Didn’t realize had booked a smoking room I do not smoke. Couldn’t change rooms. Had to go buy stuff to get rid of terrible smell. Room was smaller than pictured. People screaming outside at 3 AM every morning. We’re on 2 nd floor and no elevator. Had to drag big suitcases up stairs and I’m handicapped. No a pleasant stay. Would not recommend . The breakfast was muffins and coffee. The comforter had burn holes and miscellaneous stains. Blanket and sheets also had burn holes.

Had no issues here, the gentleman was fast, efficient and friendly. The room was clean smelled nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Was located right off the highway. Good rate for what we got. Clean room and bed. Everything worked. Water got hot quickly. Free breakfast was good. Can’t complain.

Stayed there for a softball tournament. My room was CLEAN, the front desk person was friendly when I checked in and out. Some of the stuff in the room could use a little maintenance but for the price it was a great place to lay my head and close to the fields. I did not have time to have breakfast in the morning but a lot of other guests did. It smelled really good and looked like plenty to eat. The only negative that I would mention that the hotel has no control over, were all the people loitering in the area, not the hotel. Probably not the best area in Albuquerque but I felt safe the whole time. I would stay here again

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was smaller than the pictures looked- especially the bathroom, can barely close the door to use the toilet. Breakfast’s only hot foods were waffles and toast(bread was expired).
