Shanghai Vintage Hotel Disneyland Branch

Eu gostaria que todos tivessem, ao menos uma vez, a experiência de ficar em um hotel em um bairro mais local em Shanghai. Não tenho palavras para descrever como eu e meu namorado fomos tratados pelo gerente do hotel assim que chegamos, o Derek. Eu cometi um erro ao reservar o hotel, e só vi quando cheguei, tive todo suporte, contato de we chat e auxílio da equipe para resolver da melhor forma. O Derek nos deu dicas de transporte, passeios, macetes para a viagem e ainda nos tratou como se fôssemos velhos amigos, algo que realmente faz diferença quando se está em um país que mal sabemos falar a língua, e totalmente diferente da cultura que viemos. Alguns dias que nos hospedamos era feriado na china, então foram alguns poucos dias turbulentes, pois os chineses podem ser um pouco barulhentos, mas a experiência de estar ali no meio foi bem interessante de viver. O hotel não é 100% recem construído, contendo talvez eventuais problemas na infraestrutura, mas é tudo bem limpinho, bom ar condicionado, tudo automatizado e a equipe tanto da limpeza, quanto do restaurante fizeram de tudo para que conseguíssemos nos expressar, mesmo sem falar mandarim. Experiência nota 10, e o atendimento inclusive compensa qualquer coisa que talvez não estava 100% no hotel, pois nos sentimos em casa. Obrigada Derek por todo cuidado com nossa estadia!!

The staff was amazing. Derek in particular really made the trip great. He goes out of his way to assist, even when off hours. He helped us navigate the Shanghai in ways that made it easy. A HUGE thanks to Derek

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. You can tell that they were trained well by the manager. Hotel service, accommodations, etc. I don’t believe any hotel can compare with this one. Trips to Disneyland and the nearby zoo was a special treat for us. Shuttle service was provided by the hotel. The breakfast was of Chinese cuisine and very healthy. We give you the highest recommendation to stay at this hotel. You will truly enjoy your stay.
