Older facility, but clean. Fantastic location 3 blocks from the west gate of yellowstone. Tons of things to do and see right in walming distance. Parking wasn't so great, hard to grt close to uourroom

If you just want to sleep, it’s ok. No mini fridge, no microwave, no ice machine. The first room they assigned us was already occupied. After loading the car up again, going to the office, and driving to another building we were given an unoccupied room. The stairs to the second floor were damaged and concerning.

We could not get hot water in our room, it was only warm. Only could get coffee from the office from between 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. There was no ice machine, had to take ice bucket to office so that they could fill it up from bags of ice they had in a freezer. Housekeeping was wonderful, the rooms were fully maintained during our four day stay. We had the rooms that had three beds, very nice; however one bed was in a different room and did not have a tv. Tv was only available in the room with two beds. Would have expected a tv in each room.

Very limited parking space.

For $191 a night I'd expect much better. This is the most I've ever spent on a hotel room! No refrigerator although we saw them in the other building. How is a traveler supposed to keep leftovers, refreeze ice packs. First night, no hot water! Had to skip showering altogether. Complained to front desk. General outage. Came home that night, tested it, had hot water then the next morning nothing again!! Had to take a cold shower. I spent $380 damn dollars and never once got even a warm shower!! If I thought I'd get some money back I'd have asked for some. Room 209 has a nail coming up at the threshold of the bathroom I had to keep stepping over. Ice machine broken but they had bags of ice at the office so all you had to do was walk all the way across the street to get a bucket. Ridiculous! Couldn't get out of here fast enough. Just because it's a tourist town doesn't give them the right to screw people over!! Shame on them. UPGRADE YOUR ROOMS WITH THE ALMOST $200 A NIGHT MONEY YOU TAKE IN!

Lots of pot holes in parking area . We were in the old part . No breakfast priced way to high for what you got .

The room was advertised as a Deluxe. It was far from that. The images on the website appeared to be from the units across the street . The parking for our room was basically non existent. Had to parallel park on the sidewalk against the side of the building in an alley. The room was clean but very dated and small. It did serve its purpose but was not worth the price.

Nice place. Nothing fancy. Didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave and the ice machine was broken. They did have ice in the office for guests. We stayed on the bottom floor. Was kind of noisy. You could hear the guests upstairs walking and the pipes were loud when nearby guests ran their water. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Only reason we wouldn’t stay again is because of not having a refrigerator or microwave.

My husband and I stayed here September 15th, and we were overall very pleased with our stay. I was nervous about what the conditions of the room may be like due to it being a 1 star motel, but we were genuinely pleased with the conditions. It was a very clean room and bathroom, and its location is super convenient walking wise to the restaurants, shops, and of course the Yellowstone west entrance. We would definitely stay here again.

Checkin was awful, person at the desk was very unfriendly, we didn't stay in the main building but in a very dirty non attached building, no fridge, no clock, no amenities, the carpet was filthy, I had socks on after shower and they turned very black by the time I got to the bed, the heating and air conditioner unit had the baffles broken out...the bathroom had dirt on the base boards and black scuffs on the walls...we have never been in such a dirty place, especially after spending over $ 500 for 2 nights. Very displeased with the whole expirence with this place. I have never given such a negative review in all the travels we have made...thanks for listening...

From the second we walked in to check in, we were not greeted by the woman at the desk. She grumbled when we said we were there to check in. We were about to ask her a question when halfway through the sentence she very rudely and meanly told us she didn't know what was available until she looked up where our rooms where situated. She was mean. We never said another word to her until it was time to take the key and leave. Couldn't park by our room because 2 bus coaches were across the whole area. The garbage can outside our room was overflowing but then told us to take all our food in from our vehicle due to bears. The room was filthy! Stains on the carpets, stains on the bed. I slept in my clothes! I couldn't wait to get the heck out of there!

This motel is old and run down. Carpet was filthy, stained and wrinkled from water damage. Curtains were in poor condition and did not close properly. Bathroom floor linoleum was dirty and littered with dead bugs. Exterior does not look anything like the photos. Only good thing is that's it is close to Yellowstone entrance.

Very clean and well maintained property. Staff friendly and very helpful, great restaurant recommendations. Easy parking and very close to Yellowstone west entrance.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room had 4 beds which was great for 5 people. There was no breakfast at the hotel, but it was really close to a great buffet and McDonalds, and a bakery/coffee shop. Easy walking to restaurants and shopping and very close to the Yellowstone entrance.

The room was huge. There was so much space. It was nice to spread out. It was also really close to everything and very convenient. I loved my stay in West yellowstone.

Great location by west entrance to yellow stone, clean. Only gave a 4 due to beds were not very comfortable. Woke up sore. Otherwise had a good stay, staff was friendly.

This property is WAY over priced. All the money their making they need to do a upgrade. The beds are so old their like sleeping in a bowl.

