I read the reviews on this property. The reviews and our previous La Quinta stays were why we booked. Our experience with La Quintas were they are always nice and clean and the staff friendly. I will tell you the staff were amazing here. The room on the other hand was not. It smelled horrible, the floor turned our socks black, the bathtub had hair all over it, the bathtub was in terrible condition. Broken shower head and mold in the corners of the tub and the drain was broken, the wall by the tub was peeling and the TV was broken. The beds were uncomfortable but clean. I’m normally not one to complain about these kinds of things but I felt the need to say something because we took our children here and felt like we had to clean the room to stay in it.

This hotel was not clean. The rooms were very beat up and in bad condition. We had to switch rooms because the first one smelled like cigarettes bad. The bathrooms were not in good condition and things were broken.

Hotel was overall in poor shape. The hallway and stair carpets in back of the hotel reeked of marijuana. Our room did not. The front half of the hotel seemed to be in slightly better shape. Our room was in need of significant improvement/repairs.

The outside needs some work and the breakfast served needs variety and more waffle makers. Too long of a wait when you have families making waffles for 3 or more. Also, more staff during the morning to make sure there is breakfast foods, coffee, and supplies available for the guests. Parking and staff are great.
