The apartment in the top story was beautiful-- charming, and cozy. The patio has a beautiful garden with fountain that was wonderfully relaxing. Swede hollow park just across the street was like something out of a fairytale. And, while feeling fairly far-removed from the city, it was so close to many fun things we enjoyed, including Como Zoo and a concert at the Excel Center. I highly recommend a stay here and would love to return, myself.

Lovely little home located in East St. Paul. The attic of this historic home was converted into a 2 bed apartment. Just adjacent to the old Hamm's Brewery. 4th star given to location as it is a little difficult to maneuver a van in and out of the driveway/alleyway. But no harm, and everything worked great. Michel was a great host and hope to stay there again!

Spotless, quiet, third floor 2 bed, 1 large bath w tub/shower apartment across from Swede Hollow Park and walk/bike trail system. Nice sitting area, large TV w streaming. Windows open for fresh air. Galley kitchen w sink, oven, full fridge, fully supplied. 7 min drive to Regions Hospital. 3 min drive to YMCA. Owner very nice and responsive. Neighborhood felt a bit sketchy but never had any problems even when needing to come/go after dark. I would definitely stay here again.

What an enjoyable gem! My parents and I came into the cities via Amtrak and found this was very convenient to the station with a quick ride. We loved the location being close to downtown attractions yet in a quiet, older neighborhood. Sure, expect some nuances in an older home and on the 3rd floor/attic. (low ceiling on one side of a bed, little nooks around, getting into the claw foot tub/shower carefully as a very petite senior, small kitchenette, etc). We found our stay was comfortable and happy with the thoughtful items for us guests. (snacks, bottled water, makeup face towels included within towels supplied, extra hygiene items within the bathroom mirror cabinet, books & pamphlets about the area’s history on the coffee table). Even having separate HVAC from the rest of the house so we could have complete control over the temperature in our unit was a great perk!We are very happy overall with our stay and hope to see the area again (like the large park across the street) when it’s warmer!

Amazing and clean cute apartment!! Inside the owner's house - private parking behind the house. Lots of goodies: water, coffee, popcorn, tea, hot cocoa, etc. Free streaming services, puzzles, games, etc. The only thing we disliked was confusion of wheree to enter.

If you have a love of old homes this is it. Nestled in a very diverse neighborhood, next to a very quiet park, this home has everything I wanted and more. Starting with off street parking, which in these areas is not a gaurentee, then on to the beautifully tended garden, it captivates ypu with its beauty and charm. The unit is the 3rd floor that features 2 beautiful rooms and a large bathroom with a beautiful tub to soak in after a long day walking the local attractions. It has its own temperature controls with central air/heating. There is a quaint kitchen, perfect for quick meals or a little bite to eat. It is a on the 3rd floor so do expect stairs, and it is older so the stair case is a bit on the narrow side. This for me was a perfectly acceptable trade off for such a great property. I will glady stay here again.

This was our third visit and we will be back again! The space is just so lovely, comfortable, and clean. Michel is so kind and creates a space that is so inviting, with all the comforts you need. From cookware, to coffee, and sweet treats and even a few bottles of water. The bedrooms are well decorated and the beds are very comfortable. We love being on the third floor with a great view of the park across the street. There is so much history about the area and Michel provides information in the suite about a lot of it. We can't wait to come back for another girls trip. Be prepared for a few flights of stairs but the work out is so worth it for the space. Thank you again for providing us such a comfortable, and clean space to relax and connect for our girls trip!

We really enjoyed our stay! And can confirm that this place is just comfortable and wonderful during the heat of the summer as it was during our stay during the coldest part of winter. It’s clean and comfortable and convenient, and we hope to stay there again.

Very quaint, VERY clean. A cozy, small, 3rd story apartment. Wish they would’ve had cooking oil, and I burned my hand a bit on the old fashioned kettle, but that’s my fault. Let’s just say I’m not the brightest bulb in the bunch 😅. Bath tub was very nice.

