Great for a one night stay. Plenty of parking, front desk staff was very friendly. Carpet needs replaced, doors stuck a little, but overall safe and clean in the rooms. Beds are wonderful. Best ones we had after staying in several different places in the last week due to a hospital stay. Shower was small and odd shaped in the basin and hard to stand without it being slick. Again, minor issue, just stating a fact. Great water pressure.

The staff we encountered were friendly, helpful, and courteous, and we appreciated their professionalism. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and condition of our room did not meet our expectations. Although the room appeared clean at first glance, wiping down the microwave, bathroom countertop, dresser, and nightstand resulted in noticeably dirty towels. We also observed dust and dirt in the room corners and around the door panels, a damaged and dirty area beneath the refrigerator, and a visibly stained bath towel brought to us after the request for more towels needed. The first-floor hallway carpet also had stains and dirt and appeared to need a deeper cleaning other than just a vacuum cleaning. We took photographs to document these concerns. We also had to get a total of 6 key cards, they weren't programming or the program was dropping off even though we didn't have it near a phone, a credit card or anything like that. We could always find a park. We have stayed at La Quinta Inns & Suites by Wyndham previously and have generally had positive experiences, so this was unexpected and disappointing. The cleanliness concerns also made us more cautious about using the breakfast service. I am sharing this feedback respectfully in hopes that these issues can be addressed. Given the overall condition of the room, the hallway carpet and our experience during this stay, I would respectfully request a refund for our stay. Thank you for taking the time to review our concerns.

We had to move out of our first room because it literally smelled like someone died in it. No hot water in the shower, which leaked. Pool was green. And there were homeless people just hanging out all over. Would not recommend….
