The bed has bed bugs

Had to call maintenance to fix the shower and then it water would not cut off after they left. Notified front desk but maintenance never came back

Only one working elevator , no accessible parking, no complimentary breakfast, tv was broken in the first room. Was given the run around about another room. Don’t understand why this is have this many stars I would give a half start not even a whole 1 star horrible !

Worked out great for me and my buddies. Traveled there to see the Final Four on Ice.

The hotel did not have any ice makers on any floor that worked. At checkout, I mentioned this fact, and they said they had ice at the desk. No one told us this until checkout. Lot of help that was. There was no parking which was not mentioned. I had to park in a garage 3 1/2 blocks away. This was in a dark, desolate area. Walking back to the hotel after dark by myself was not ideal. The girl that checked us in was not friendly. I could barely hear her and she was not helpful. The pool area had no towels on both days we were there. The door to our room 231 did not shut good and was hard to open and close. You had to shove it with your shoulder. I was very disappointed with this hotel for the money that was charged. I will never stay there again.
