Our one night stay was decent. Our rooms were clean. It was quiet so we got a good nights rest. However, the pool was closed during our stay which made our stay just a tad bit disappointing.

Short staffed with breakfast, ran out of food and coffee (sinful) and had to wait multiple times, multiple days. Hot tub was cold. Much better the first time we stayed there. Pool policy no guest, not a limit, but no guests.

Decent breakfast fare and thankfully none of those rubbery sysco omelets popular elsewhere. Hotel was clean & comfortable. Would like more free weights in the fitness area but I get it. Loved seeing the mountains every time I walked out of the building. Parking lot patrolled by security so no riffraff seemed to be loitering about

It was an ok stay for 2 nights. Tub wouldn’t drain, door would slam every time I shut it, lights in room were too dim, the pool water was freezing cold, and elevators weren't working.

The elevator didn't work and had to walk to the end of building and walk to the other side of the building for our 3 floor room. Towels were very old and thin. Water didn't shut off easily in shower. Lighting were very poor.

We rented the suite and my grandkids loved it. The pool is nice and the hot tub. No place for me to walk so went to the work out room but the machines not in working order. Front desk guy was nice. We didnt have their breakfast though as we had to leave early.

Easy check in. Lady at the front desk was sweet as pie! Rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s quiet. The pool is great. The hot tub is a little on the cool side. We will stay here again when we’re back in ABQ.

We felt much safer at this hotel than other's we've been to as a family. The staff was friendly, quick, and helpful. There were a few issues with cleanliness (e.g. a couple roaches and missing towels) but overall an acceptable.

The staff was friendly but not very helpful. The pool was closed - IN THE SUMMER - for maintenance. There were drug deals happening in the street right outside the property. My "non-smoking" room reeked of smoke. Nothing in the hotel has been updated in the last 30 years. Disappointing

Dirty rooms, hallway was always dirty as well. Asked to speak to management never reached out had to call cooperation. Peeling wallpaper. Last day water was in the hallway from the pool. Still haven’t heard from management it’s been a week.

booked because we needed a suite so our grandkids could stay with us. We drove from Tucson to spend time. We got there late and opened sofa bed and found it covered in what looks like blood. No one at front desk. Took kids back home. Next morning showed pics to manager said would take care of it. They cleaned some of it but no new room even though they were to nearly full. After they wiped it still blood. wife would not even sit on nasty sofa much less let kids sleep on it. They stayed home. Manager said could only refund me $25. An insult. Hotels.com didnt do anything because when I booked on Hotels.com website like I have done a 100 times but paid at hotel would do NOTHING. I wanted a refund. BW corporate office offered a $30 "travel card" to use at next stay at BW if booked through them. wont happen.

One evening I to went to buy a soda and I waited 10 minutes for a clerk. I called out several times. He finally comes out of the back room and his first comment "is the bell broken" as he grabs a bell sitting on the counter. No sign to indicate to ring the bell. Tell me how much it was takes my money and walks away. I was told when I checked that there would not be any room service unless I requested. I came back Thursday and my room had been cleaned. I left personal items out since I wasn\'t expecting any one. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty and full of mold. I requested for a iron because the one in the room wasn\'t working. When I requested a replacement the first comment was "don\'t know if we have one available". Well they did have one however the problem wasn\'t the iron it was the outlet that wasn\'t working. The front desk clerks look like they don\'t enjoy their work or work environment

Staff are awesome, room is spacious, location is convenient, just a little difficult to access during high traffic times. Food was not up to previous standards and room was not thoroughly clean(found trash and dirt under the sofa bed)

Staff was pleasant, but room was dark and gloomy. There were odd windows in the interior hall looking into rooms...curtains of course....but was the purpose? Bathroom quite small. Furniture in living area looked worn. Traffic on the freeway was loud all night. Also exit was very difficult to navigate with closeness to freeway ramp. Very disappointed for the money.

The room was large; in fact we didn't even use the front of the room, the living room area. However, you could hear the traffic on the I-25 which is adjacent to the facility. Maybe heavier blinds/curtains to help reduce the noise from the freeway?

I had the suite with a with a convertible sofa. It was not comfortable to sleep on. Mattress was not not a good buffer for the springs. Staff was great and it was a good breakfast.

Hotel is at a very busy location. The room was comfortable, but not light tight and the parking lot is well illuminated with the very bright lights. Also don't care for heating/ cooling units right next to the bed as they are difficult to regulate. Breakfast was ok, location in town was ok. Entry to hotel somewhat awkward-not off service road, but next road back from I25 so you made a left turn off Montgomery across three lanes of traffic.

One concern. The toilets are very low to the ground and it was difficult for this elderly lady to stand. Otherwise, the room was very nicely accommodated, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was very clean. The staff was helpful and professional. I would stay here again.

Good sized rooms, great breakfast, common areas were clean, room was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. Manager overheard my kids complain about something (really minor) and he went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Very happy with our stay.

