This was a nicely place for 3 people. The communication is beyond excellent and everything one may have a question about is answered in their emails.The bathroom though really dropped my rating. It smelled strongly of urine and the was in need of a good scrub from top to bottom.

I did not mind that the property is outdated/older but I couldn't stand that the kitchen floor was greasy. The pull-out couch was so stained and there were pee stains on the mattress. I fell in the bathtub and hit my hip on the side of it I was in pain for a couple of days. The bathtub was so slippery even with just water running, it needs a bathtub liner. I appreciate that there were several towels though and enough toiletries.

This property was so cute. We were surrounded by trees and we were not far from the coast. My kids loved it! I was able to quickly communicate with the property manager about a small issue and she was very sweet, understanding, and accommodating.
