City Centre Duplex - Racecourse views w/ parking

The property was ideally suited for the racing as it has views over the course. The proximity to the city centre is also very useful. Onsite secure parking is a bonus. However there is only single glazing and it is on a very busy road so is very noisy.

We could not have been more pleased with the location of the Chester Racecourse property. The home is situated on a quiet street footsteps from the famous Roman walls surrounding the city center. The view of the racecourse is spectacular, and it was just a 3-minute walk to the heart of Chester's historic center. The restaurant recommendations by the host were fabulous. We especially enjoyed the Flowercup for brunch. The host was very communicative and responsive. We had all of the information we needed to seamlessly check-in and check-out. Chester is a beautiful city we hope to revisit soon.

Spacious apartment in a great location with a parking space. Be aware that there is no privacy for the second bedroom as the view from the staircase is just covered with a see through voile curtain. Responsive agent for the property.