We had so much fun at this rental. The third floor apartment was well appointed and super clean. My kids enjoyed the nook under the switches had, the living room was comfy and the two bedrooms were very cozy. The. Neighborhood is great, in walking distance of a great coffee shop, Swede Hollow. The owners are super nice, and onsite if needed. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in St. Paul!

Had a lovely time staying in this charming suite in Swede Hollow. It’s beautiful in person. The beds were so comfortable and the carpet was new. The property was very clean, we had great communication with the host, and the check out process was easy. I would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful apartment for our girls trip. Clean and comfortable with all of the amenities of home and even some little extras that really made this property a step above others we have stayed in. Owners very easy to communicate with and very friendly! You won’t regret staying here.

We went to St Paul for a concert at the Palace Theater. It was a quick 6 min drive, roughly 40 min walk. Place is bigger than it looks. Very clean and cozy. I recommend!

This stay was pretty relaxing. Fully functioning kitchen, with a clawfoot bathtub, two bedrooms with queen beds and a cozy living room with a hideaway reading nook. It was a great place to stay for a first visit to Minnesota. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our time here! Loved the decor and the spaciousness. The ceiling angles might be difficult for tall people to navigate, particularly at the kitchen counter, but overall it is a great find.

Love this property. The apartment is so clean and well stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. Michle makes sure to add extra touches like good hand soap and lotion in the bathroom, and kitchen, bottles of water in the fridge, coffee pods, hot chocolate, and all the needed kitchen supplies. The layout is perfect. We love the nook for playing games. The claw foot tub is perfect for a good soak. You can tell the place is very well cared for. We really appreciate being able to stay. We will definitely be back for our third visit soon! -Liz and Sarah

The property truly was one of a kind, it was in great condition and extremely comfortable during our stay, one piece of feedback I have for the property is 3PM check-in is alittle late, we got off our flight at 11am and we had to wait awhile to unpacked and get situated, otherwise everything was great!

Amazing and clean cute apartment!! Inside the owner's house - private parking behind the house. Lots of goodies: water, coffee, popcorn, tea, hot cocoa, etc. Free streaming services, puzzles, games, etc. The only thing we disliked was confusion of wheree to enter.

Had a lovely time staying in this charming suite in Swede Hollow. It’s beautiful in person. The beds were so comfortable and the carpet was new. The property was very clean, we had great communication with the host, and the check out process was easy. I would absolutely stay there again.

Stayed here when we went to St. Paul for Janet Jackson. The apartment is adorable and had all accommodations needed. The check-in process is standard VRBO in that directions are sent days beforehand. Had a difficult time finding the lockbox and there was a small mess-up with check-in, but Michele was quick to make things right and very accommodating. Would stay here again! (Sidenote: the nearby coffeeshop did NOT open when their hours stated, but Michele has a remedy for this as well!)

The apartment in the top story was beautiful-- charming, and cozy. The patio has a beautiful garden with fountain that was wonderfully relaxing. Swede hollow park just across the street was like something out of a fairytale. And, while feeling fairly far-removed from the city, it was so close to many fun things we enjoyed, including Como Zoo and a concert at the Excel Center. I highly recommend a stay here and would love to return, myself.

Cool 3rd floor apartment in a historic home. Very comfortable and charming. I shirt walk to St. Paul brewing and other down town attractions. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and respectful. Highest ratings on an criteria and would definitely start here again!

The home was very quite and clean. The host was helpful and there when we needed her. The home itself was located on a quite dead end and was in walking distance of many restaurants. We came there for a show at the Fitzgerald and it was only a 8 minute drive. Overall it was an amazing stay.

Spotless, quiet, third floor 2 bed, 1 large bath w tub/shower apartment across from Swede Hollow Park and walk/bike trail system. Nice sitting area, large TV w streaming. Windows open for fresh air. Galley kitchen w sink, oven, full fridge, fully supplied. 7 min drive to Regions Hospital. 3 min drive to YMCA. Owner very nice and responsive. Neighborhood felt a bit sketchy but never had any problems even when needing to come/go after dark. I would definitely stay here again.

