We had a lovely stay, the house was amazing and its history is fabulous 👌 The room was perfect. We brought our dog and he loved the back yard! There were a few other guests that were great to talk with at the breakfast table. Breakfast was amazing! Fresh fruit, an array of cereals freshly baked cookies coffee was delicious. Lots of choices for breakfast. We were not there long but would like to come back to Butte Valley Bed and Breakfast

The host Kari was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We kept our mtn bikes in their locked side yard. The morning breakfast was amazing. The house had a lot of charm and antiques which I love :)

We were hesitant to stay here due to a lack of reviews but it was an amazing experience. Family atmosphere, great welcome, space for our dog to roam. We felt like family coming home. We grilled in the backyard, played board games in the living room, and relaxed in the hot tub. Stay here- you won’t regret it.

We had such a lovely stay at this little bed and breakfast! Our private room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds that made it easy to relax after a long day of travel. The peaceful location was perfect for a family to relax on the road—quiet, scenic, and very kid-friendly. My children especially loved the beautiful yard, which had fun games for them to enjoy and plenty of space to run around. We were also invited to explore the garden, which made the stay feel even more personal and welcoming. Inside, there were a great selection of board games that kept the kids entertained in the evenings. The continental breakfast was simple but delicious, with fresh baked scones and fruit that hit the spot. It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel at home. Kerry and Brandon, the owners of this B&B, ensured that we had a very comfortable stay and they were exceptionally hospitable. Kerry is an amazing cook, providing warm chocolate chip cookies on our arrival and elegant, farm fresh breakfasts. All living spaces and bathrooms were very clean and welcoming. We also had a pleasant soak in the hot tub after a busy bird watching day. This is definitely the place to stay when visiting Butte Valley!

What a great find! We stayed 1 night in the ground-floor room on our drive north to Spokane. It's a restored & repurposed early 1900's hospital with plenty of room, period furnishings, a comfortable bed, and of course breakfast was waiting: coffee, juice, fruit, bagels, donuts, and cereal. Put this place in Dorris, CA, into your next trip :~) Rich & Teresa

I stopped here for a night while on a solo roadtrip, visiting the lava beds. This space is gorgeous, the hosts are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious- with lots of options. I took a walk around the block and saw the Milky Way. There are tasty food options nearby. I would absolutely stay here again.

This place was absolutely amazing. It is 100% worth the drive. The owner is absolutely amazing. She is very insightful, sweet and caring and just a person to have a fun conversation with she overheard us talking about how much I love biscuits and gravy. When we woke up to the spectacular homemade breakfast, there was biscuits and gravy. It was the best biscuits and gravy I have ever had. I can’t wait to go back for another visit. Not to mention the homemade chocolate chip cookies, and pretzels when we checked in.

I stopped here for a night while on a solo roadtrip, visiting the lava beds. This space is gorgeous, the hosts are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious- with lots of options. I took a walk around the block and saw the Milky Way. There are tasty food options nearby. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had such a lovely stay at this little bed and breakfast! Our private room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds that made it easy to relax after a long day of travel. We had a lovely stay, the house was amazing and its history is fabulous 👌 The room was perfect. We brought our dog and he loved the back yard! There were a few other guests that were great to talk with at the breakfast table. Breakfast was amazing! Fresh fruit, an array of cereals freshly baked cookies coffee was delicious. Lots of choices for breakfast. We were not there long but would like to come back to Butte Valley Bed and Breakfast

What a great find! We stayed 1 night in the ground-floor room on our drive north to Spokane. It's a restored & repurposed early 1900's hospital with plenty of room, period furnishings, a comfortable bed, and of course breakfast was waiting: coffee, juice, fruit, bagels, donuts, and cereal. Put this place in Dorris, CA, into your next trip :~) Rich & Teresa

This place was absolutely amazing. It is 100% worth the drive. The owner is absolutely amazing. She is very insightful, sweet and caring and just a person to have a fun conversation with she overheard us talking about how much I love biscuits and gravy. When we woke up to the spectacular homemade breakfast, there was biscuits and gravy. It was the best biscuits and gravy I have ever had. I can’t wait to go back for another visit. Not to mention the homemade chocolate chip cookies, and pretzels when we checked in.

This B&B was beautiful and filled with history. I only saw Kerry when we checked in and never even got to thank her for her hospitality. Breakfast options were excellent. Overall, I’d highly recommend it to others.

Kerry and Brandon, the owners of this B&B, ensured that we had a very comfortable stay and they were exceptionally hospitable. Kerry is an amazing cook, providing warm chocolate chip cookies on our arrival and elegant, farm fresh breakfasts. All living spaces and bathrooms were very clean and welcoming. We also had a pleasant soak in the hot tub after a busy bird watching day. This is definitely the place to stay when visiting Butte Valley!

Amazing place, very neat, tidy and well-maintained property with much character and such wonderful hosts. Great breakfast and plenty of choices. Well stocked amenities, very inviting backyard, super comfortable bed and beddings, comforters and sheets. Great place to break tour or as a base central location to continue to Crater Lake, Bend, Lassen national park or Mount Shasta We had great night sleep and had a super breakfast and tips on surrounding and information available for local things to do and see.

Unfortunately power went out in the whole town just as we arrived. Even with that it was a wonderful house. I would love to stay again in better circumstances. Yard was really cute. Fenced so my pup could roam freely.
