The front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly. We picked this hotel because it was pet friendly (with no pet fee!) and affordable. The room was fresh and clean with everything in working order. Our room and bathroom was very clean. Everything in the room worked without problems; TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. This is an older building but the rooms have recently been updated and they are attractive. If you want an overnight stay in a clean, comfortable room at a very reasonable price this is the place for you!

This is a nice, clean, park at your door, older motel. Has been painted, has nice bedding, and showers. Hard floors, but with a strip of carpet between the beds. Nice walking area for the pups. This I a perfect location, and a lower price. We stay here several times a year.

Property was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is an older hotel, but it had everything we needed. Room had a fridge, microwave, small coffee maker and wifi. It was a cooler day and the in room heater kept us comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and check-in was easy. The bed pillows were more flat then full. If you are used to a more full pillow, I would recommend asking for a few additional pillows.

This is a good hotel, with parking right in front of the room. The staff is very friendly. The amenities are good. The only issue is, this hotel is right next to the free way I70, so we can hear the noise from all the traffic through out the night.

You get what you pay for… smelled like smoke, shower wasn’t cleaned, tub spout almost came out of the wall when trying to switch from tub to shower. But it kept the rain off our head & there weren’t any bed bugs.

So I booked this motel based on the “good” reviews posted by other individuals who have stayed here. That was a mistake! The Motel Building: fairly unappealing square building on the same lot as the Comfort Inn and Tim Hortons Check In: typical check in process with the front desk Indian man (who wasn’t the most friendly person). Thankfully, it was a smooth and quick process. The Room: Walked in and noted that it felt musty. Immediately turned on the A/C, which immediately kicked on. I booked a 2 Queen Bed room (Room 25) and went to sit/lay on one of the mattresses and noted how HARD the mattress felt. I could tell the mattresses were old/springy and the pillows were the WORST pillows I have ever layed my head upon. The Bathroom: the SMALLEST bathroom I have ever seen in a motel room! A bedroom closet seemed larger than this bathroom. The towels were the smallest towels I have seen in a motel room and smelled heavily of bleach. I looked at the tub/shower and noticed the SMALLEST showerhead I have ever seen in my life. Also, I noticed how low hanging the showerhead was on the wall. The water pressure was the WORST water pressure I have ever encountered in my life! *The road noise from the freeway was loud enough to hear in the room, which made for a noisy night and little sleep Do yourself a favor and book yourself a better quality room, but if you are looking for a no-frill, budget room… then this is the place to stay

No frills. Nothing fancy. Not the best location but convenient to where we were heading (Rose Music Center - next time will spend more for Tru). Uncomfortable bed and tv remote that was taped together and didn’t change channels just turned on and off so we could watch one channel after concert. You get what pay for.

Exactly what we were looking for - a cheap option for a 2 night stay for Phish concerts. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean. Close to restaurants and Walmart. No complaints at all. Decent enough place for a good price. Would stay again.

We got two rooms. One smelled heavily of chemicals and the other of cigarettes. My sheets had BLOOD on them. I asked for new sheets and was given a crumpled up mess of sheets with no replacement pillow cases. The man told me they use a 3rd party to wash their sheets but that doesnt explain why the cleaners would put them on the bed. He acknowledged it was blood. I am a professional cleaner, I know it was blood. The second set of sheets was still warm from the dryer so obviously lied about the 3rd party as well. Those sheets had a gray stain. By then it was almost 3am and had no choice but to stay. I asked for a refund and he said it was up to hotels.com but that he would let them know to give a refund. When they called him he lied and said the sheets were never dirty and that I lied and would not agree to a refund.