What an enjoyable gem! My parents and I came into the cities via Amtrak and found this was very convenient to the station with a quick ride. We loved the location being close to downtown attractions yet in a quiet, older neighborhood. Sure, expect some nuances in an older home and on the 3rd floor/attic. (low ceiling on one side of a bed, little nooks around, getting into the claw foot tub/shower carefully as a very petite senior, small kitchenette, etc). We found our stay was comfortable and happy with the thoughtful items for us guests. (snacks, bottled water, makeup face towels included within towels supplied, extra hygiene items within the bathroom mirror cabinet, books & pamphlets about the area’s history on the coffee table). Even having separate HVAC from the rest of the house so we could have complete control over the temperature in our unit was a great perk!We are very happy overall with our stay and hope to see the area again (like the large park across the street) when it’s warmer!

If you have a love of old homes this is it. Nestled in a very diverse neighborhood, next to a very quiet park, this home has everything I wanted and more. Starting with off street parking, which in these areas is not a gaurentee, then on to the beautifully tended garden, it captivates ypu with its beauty and charm. The unit is the 3rd floor that features 2 beautiful rooms and a large bathroom with a beautiful tub to soak in after a long day walking the local attractions. It has its own temperature controls with central air/heating. There is a quaint kitchen, perfect for quick meals or a little bite to eat. It is a on the 3rd floor so do expect stairs, and it is older so the stair case is a bit on the narrow side. This for me was a perfectly acceptable trade off for such a great property. I will glady stay here again.

We went to St Paul for a concert at the Palace Theater. It was a quick 6 min drive, roughly 40 min walk. Place is bigger than it looks. Very clean and cozy. I recommend!

I had a comfortable stay. I could explore the city during the day and come home later on to relax. Gerry was there to greet me upon arrival, making it easy to settle in. Plently of towels and snacks provided. Quiet area. Would stay again.

Very quaint, VERY clean. A cozy, small, 3rd story apartment. Wish they would’ve had cooking oil, and I burned my hand a bit on the old fashioned kettle, but that’s my fault. Let’s just say I’m not the brightest bulb in the bunch 😅. Bath tub was very nice.

Beautiful apartment for our girls trip. Clean and comfortable with all of the amenities of home and even some little extras that really made this property a step above others we have stayed in. Owners very easy to communicate with and very friendly! You won’t regret staying here.

Love this property. The apartment is so clean and well stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. Michle makes sure to add extra touches like good hand soap and lotion in the bathroom, and kitchen, bottles of water in the fridge, coffee pods, hot chocolate, and all the needed kitchen supplies. The layout is perfect. We love the nook for playing games. The claw foot tub is perfect for a good soak. You can tell the place is very well cared for. We really appreciate being able to stay. This was our third visit and we will be back again! The space is just so lovely, comfortable, and clean. Michel is so kind and creates a space that is so inviting, with all the comforts you need. From cookware, to coffee, and sweet treats and even a few bottles of water. The bedrooms are well decorated and the beds are very comfortable. We love being on the third floor with a great view of the park across the street. There is so much history about the area and Michel provides information in the suite about a lot of it. We can't wait to come back for another girls trip. Be prepared for a few flights of stairs but the work out is so worth it for the space. Thank you again for providing us such a comfortable, and clean space to relax and connect for our girls trip!

Our stay was great! The host greeted us and was very nice! The rental was clean and had everything we needed for a couple day stay. The beds were comfortable. The only challenging thing is the shower but we made it work. We will definitely stay again sometime!

We did a short weekend in St. Paul and this cute apartment was perfect for us. They had all the necessities and amenities one could want. The apartment is beautiful and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beautifully decorated and comfortable bedrooms, massive bathroom with plenty of thick towels, the kitchen had all the essentials and was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. The livingroom was very cozy and we loved the little puzzle/reading nook. The location in St. Paul was great and this place was easy to get to. It is a quiet street and it is just a few blocks from the Swede Hollow Cafe, which we went to twice it was so wonderful, and the Mississippi Market. Check in and check out was super simple, the host communicated promptly with clear instructions. And we appreciated the parking space. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to St. Paul. I recommend!!
