people are nice, the restaurant was very good, the bar was hopping. Finding the hotel rooms is another mystery tour. You have to wind around a few left and rights down hallways, where if you go thru the wrong door you end up in the kitchen. Once you do a few back tracks and finally find the rooms, they are very nice. And because they are around a few corners from the noisy bar area, the rooms are very quiet. Overall I would definitely go back to stay and eat, but I would invite them to improve the entrance experience since that is everyone's first impression, and it was kind of an Alice in Wonderland experience.

The environment and decor is very stylish and interesting. The food in the restaurant was delicious, but a bit overpriced. The amenities were super nice (enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool and bowling alley). We were surprised that for a social club all the bars and restaurants were super dead. Enjoyed our stay overall!

The club itself is wonderful and generally the staff were awesome. There was quite a bit of confusion with billing, and some confusion regarding the property itself but I think that was related to new employees who were still learning. Restaurant is pretty good too. We had a dish that was not edible but the bartenders took care of us immediately. This place is trying to do a lot at once and overall, it’s lovely.

Such a dirty place. I spent just a few hours in the hotel, wanted to take a shower and sleep a couple of hours. The bathroom floor was dirty, shower table, shower head- in a soap (I guess nobody clean after the previous guest). The hotel has just 14 rooms, no room service, close to the restaurant kitchen (you’ll not enjoy the smell ). So noisy! After 5:30AM you’ll not sleep. Also I heard all my neighbors who used the bathroom during the night. Not recommended.

This is more than a hotel!!!. Great location, staff was awesome, bowling alley, movie room, sports bar, cool vibes bar and loung. Here for work but bring my wife and staying here again. Amazing place for couples or fitness buffs. J.C- Dallas

We had an amazing time at Fitler Club. I brought my wife to Philadelphia for the Morgan Wallen concert at Lincoln Financial Field and taking the Septa from Fitler Club was easy and convenient. The room was really nice, loved the shower and all the amenities in the hotel. I highly recommend this property.

We had a very hard time finding the entrance. After we were able to check-in everything was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating, the room was amazing and bed very comfy!
