We came to south shore harbor for a conference and this house was perfect! The location is great with restaurants nearby as well as target! The interior was beautifully decorated and very functional! We loved the outdoor sitting areas! We will be back!

Came down with some family to celebrate my mother's birthday. She absolutely loved the home! Her favorite part was the porch swing under the shade in the backyard. We could hardly get her out of it, so we spent most of our time sitting on the outdoor furniture talking and hanging out. It was a great stay :)

We had a really nice stay. Created some great memories. The locals werent very friendly. They would walk or ride by the house and just glare, not speaking. The house has a lot of "wow" factors. The outdoor area and the inside bar space was our favorite hangout spots.

Beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. Even though quiet, there was plenty to see and do, in the neighborhood and nearby. Was a perfect place for a quick getaway and plenty of room for my crew of 8. Was very clean. The games kept my attention in the late evenings and also the outer deck. Communication from the host was great! No problems on this trip! Thank you... I will definitely be back!

We only stayed one night. But it was praceful and no issues. The outside space was lovely and allowed us to relax after a full day. The game room was enjoyed by the kids and grandpa! The upstairs bunkbeds were perfect forvthe two 6 year olds.

We stayed for a few days to visit our kids for Christmas. We were able to cook Christmas dinner together because the kitchen was well stocked. We noticed one issue when we arrived and sent a note to the owner who was very responsive. There is very little water pressure in the sink in the upstairs bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again when visiting our kids.

The house was really nice and spacious. However, it was really dirty. Lots is cigarette butts, cans, and bottles in the yard. I had to go around with a tissue and pick up globs of black hair off the floor in the upstairs bathroom/bedroom. Some of the drawers were so filthy, you couldn’t put your things in them. There was no toilet paper, or towels in the master BR so we had to go buy TP and soap. Got towels off another bed downstairs. I spilled some water on the kitchen floor and wiped it up with a paper towel. It was black after wiping the floor. The hall bath had a burned out bulb and almost all the plumbing fixtures are loose. Many safety hazards around the property. Need to light or mark with reflective tape on the front steps. The pool and fire pit are nice touches. It wouldn’t take much to make this a first class property. Mostly just needs a thorough cleaning.

The house was very nice. There were a couple.of items I brought to the attention of the owners and they were quick to respond. I will say, you must watch your step around the house. . From living room, you step down to kitchen or into bar areafrom kirchen to bar area is also step down... upstairs was a slight step up to bathroom and step down to 2 of the 3 bedrooms.

They told me the day before my trip that they had to do maintenance on the place while I was there. They cancelled when I didn't want the maintenance work during my vacation stay. I was left scrambling for a place the night before my flight to Texas.

Everything was amazing. My family and I loved the place. Host was amazing. Everything we needed for our stay was available to us. We had a blast. My kids loved the arcade games. Please please let us know when we are able to add more people to our party. We would love to return.

Home offers plenty of space for 6 guests, and the area is wonderful! Close in proximity to the local harbor, we found ourselves enjoying the local dining scene close to the water. Property is modern & well thought out for guests, rooms offer plenty of comfortable beds and location is close to NASA, fun bars/hangouts as well as HOU Hobby Airport. Owner was communicative & directions/access was super convenient. A definite bookmark for our next visit to the Lone Star State!!

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen with modern appliances. Lots of cozy space to unwind and relax. Bedrooms are all good sized with comfortable mattresses. Host was very easy to work with excellent communication and follow up.

Every room was clean. My guest said they felt like they were on a beach in Miami from the feel of the house! I called about a very small issue I notified the host and had an immediate response apologizing for inconvenience (which it was not). There are tiny steps or ledges (if you will) on the floor in a few places in the house and if you are unaware or forget they are there you probably will trip or have a little misstep. Okay, that's it, that's all! We really enjoyed the house, the neighborhood and the walkability (there are a few bar/restaurants right at the corner of the street) The ladies loved the mirror at the bar area, and the guys loved the video games whilst everyone loved the outdoor area. This is a house that everyone said they'd love to return to again and spend even more time. I even had a friend that said she wanted to live there. The pictures depict the house very well and as is.

We had a really nice stay. Created some great memories. The locals werent very friendly. They would walk or ride by the house and just glare, not speaking. The house has a lot of "wow" factors. The outdoor area and the inside bar space was our favorite hangout spots.
