The beds were not made when we walked into our room. When we called down the housekeeper asked if we wanted to do it or should she. The carpet had a big red stain and the TV remote barely worked. The elevator broke down late Saturday night until Monday morning.

The stay was comfortable. The hotel should have an ice machine and fully furnish the kitchen plates, eating utensils and cookware, The freezer should be equipped with ice trays. Sliding door entry/exit would make accessibility more convenient to the hotel.

This is an older hotel that needs some serious updating. The lobby and halls are very dark. The bathroom light didn't work, so they put a lamp in there and the shower was dark. We had to tighten down the toilet seat by hand it was so loose we couldn't use it. The only good thing is that it seems to be quiet and there is plenty of places to eat.

The area was close to the highway. It had some eating options within walking distance. The laundry facility was also convenient. Maybe would suggest a laundry supply vending machine in the facility. Internet connection was good. The Bed was very clean and comfortable.

When we checked in we went to the room. There are no ice makers in the hotel and we had one tray in the freezer that was half empty. We went to the desk and requested another ice cube tray, and some glasses. I guess I expected too much - I thought there would at least be glasses, if only paper cups in the room! There was a car parked in the disabled spot out front that had the driver's side door taped shut with wide tape all over it. A person sat on the passenger side talking to some folks when they came out. He looked like he was selling drugs! I would never stay there again!

Just ok. The mattresses were not in a cover. The paint on the bathroom door was peeling away. There was pink mold around the top of the shower head which had been painted over. The size of the room was good. Breakfast wasn’t really a full meal, just a snack. Kitchen items are an additional fee.

The room felt dirty as there were at least two roaches crawling about. There was no waste basket in the room and the bathroom sink was plumbed in reverse: hot water was delivered when the faucet handle was turned to the right.

We checked in. First room was never cleaned. Trash everywhere bed not made or cleaned. Bathroom was disgusting. Smelled like weed and tabacco. Went downstairs to show pictures. They gave us another room. This one was clean but someone removed the smoke detector and left it on the bed. All the windows un the hotel were open for reasons unknown. Then to top it off tge stair well smell of heavy weed use even though there are signs everywhere no smoking. I felt safer in my car. We told them we do not want to stay here. They stated oh it will be 3 to 5 days to get my money back. Nothing else was offered. Stay clear of this place. Absolute nightmare.

So obviously the housekeeper didn’t do that area as claimed in notes. There was only a small soap and one tiny shampoo. No hair drier. I had to keep signing into the Internet. It kept disconnecting.

We arrived at 6pm and were met by a woman working the front desk who was less than happy to be there. The hotel was dirty and smelled of smoke and marijuana. The room was also dirty. The floor was sticky and we could not remove our shoes. The outlets were broken as was the remote. Then in the morning a cockroach was crawling on the side table. Also the free breakfast consists of coffee and few granola bars placed by the front desk. It should be illegal for them to advertise a free breakfast with your stay as there is not one. We deserve a full refund for the 12 hours we spent in this hotel.

I had to change my room from a king size to a small seems like a full size bed, the receptionist was very friendly and sweet but I hated my room. The tub had rust in it so I didn't shower, the light vent was very noisy, the guest were outside loud all night playing music, the hallway floors were nasty filled with dog hair and the whole hotel smelt bad. My room smelled like a sewer on top of that my air conditioner was loud.

Very quiet. Not many people staying there. Lobby doors unlocked after midnight, no key needed to enter. No one up front at the desk but in the back area. Room window stuck open an inch or two. One man loitering at end of hall one time.

After driving 9 hours, we arrived to the property at 11 pm and were told there wasn’t a room for us. We were told to go to their other location, which was 25 minutes back in the direction from which we had just been driving. This added another 30 minutes on to the 7 1/2 hour drive we needed to finish to get to our final destination the next morning. When checking in at the other property, I was told I had to pay for the room, even though I had already paid for the night months ago. I was told that it was because my booking was for the other location, not this one, and that Expedia would have to refund that money later.

