We absolutely loved this house, perfect for a girls weekend. House was beautifully updated, kitchen and bathrooms were modern, clean and had everything we needed. Amazing location. Responsive property mgmt. we will be back!

First, we would like to thank AMI Locals for the sweet card that was left for our family. We were in town for a Celebration of Life for only the weekend. The house was well appointed and beautifully decorated. Best of all it was right across the street from the beach! The location was excellent, since it was within walking distance to everything. We would stay here again.

At checked in we realized the fridge was leaking. We texted the property manager 4 times that the fridge had a leak. The entire kitchen was flooded the entire stay (unusable) and they only fixed it at 6:00 pm the day before we checked out. Very disappointed in the responsiveness of the host!

Everything was perfect. Check-in was easy. Communication lines open. Property is beautiful and clean. Close to everything; beach and bridge street so close!
