Hotels.com need to give us options or disclose when reservations are being place if pet friendly rooms or not. Not everyone can stay in one and the hotel clerk at the time stated it repeatedly in like I should be scared.

Tv did not have a signal, the light in the bathroom did not work, most of the outlets and usb ports did not work. The shuttle to the concert was amazing and greatly appreciated.

Hotel could definitely use a facelift. The elevators are really sketchy! Rooms are okay! Best part of our stay was our shuttle driver! So friendly and very efficient!

We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and the attendant kept things filled and neat. The room only had one available outlet on the TV wall, meaning if you wanted to plug the refrigerator in, you had to unplug the desk lamp. The desk lamp and the two small headboard lights were the light source for that part of the room.
