Neat, tidy, clean, and comfotable, the jacuzzi room we stayed at is spacious. We are glad that we picked Settlers suites as being a but further out the neighbourhood is quiet and very tranquil. Caitlin made sure we were welcomed, she has done her research for all the restaurants in the area. The breakfast (frittata) is superb and definitely one of the best b&b we have stayed at. The lavender scented soap & cream made our stay even more relaxing. Do yourself a favour and stay here at least once. A

Lovely hosts. Quiet neighborhood. Great gazebo around a fire pit in which to enjoy a pleasant relaxing interlude. Beautifully appointed room. Breakfasts were wonderful and almost enough not to need much food the rest of the day.

Settlers Inn was a lovely B&B property away from the immediate hustle and bustle of downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake. It was only about a 5-7 minute drive to get to the tower! The accommodations were very comfortable and the breakfasts that Caitlyn prepared were excellent. Coffee maker in room, led tv, water. Sure beats a hotel room! Nice comfy room.

J'ai apprécié le calme de l'endroit, les bons déjeuners, la cour arrière pour relaxer, le salon, la chambre, la propreté ainsi que l'amabilité du personnel. Ma déception fut que le gite était à quelques kilomètres du centre ville alors que Expédia mentionnait que c'était au coeur de la ville. Mais c'était Ok quand même. Le problème, c'est toujours le stationnement en ville.

This property is in a very quiet neighborhood with an extremely welcoming outdoor area. Caitlin, our host, could not have been any friendlier or more accommodating. And the breakfast was delicious. We will absolutely be repeat customers.

The breakfast was amazing and it was so fun to share a table with the other people staying there! We all exchanged tips for wineries and restaurants. Bed was super comfy and parking was easy, which is not the case around town!

Our bed in the Queen suite in excellent shape but too soft and plush for my injured back needs. Not a fault of the B&B just my personal needs unfortunately are for a firm bed. One other critique, it’s a smaller room and very limited for luggage space. No suitcase riser was provided in closet. I had to work with it open on the

Location was a nice quiet residential neighborhood that was convenient to the town. A few minutes' drive or a reasonable walk to the center of town and to the theater. Caitlin was very friendly and made fantastic breakfast.

This small B&B is in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. The rooms provide just the right space and privacy. The staff is so gracious and accommodating. The breakfasts are delightful. I would stay there again.

This property is in a very quiet neighborhood with an extremely welcoming outdoor area. Caitlin, our host, could not have been any friendlier or more accommodating. And the breakfast was delicious. We will absolutely be repeat customers.

The breakfast was amazing and it was so fun to share a table with the other people staying there! We all exchanged tips for wineries and restaurants. Bed was super comfy and parking was easy, which is not the case around town!

Settlers Inn was a lovely B&B property away from the immediate hustle and bustle of downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake. It was only about a 5-7 minute drive to get to the tower! The accommodations were very comfortable and the breakfasts that Caitlyn prepared were excellent. Coffee maker in room, led tv, water. Sure beats a hotel room! Nice comfy room.

The hostess was very nice as was the offered breakfast. Also the home and bedroom were very clean. My problem was the size of the bedroom and the absence of a night stand on my side of the bed. I had to place my CPAP on the floor. Also, the excellent shower had no shelf for the shampoo/body wash. They had to be kept on the shower floor. Rather inconvenient.

Caitlin is a wonderful host. Our room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Overall the property outside could use a little updating and clean up. Breakfast was good, but the eggs felt more like reheated COSTCO items than a ready made fresh breakfast. Also, no juice choice. Although a small item, only water and coffee - for breakfast? The property is readily accessible to Niagara on the Lake and easy to find. With the small changes noted above, this is an excellent place to stay.

This is a very comfortable home with very nice rooms that were well appointed.The hostess was so sweet and easy to work with, quite a good cook too. The parking for the guests was excellent.