Good location right next to a pizzeria/bar. There is a supermarket at the end of the block and the motel is very close to the entrance to Yellowstone NP. I stayed 4 nights. My 2 issues were with the internet and hot water. The place fills up in the evening and it seems that everyone takes a shower and hits the internet. So, the internet gets shaky as the evening progresses. I had issues with the lack of hot water when the motel was pretty deserted. I asked the desk person and basically I don't think anything was done because I never got my hot water and I didn't get any feedback from the desk clerks as to its' status. This is at a place that was charging over $270 a night to stay. I probably won't stay here the next time.

For its location, the price is excellent. However, the walls are thin, and i could hear occupants above me walking around late at night. The rooms lack a refrigerator and microwave.

Way overpriced. No dresser in the room, water trickled out of the sink and shower head was aimed at side wall. If you tried to move it, water sprayed out of the connection. Blankets were so thin, you better hope your stay is the middle of summer. WiFi worked for about 30 minutes a day.

We had a lower level room and the worst issue was kids in the room upstairs who were running around at 12 in the night. Walls were thin and the bed shook when kids ran in the room upstairs.

We stayed here for 2 nights so we could enjoy Yellowstone. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean although the carpet was stained.

As a new customer to the property, I was denied check in because the reception guy wanted to leave on time. I called multiple time to offer update of arrival and when he picked up he question why was I calling so much. Upon arrival and finding the property which is not easy when it’s raining I was denied to enter and get checked in. I don’t desire this to anyone and on top I need to spend more money on finding another place to stay. Nice town but inconvenient when you get services or that lack of. I would never stay there again.

Property is a bit dated. Carpet was stained. No fridge or microwave. Location is great however with plenty of food and stores around. Staff however, especially front desk was exceptional and friendly.

The room is what it is for how old the property is and for the price. It wasn’t terrible but left quite a lot to be desired. The rooms have been redone but the cleaning is rushed and we had shaved hairs left in our ice bucket. I don’t even know. The service is what made me leave a poor review. Half of us happened to get sick on our stay so we put the do not disturb sign on our door to give us a little more time as we left the room a little later the next morning around 10:30am. We saw the cleaners out so we removed our do not disturb sign. We came back to the room around 9pm and our room wasn’t cleaned. That’s ok; not a big deal but as we were sick the previous night, my husband went to the office to ask for 4 fresh towels. The attendant got a little upset with him and said well sorry housekeeping left at 3pm. Nothing I can do. My husband replied you don’t have extra towels or anything? To which she replied well it’s not like you have to shower every day; you’re not rolling around in the mud. A few more heated comments were made and he mentioned a few of us were sick and we just needed fresh towels. She seemed to change her tune a bit and said there’s an empty room - you can have theirs. Anyway, it’s fine if you need a place to stay, but don’t expect them to be helpful if you have extenuating circumstances. I’ll probably opt to pay a little more and try another hotel on our next trip up to Yellowstone.

This very limited time required backtracking from our intended schedule. This was not clearly emphasized in the reservation information. Fortunately, there were no problems with the accommodateions but had there been, we would not have any way to address.

Walkable to the main street with lots of dining and shopping options. Close to Yellowstone NP entrance

Just outside Yellowstone National Park and only a couple minutes walk to many shops and restaurants

Right around the corner from Yellowstone. Really nice but I guess the entire area is very expensive.

Great Location

Borders Yellowstone National Park’s west entrance. We were able to walk to dinner and for ice cream. The gas stations, grocery store, and convenient stores were within a few blocks. The lady who checked us in was very nice. We loved that they provided rooms with 3 queen beds in them for larger families!!! We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is expensive compared to similar Motels. It is, however, close to Yellowstone Park. You can beat the crowd and are first in the park with no traffic jams.

Easy access to Yellowstone and hotel is in downtown West Yellowstone so can walk to restaurants and stores. Room is small and carpet was nasty with a huge gross stain. But room was quiet and you park right outside the room so this is convenient. Price is outrageous for what you get but so is everything in West Yellowstone.

It's just a hotel which is right outside west entrance of Yellowstone national Park. It's very convenient location with lots of places to eat and shop near by. That's the highlight. Basic hotel. Room and hotel could use an update for the price quoted

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. When walking into the room it stunk and had a very heavy smell of Lysol trying to cover up the smell which only made it worse. I was going’s to open the window but it did not have a screen in it. The carpet was so dirty you couldn’t take your shoes off. The dead bolt on the door didn’t work. We were told there would be coffee in the lobby in the morning at 7am. My husband tried to enter the lobby at 7:05. There was no coffee. I would have been better off staying in my car.

We paid $189 plus tax and it was very expensive. Maybe you get what you pay for. If another hotel at same price I would check them out. No coffee maker, ice only available at lobby.

Nice place to stay. Reasonable price for the location right outside the west entrance to Yellowstone. Clean and neat rooms. No mini fridge in the rooms. The coffee in the office for guests was very weak.
