The room had several areas where dust/or rust had built up. The tub didn't drain when showering. Water pressure was low. Pool was out of order, not good when travelling with kids. There was only one elevator working, so I had to take the stairs to and from the 3rd floor several times as there was a large family reunion group staying while I was there. Upon arriving back to the hotel at 11pm, the large group of family reunion participants were gathered outside of the hotel entrance which made it none to inviting. The hotel staff should have asked them to move indoors away from the entrance. No usb ports for charging in the rooms. Woke up to loud beeping and window washing outside.

We thought it was safe to book a Doubletree. This one was disappointing. The hotel was rundown, every ice machine was out of order, 2 of 5 bathroom stalls were out of order in the ladies room, the fitness center stationary bike was out of order, our shower out of shower gel, our cable connection pulled out of the wall and our air conditioner was not cooling the room

Hotel was generally good and had a Texas Steakhouse with a nice bar on the first floor. Complimentary breakfast was kind of lame, and a family in front of me left very disappointed. There was a lot of construction going on at the time. Good access to the highway though.

I never leave reviews but because I read them I’m sharing. The hotel was dirty. Our room looked like the bedding was changed and that’s it. There was urine all over the toilet and the whole bathroom smelled like urine. The shower was dirty, there was hair on the floors in the bathroom as well. The toilet and shower needed to be deep cleaned (mold and dirty). When we opened the fridge there was the previous persons opened food inside. The coffee creamers provided for coffee had gone bad. It felt gross. Like they literally changed the bedding and that’s it. Will not be staying at a Hilton Hotel chain again.

I called for room service but no one answered, after about 6 times I gave up. The tissue holder was disgusting, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There also was brown stain near bathroom door couldn't say if it was poop or not. Very disappointed!

Alarm clock behind headboard with no batteries. Outdated outlets on lamp didn’t fit chargers. No USB outlet. Shower faucets backwards for hot/cold water, and spider in the bathroom. Otherwise good stay, a little noisy from other visitors in the hallway, but liked that it had on site restaurant and ample parking and close to interstate.

The hotel room was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The front desk lady was very friendly and we even got our complimentary cookies. The only complaint was the noise level. While trying to sleep, we could hear the hotel doors opening and closing, and suitcases rolling on the floor.

I had some trouble with checking in but the desk clerk Lavonda helped me out. She was very informative and helpful. The first room we were assigned had been occupied apparently by someone unauthorized. We were reassigned and our second room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was nice but is beginning to show signs of aging. One of the two elevators went out of order and that created some slowdowns with hotel traffic. The area was easy to access being right off the highway. All in all a 7/10 hotel experience.

A middle aged property that needs updating. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Really nice TV. There was paint peeling in numerous places in the hotel; the faucet in my room was very loose and the toilet was one of those small, cheap models. These things detracted from an otherwise very nice stay. There was no free breakfast offered but the snack bar was well stocked and Texas Restaurant was connected and offered all 3 meals. I would definitely stay here again.

It was very clean in the lobby, and the room was clean, but there was a terrible musty smell- we woke up feeling like we were getting sick, so not sure what the erratic HVAC was blowing on us all night. Fixtures look old, no nightstand or outlets on 1 side of the bed, toilet didn’t flush properly, etc. Needs some love- we expect better from Hilton properties.

Rooms so OLD - lobby and halls have a remodel totally fools you - walk into the room and the place is falling apart. Wallpaper peeling, bathtub looks dirty no it’s permanent, so old it just feels dirty.. yuck I literally wanted to get minimal sleep and keep driving to next location

Overall ok. Service was prompt, polite and professional. The room had no USB outlets at all. It's 2023. Come on. Big bathroom, no counter. Why? Shower head was broken off.

While a good location, this is a very old property. While the lobby has been updated, our room was very bad. Bathroom had lots of cracked tile in the shower and floor. Carpet was beyond worn down. Only one side of the bed had a night stand and the light on that one was a bare bulb - no lamp shade. The side with no night stand had no way to plug in devices to charge. WiFi was slower than old AOL dial up.TV remote was non-functional. Overall the room looked like it had not been remodeled or refreshed in several decades. Staff was rude and unresponsive to any issues we raised. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The pool wasn’t “open yet for the season” even though it’s June. If a pool is closed for the season you probably would see stagnant water and algae growth in a brown/green pool. Looks like it’s out of commission and they’re not bothering to tell anyone. If I’d know I would’ve booked at another of the dozen hotels in the immediate area. Next is the air conditioner in the room - it didn’t work. We ended up going to Target and buying a fan. The king size bed was nice and roomy, unfortunately it was similar to a pad of concrete. Extremely uncomfortable - my husband and I switched to the pullout sofa bed, which was also uncomfortable with springs in your back. Lesser of two evils I guess. Cleanliness was an issue as well as faulty electrical, especially in the bathroom. The bathtub did not drain which left you in standing water while showering. An unfortunate stay that we’re sorry to have booked. Will not stay in a Double Tree again and do NOT recommend.

We booked the hotel about 10 minutes before we checked in to get a few hours of sleep on a road trip. The check in process was easy and the front desk was very friendly (even at midnight!) and gave us water and cookies. The rooms were clean and they accommodated my husband and his service animal. Would stay here again!

