Great communication with hosts leading up, during and post stay. The place was exceptionally well stocked and super clean. The view from the patio was fabulous to start day. Not far from downtown and the grocery store. I would highly recommend Duke’s Beach House.

The house is so great! The kitchen is amazing and the views are astonishing. Fantastic proximity to the beach and lovely places in town. Perhaps the house could use an upgrade on mattresses and cushions, but this is the only suggestion. We loved our time on Amelia Island and would return.

Lovely property! We had a grand experience on Amelia island … beach in our backyard, golf, ideal weather and superb accommodations!! We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay at Duke’s Beach House!

The property was amazing! We had an incredible ocean view, a fantastic deck, plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy, the property pool and walkover were a great added bonus, and the house was well-stocked and beautifully decorated. It was also perfectly located just a short drive from the grocery store and restaurants, as well as downtown Fernandina in the other direction. 10/10 will book again.
