It was a cozy little stay, for the weekend. Make sure you ask about wifi before hand. But plenty of available appliances if needed. Really cute, and secure! We enjoyed our stay

Lovely, quiet location close to everything we wanted! Great for people with pets - lots of trails nearby and close to Honeymoon Island dog beach. Easy instructions for arrival and parking

This is such a quaint little place great for one three people. I felt very secure as a single person I would recommend this place. The host was always in communication and answered my questions.

Clean, private, quiet and very spacious.

We rented this unit for 6 weeks. Should have suspected something when all reviews were only 1-2 nights rental. There was supposed to be full size refrigerator. There was not. Outdoor grill. None! Kitchen sink faucet had no water pressure , just a dribble and faucet was not even attached to sink. Owner even admitted that cleaners told him of this prior to our arrival and still didn’t fix it. Didn’t even offer to fix it until I requested he do so. In addition the unit wasn’t even clean. Our first night there just walking around in our clean white socks, they were filthy. Bugs and dirt on floors, took a shower first night and after standing on shower mat, lifted my foot to side of tub and it was full of hair!!! Not my hair! Disgusting! Part of our agreement to rent was a washer and dryer. What they provided was a very small washer/dryer combo that would not have accommodated more than a couple towels at a time and left no instructions on to even use it. The rental unit was not fit to stay in. We left after second night and owner refused any sort of refund. We lost 5400.00. VRBO offered us 500. It was interesting the rental amount breakdown showed about 2400.00 of the amount charged was for cleaning!I would not recommend renting this unit especially long term.