I arrived at 1 pm on Friday and was turned away and told my room would not be ready until 3 pm. When the receptionist advised me she was not nice at all it seemed I was bothering her. I was so tired and had just landed from my flight driven an hour to the hotel and just wanted to rest. She never offered me the rest room or a drink of water or to even take a rest in the lobby area. I finally got in my room at 4 pm and the room was average needs updates and the bathroom door would not shut and the tub had standing water when I showered. The ac/heating unit was so loud it made it hard to sleep through the night. I messaged the front desk and nothing was done. I was not given towels and wash clothes until I went down stairs and asked the receptionist. I won’t be staying at this hotel again. First impressions are lasting impressions for me.

Jackie at the front desk was unable to control her self which resulted in the police being called to the facility. She was extremely unprofessional. We have a block of 20 rooms and we evacuated the premises due to Jackie’s behavior. Very unstable. My children were scared and my elderly father was displaced. Jackie said on video that she does not care about her job and continued to show just that with her behavior. Other guest asked her to calm down and she got aggressive with that unrelated guest as well. It was truly a difficult situation and Jackie should not have a job working with people or the public.

While a good location, this is a very old property. While the lobby has been updated, our room was very bad. Bathroom had lots of cracked tile in the shower and floor. Carpet was beyond worn down. Only one side of the bed had a night stand and the light on that one was a bare bulb - no lamp shade. The side with no night stand had no way to plug in devices to charge. WiFi was slower than old AOL dial up.TV remote was non-functional. Overall the room looked like it had not been remodeled or refreshed in several decades. Staff was rude and unresponsive to any issues we raised. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I called for room service but no one answered, after about 6 times I gave up. The tissue holder was disgusting, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There also was brown stain near bathroom door couldn't say if it was poop or not. Very disappointed!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and they have wonderful customer service. We had no issues during our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Erica was an exceptional host when we checked in, very polite and helpful.

We had to cancel our stay due to a disgruntle employee. Jackie’s attitude was extremely nasty. She was unprofessional and could not control herself which resulted in the local police being called. We canceled over 5 reservations due to Jackie. Her coworkers were embarrassed.

Rooms were clean. The lobby was very nice and appeared to have been recently renovated. The rooms could use some updating, but were nice enough. There are some restaurants nearby. Transportation is definitely needed in this area as things are very "spread out".

I had some trouble with checking in but the desk clerk Lavonda helped me out. She was very informative and helpful. The first room we were assigned had been occupied apparently by someone unauthorized. We were reassigned and our second room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was nice but is beginning to show signs of aging. One of the two elevators went out of order and that created some slowdowns with hotel traffic. The area was easy to access being right off the highway. All in all a 7/10 hotel experience.

Stayed one night during a road trip. Overall, this is a decent property. Close to I-95, which worked for us. Front desk staff was efficient and reception area was inviting. Room was a good size. However, the heating/ventilation system was VERY loud. Had to turn it off entirely to get any sleep. Biggest negative was the restaurant. Service was extremely slow and inattentive, and the order was not accurate. The final blow was when the waitress instructed us on exactly how to bus our own dishes. Space could use a thorough cleaning, too. Service at the bar was better. Would consider staying again if in the area due to a good price point, but would avoid the restaurant.

This hotel was sorry. No cabinets in the bathroom to hold personal items. Very undesirable. Forget eating in the restaurant, took 2 hours to be served. Never again will we stay that this hotel. Not worth the time or money. This was a hospital surgery visit.

Blood in my bathroom sink. The restaurant attached to the property was by far the worse service and the food was served horrendous it’s Texas grill which is the restaurant property is under repair but the staff was totally amazing the breakfast was very very poor and the electricity to provide for the four microwave and heating system for the frozen bagels and other such items blew twice during my twenty minutes of trying to get my breakfast

Greeting at front desk was friendly. Got cookies and water, too, so a nice touch. General condition of the hotel and room was good, not great. New carpet needed; mini fridge freezer section badly needed defrosting; paint needed in places. Breakfast offering was disappointing. There were bagels, silver dollar pancakes, and such being offered out of plastic storage containers, and coffee in portable urns. I've seen better offerings at most Hamptons and Comfort Inns. Value for what was offered is mediocre. While we didn't hate it, we wouldn't likely stay there again except out of convenience.

There was no breakfast included but the room was nice and bed comfortable. The hot tub apparently hasn't been hot or bubbly for a while but has a little waterfall feature. The ATM machine was broken during our entire 3 night stay. The staff were nice.

The first room we were given had a non-working television, a soiled washcloth folded on top of the hopefully clean towels, and a disconnected telephone. The wallpaper in the bathroom was beginning to peel of the wall, certainly NOT up to Doubletree standards. We were quickly assigned another room where things were a bit better but without a working TV. The inhouse tech Jay was wonderful and quickly ran to get new batteries which solved the problem. This hotel chain is usually great...this one? Not so good.

I saw a place to stay at a reasonable price. I have stayed here about a dozen times over the years and never had any issues. The area lacks any upscale restaurants, but it’s still a great place to spend a night or two as you’re traveling through.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient to other locations. The only thing that I thought was a little amiss was that the breakfast was not free. It was very misleading. Other people thought that the breakfast was included in the room rate. That caused some confusion to patrons. I really liked that the bar and steak house were attached to the hotel. It was easy to access and had a nice selection of drinks and food. I would definitely go back.