I am unable to give an honest feedback about the room itself due to the fact that after having put in my reservation and paid for my room when I went to get my key I was informed that they didn't have my room yet it was still listed online for sale. The staff on duty seemed very disconnected she had seem like she there was no concern whatsoever for my situation she told me that my room wasn't there and she didn't have a room for me and walked away from the desk without offering any type of solution or any other help at all

Waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk so I could check in at 5:00 pm. Near midnight, a manager entered my room unannounced and then asked if this was my room. When I checked out, a different manager couldn’t find my record, then told me I was on the no show list and they had to check me in to check me out. The room was basic, but acceptably clean. The rest of the hotel is run down. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

This is an older hotel that needs some serious updating. The lobby and halls are very dark. The bathroom light didn't work, so they put a lamp in there and the shower was dark. We had to tighten down the toilet seat by hand it was so loose we couldn't use it. The only good thing is that it seems to be quiet and there is plenty of places to eat.

The area was close to the highway. It had some eating options within walking distance. The laundry facility was also convenient. Maybe would suggest a laundry supply vending machine in the facility. Internet connection was good. The Bed was very clean and comfortable.

Comfortable place to stay with reasonable rates compared to surrounding hotels. Good location with food and shopping within walking distance.

The price was right. Do not get a room on the back of the hotel as 1-75 will keep you awake. In the room, relatively clean however there were crumbs on the floor and window ledge. Both drains were very slow in bathroom. Breakfast was a joke. Coffee, no milk with packaged muffins, packaged oatmeal, and granola bars. Some employee tried to enter our room at 7:50 a.m. There were no “do not disturb” signs available for our use. No recommendations.

I liked the places around the hotel. Bed was comfy, hotel floor was dirty, bathroom was clean, towels were dirty, ice cold when we went in ac was set to 60. Overall a pleasant stay for just one night

Good, quiet location. reasonable rates for room. Five stars based on rates, location, and room vs other much higher priced motels close by. I stay here when I visit Dayton.

I have stayed in extended stay worse than this, so was not surprised. It is a compromise to find a hotel with kitchen, but this establishment could do better. A noisy air conditioning unit in the hallway, a rickety elevator, unprotected side door, no cameras outside pointing to the parking lot, a pathetic breakfast (coffee mini muffins), these are some notable issues. A courteous staff made the stay much less painful despite the issues.

Just ok. The mattresses were not in a cover. The paint on the bathroom door was peeling away. There was pink mold around the top of the shower head which had been painted over. The size of the room was good. Breakfast wasn’t really a full meal, just a snack. Kitchen items are an additional fee.

We arrived at 6pm and were met by a woman working the front desk who was less than happy to be there. The hotel was dirty and smelled of smoke and marijuana. The room was also dirty. The floor was sticky and we could not remove our shoes. The outlets were broken as was the remote. Then in the morning a cockroach was crawling on the side table. Also the free breakfast consists of coffee and few granola bars placed by the front desk. It should be illegal for them to advertise a free breakfast with your stay as there is not one. We deserve a full refund for the 12 hours we spent in this hotel.

This hotel says it has breakfast but it does not. It is luke warm water, cold coffee served with the possibility of granola bars, no fruit, no eggs, no bread, no milk. The creamers are all sweet, and no hot water for the oatmeal.

Staff was great but I gave it poor rating because we had muffins from the grab and go breakfast and they had mild! My son ate some of it before I was able to catch it, I expressed this to the lady at the front desk later that day and she just brushed me off (black hair glasses) the room had ants even on the beds The overall room was worn down, water from shower and sink took forever to drain, we had to wait a day to get extra towels that we never received, the curtains were not in place and didn’t close all the way, the air conditioning system was very loud. Whoever took over this property is doing a terrible job. The only good thing about this place is the staff. Friendly and helpful. I believe her name is Lilly? Not sure, but older blonde lady was great.

I wouldn't suggest anybody to stay here, it was horrendous, and wouldn't stay there if you paid me too. The initial room provide smelt like dirty mops and mildew and I immediately went back down to alert the staff, the second room the provided even worst, refrigerator had mildew, tub and shower curtain filthy, fixtures missing, blood stained sheets, and roaches were crawling everywhere. Needless to say my sibling and I grabbed our things and got the hell out of there as quickly as possible. Despicable. Although independently owned I am not staying at any of them after this fiasco. Absolutely disgusting.

It has a kitchen however they have no utensils zero nothing at all no ice machine bathtub was dirty had mold around the tub the whole entire first floor smelled like marijuana surprisingly it's a non-smoking Hotel staff was somewhat friendly however they were not informative at all
