They are renovating the lobby and maybe the rest of the building, people only put in the first floor. No exterior doors lock. Room was newly renovated but only that. Dirty sheets and nasty remote. Front desk was friendly but sketchy asking me to write my info on scrap paper. This stop is off the highway but secluded next to a dispensary.

I didn't stay at this property because Expedia listed it as having a pool and a hot tub, which it didn't. IT DOES NOT! However, the Host was very gracious and kind. What I thought was going to be another big issue, getting my money back, turned into an easy situation. I thank the gentleman who helped me; very professional. I am sure this is a nice place to stay, it look nice in neat in the lobby.

Room was clean. Lienes were clean. Bathroom ceiling had few tiles that were water stained. Staff was very courteous. Looked like facility undergoing remodel, as area oppisite guest rooms was plastic tarp and taped off. Area open to guest clean. Quite room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was selection of yogurt, fruit, bread to toast, bagels, muffins, oatmeal and cereal plus coffee, hot chocolate, and oj.

The hotel was under renovation, so the lobby area was unusable and there was not breakfast (or at least we didn't know where it was with everything torn up). We had a difficult time adjusting the room temp, it either got too hot or too cold. Our room was two doors down from the front desk, but because of the renovations, we had to enter through a side door and go through the halls to get back to our room. Once in the room, it was nice, no complaints. I'm sure if we return to the area after renovations are complete, we'd have a much nicer stay.

They are in the process of remodeling the second floor. As you enter in the side door the stairwell is currently covered in drywall dust and so much more. It's not roped off or even attempted to look more clean for the first floor guests. When we arrived to check in there was no staff available, no bell to ring for staff, etc. Finally after speaking very loudly, "Hello," the receptionist came out from a back room.

Definitely can tell the property was older. No elevator, and a slightly musty smell in common areas. Pool was down for maintenance, but that was communicated before check-in. Room was very clean and comfortable, no musty smell in room. No ice machines, but decent vending prices for cold water.

I asked them to cancel the booking. My two young daughter's wanted a hotel with a pool and their pool was put of service. It would be nice if this was known when I booked instead of on arrival.

Under no circumstance stay in this hotel!! I was completely disgusted by their infestation of bed bugs. I woke up at 2am after being asleep for couple hours with the itching from hell. I then got up and inspected the bed and yup i had about half a dozen bed bugs full with ny blood. Unless you like company in bed with bed bugs run away from this place. I had to throw away all my clothes and they did not want to reimburse me.

The staff is unfriendly, and the breakfast was limited to cereal, warm milk, old fruit, and stale bread. Toilet wouldn't stop running, towels were dirty, doors slamming all night, and people banging on walls, so i got hardly any sleep. STAY AWAY! Worst motel experience I've ever had.

Nice, clean room and property. Very comfortable bed--hard to find in most hotels. AC/Heat unit was very new and worked great. Only downsides of this room were no microwave, no coffee maker, and older/smallish TV positioned in top corner of room that made it impossible to use as monitor for my computer while sitting at the desk.. Also, drain in shower was a little slow, but water pressure was good and had plenty of hot water. Overall, nice hotel, and I would stay again if i didn't need to use TV as second monitor for my work.

I got down there at about 8:35 am and there was nothing but coffee. Disappointed.

Way overpriced. Pillows were terrible. They couldn't get any flatter. I asked for extra pillows and they had none. The room was very tiny. One of the lightbulbs went out so room was dark. I could look past those things, if the price wasn't so high for this place. I wouldn't recommend.

Cute property outside. I didn't like that. I couldn't get a signal with the TV satellite. I was too tired the first night to have anyone deal with it. But I did mention it on the day is, you know, afraid of that, before I left It had minimal amenities

I made the reservation online. There is not an option (in the online application) to tell that I can't climb stairs or that I need a room on the main floor. But the manager at the front desk was kind enough to find a room that I could easily get to. Without his kindness I would not have been able to stay at the motel (even though I had already paid online). I appreciate that he found a way to help me out.

Working on our new warehouse two blocks from the Microtel, my wife asked me to stay there instead of coming and going at different hours disturbing the rest of the house. We are local. I booked the hotel on Expedia to earn my points. When I arrived, I was berated in front of another guest by the manager and told I circumvented their policy on renting to locals. He proceeded to go on about how he would not rent to me again. Wow. As a business owner with clients and suppliers coming into us on a monthly basis, this is one place I would not recommend to anyone. Extremely rude.

Terrible water pressure in the shower. The front desk employee would not let us have a late checkout. He would not even consider the request and promptly said NO! I will NEVER stay there again. I will definitely NOT stay at a Microtel EVER AGAIN!

Was a terrible 2 day stay. After the first day they completely cleared out all my belonging and it took a huge argument just to get them to look for it. They only returned less then half and told me too bad. Don’t stay there.

There is a marijuana dispensary next door but didn't notice anything sketchy so this may be a plus or minus depending on your circumstances. Cracker barrel nearby for dinning. Paid 65 so for the rate good for passing through.

The property is older but well kept. I am local and need a room for the night. The receptionist said the owner required a $200 cash deposit. After I explained the reservation was already made and nothing was mentioned on the app about a deposit. She didnt disagree and gave me the room with no problems. I got a room on the 2nd floor, there was not am evevator. Fortunately I just had an overnight bag other wise it would been rough. Building and room were clean. Not much was available at breakfast.

The breakfast at 8:30 didnt have milk juice or any hot water for the instant oatmeal. There was no door on the bathroom. Staff wasnt very friendly. Overall stay was less than average. Would not go to it again or recommend it to anyone

The bed was comfortable. It was quiet except for the remodeling of parts of the hotel. I thought the TV was a little small. It also did not have a microwave. I had to go to the lobby to use the microwave down there. For $85 a night, you should have a microwave. Also, they said they have breakfast from 6 am until 9 am. I got down there at about 8:35 am and there was nothing but coffee. Disappointed.

Looked like facility undergoing remodel, as area oppisite guest rooms was plastic tarp and taped off. Area open to guest clean. Quite room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was selection of yogurt, fruit, bread to toast, bagels, muffins, oatmeal and cereal plus coffee, hot chocolate, and oj.

Room was freezing when we arrived. Took 6 hours to get to a half reasonable temp. Room showed excessive wear. ‘Breakfast’ was terrible. Almost nothing in terms of variety or amount of anything. We drove to McDonalds.

No one at the check in desk when we arrived, the whole hotel smells musty, comforter had some sort of black stain on it, no AC has been running and it was 90+ degrees so our room was hot and smelled, once AC unit was on the unit rattled the whole time. We only needed a place to stay for one night but would not go back.

The hallway smelled weird. I don’t know if it was mildew or pot or something. The room itself was ok. We got up for breakfast at 6:15 (started at 6). One biscuit was left and a little bit of eggs. The coffee creamer was just the powder in packets. When the front desk employee was asked about breakfast, he said a bunch of people had just left. He was playing on his cellphone instead of keeping up with breakfast. He brought cold biscuits in his bare hands. The orange juice was also empty. We stayed there to get a good night’s sleep and hot breakfast to get us back on the road. We were very disappointed. We stayed at a Microtel in Amarillo, TX the night before. Excellent place and delicious breakfast!