This location is being renovated into a Hilton Spark, whatever that is, so some details may change in the meantime. For our stay, it was mostly good. Beds were comfortable. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. Ben accommodated us as one of our party stayed after checkout while the rest of us tended errands -thanks. That said, a few knocks: We got the room specifically for the double sofa bed as third bed, but no linens other than a flimsy mattress cover were provided. They knew we expected to use it; had to cannibalize sheets and covers from one of the queen beds. Bathroom sink has no hot water and drains slowly. Shower continues to drip after it is shut off. The mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers were empty, but at least little bottles were provided. Breakfast was ok; staff was attentive. Indoor pool looked great, and we regret not bringing suits.

I was put in the wrong room and could not get back in the original room they put me in, to get my stuff. Than the front desk employee walked me back to my room and opened it for Me. I than told her i had reserved a 2 queen bed, but ended up with 1 queen bed. She than called back in a frw minutes and gave me a room i had requested in my reservation from earlier.

Upon check in, the individual attempted to charge my card for deposit but locked my debit card instead. He seemed overwhelmed and was trying his best to chk in guests. Breakfast wasnt as great as before. The rooms felt dirty and u clean. We only had 2 bath towels for a suite room. Thia hotel definitely was not as great this time around as before.

All in all good room. Definitely is dated, and need to get a handle on the pot smokers because the halls of level 3 reeked everytime we went out. Nice in room jet tub. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to many resturants and shopping. Didnt seem to ruff of a neighborhood.

All in all good room. Definitely is dated, and need to get a handle on the pot smokers because the halls of level 3 reeked everytime we went out. Nice in room jet tub. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to many resturants and shopping. Didnt seem to ruff of a neighborhood.

The hotel is very good but is next to a busy highway full of night time car racers. Noisy. It is a little tricky negotiating going south from the hotel which is on a one way frontage road but it is doable.

Overall very good, quiet & clean. The main downside to this particular hotel was the difficulty with getting into and out of the location, particularly if you were trying to turn left onto the very busy multi-lane road where there was no traffic light. Even turning right was difficult unless a nice driver let you in.

Hotel is at a very busy location. The room was comfortable, but not light tight and the parking lot is well illuminated with the very bright lights. Also don't care for heating/ cooling units right next to the bed as they are difficult to regulate. Breakfast was ok, location in town was ok. Entry to hotel somewhat awkward-not off service road, but next road back from I25 so you made a left turn off Montgomery across three lanes of traffic.

All in all the Best Western Plus was a good value for the money. The building is tired looking and so was the interior. Although functionable it lacked any pizazz. Colors were all dark. Breakfast was a let down.

Toilet wouldn\'t flush, I\'m guessing we weren\'t the only ones with problems as we had to wait for the plunger to be returned. Breakfast was lacking, had to have my keys "fixed" because they would quit working. Heater and a/c was very weak. Cars parked literally 10 feet from your pillow constantly honking their horn to lock their doors

The suite was a great size. The beds were comfortable and so was the sofa. The breakfast was cooked on site, not put into microwave to warm up. I was pleasantly surprised.

The stay overall was good, lack of service and availability at breakfast was at worst we experienced. No coffee and most of the line items were gone and took forever to restock the breakfast line.

Good sized rooms, great breakfast, common areas were clean, room was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. Manager overheard my kids complain about something (really minor) and he went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Very happy with our stay.

This location is being renovated into a Hilton Spark, whatever that is, so some details may change in the meantime. For our stay, it was mostly good. Beds were comfortable. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. Ben accommodated us as one of our party stayed after checkout while the rest of us tended errands -thanks. That said, a few knocks: We got the room specifically for the double sofa bed as third bed, but no linens other than a flimsy mattress cover were provided. They knew we expected to use it; had to cannibalize sheets and covers from one of the queen beds. Bathroom sink has no hot water and drains slowly. Shower continues to drip after it is shut off. The mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers were empty, but at least little bottles were provided. Breakfast was ok; staff was attentive. Indoor pool looked great, and we regret not bringing suits.

The hotel is great, children loved the heated indoor pool. Was hard to turn left at a busy road, so you have to turn right and make a uturn. Service was great and a menu was up every day for breakfast, though not necessary was a nice bonus.

One evening I to went to buy a soda and I waited 10 minutes for a clerk. I called out several times. He finally comes out of the back room and his first comment "is the bell broken" as he grabs a bell sitting on the counter. No sign to indicate to ring the bell. Tell me how much it was takes my money and walks away. I was told when I checked that there would not be any room service unless I requested. I came back Thursday and my room had been cleaned. I left personal items out since I wasn\'t expecting any one. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty and full of mold. I requested for a iron because the one in the room wasn\'t working. When I requested a replacement the first comment was "don\'t know if we have one available". Well they did have one however the problem wasn\'t the iron it was the outlet that wasn\'t working. The front desk clerks look like they don\'t enjoy their work or work environment
