The hotel was under renovations and the elevator was out of service. There was good, but the bathtub/shower was in need of maintenance around the shower head and tub. This hotel was definitely not worth $160 for one Saturday night.

UNBELIEVABLE FOR A MARRIOTT. This Facility is undergoing renovations. It would have been nice to know this before I booked the reservation. First when you walk in the sliding doors you are hit with a “musty” aroma. Took awhile for front desk staff to appear. The elevator was out of service service and the stairwells are dirty. Part of the construction crew should be to keep the stairwells tidy and clean at the end of their day. The north end exterior door jam is adjusted so that it does not lock. Anyone can come in that door into the stairwell unseen. Several rooms were propped open by the safety lock. We had our door handle jiggled/tried in the middle of the night. The tube drain was so slow that you stood in 2”-3” of water while showering. The eggs were good for breakfast. The sausage patties were questionable, the muffins were 14 days out of date. The milk and yogurt refrigerator was not working and the thermometer was reading 60 and the food was warm. The coffee was bitter and undrinkable. We were so disappointed that we cut our trip short and drove the extra 10 hours non-stop just so we would not have to stay there again as the room was NON-REFUNDABLE.

Do not stay at this hotel. Their elevator was broken so at one in the morning my husband and I had to carry all of our stuff and our kids stuff up three flights of stairs. The hotel is under renovation bc of it’s poor condition. The steps were falling apart. There is mold everywhere in the bathroom, and there are tools and renovation materials out in the public, which is unsafe for children. Oh, and the continental breakfast is nothing but expired milk, expired, danishes, and expired muffins. We left after one night. Beware.

For a handicap room there was no low rise shower and no safety matt in the tub, The next room occupant was up early in the morning coughing, woke me up. And the pool was not open. Disappointing.

The pool was closed for one thing. But the biggest issue was the ac unit leaked in the floor we woke up the first night to walk in a soaking wet floor quite nasty and everything that was sitting by the unit was wet The manger brought a fan to the room to out on it. They didn’t fix anything or offer another room. We didn’t have a choice but to stay. We got up the next day with the floor wetter the it was. Very upset they didn’t offer to take anything off of our stay to try and fix anything Will not stay here again Very disappointed!!!

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. We had blood on our sheets and pillows (photos were taken) manager did not think this was a big deal as well as Expedia who believes $26 credit for a $176 room is acceptable when someone else’s blood is on your sheets and pillows. Horrible on both of their ends. Hopefully the manager educates his house keepers on what blood looks like and makes sure they change their sheets and pillow cases and gloves when doing so.

The first room I was given had not been cleaned. They found another room. This room had significant rust in the bathtub. The overall cleanliness of the room wasn't great. It was only one night so we dealt with it. After our stay, they hotel has charged me for another night's stay without authorization or an explanation. I have been trying for days to get this resolved. Every time I call the actual hotel, I am refused a manager and have been hung up on. I've called corporate and they aren't much help either. I have been transferred to the wrong dept multiple times. I finally had someone assist me with opening a case and they sent it to the completely wrong hotel. Customer Service at the hotel and corporate is seriously lacking.

We did not stay the second night because we returned to our room to find clear evidence that someone had been in it, gone through all our belongings and made themselves at home on the bed. The hotel staff at least refunded us the night without argument, but I would never stay in this hotel again.

Called to let hotel know we would arrive after 700 p.m. Arrived and once in the room it was cold. Went to change temperature . on thermostat and it had a dead battery. About a minute later a small amount of water from the bathroom sink went onto the floor. A washcloth was used to absorb the water but not only water but filth so bad the wash cloth was black. It was given to the front desk staff as a other room was requester. A new room was given and as that room was entered we began to settle in. The room had a smell of burnt lint. I removed the two screens from the split unit to find the filters totally clogged. After this many attempts were tried to turn the T.V. on. Again at the front desk and a new remote was received. This new remote did not work either. An attempt was tried on the room phone to the front desk. The phone was dead! Again at the front desk We were told all the phones in the hotel are dead! Isn't this a life safety requirement in a hotel? At this time, we were advised no other room is available and that's just the way it is??? Oh, by the way, that bathroom was not cleaned from someone who probably wasn't at their best! Feces all on the seat and even the shower had surprises which all was cleaned with house shampoo. What else could we do???

We love Marriotts and we are not high end people but expect a clean room. They are doing construction so maybe they are working on getting the mold out. Sheets were dirty and chair in room had white stains all over. Rachel’s Roadhouse was delicious great staff

Internet was terrible. When I went to the front desk to ask why we couldn't get online I was told that it has been happening alot lately and she keeps restarting the modem but it's a problem with the cable company. Then the next day when we were able to get online it was an unsecured connection. The bathroom floor was dirty. The hot breakfast was lukewarm at best and the cold cereal was stale.

My two requests for a quiet room were ignored and I will be listening to trucks in the highway all night long. I was offered an alternative on the second floor, where construction is going on!! Also, the elevator is busted, so not an option with my knee injury. No attempt to offer assistance or an acceptable resolution.

The room was excellent, lots of room to move around. One minor detail was that there were not very many drawers for clothes. We stayed 3 nights and if were were staying for a week, then storage for extra clothes would have been a problem.

We arrived late as per our reservation and the front desk was very quick to attend to us and provide our keys within minutes of our arrival and greeted us with understanding and kindness.

I understand there was construction on the first floor but every other aspect of this hotel from the ONE staff member that quit when we arrived at 2PM was really bad. It was just bad. Honestly when we scheduled on the site there would have been mention of the conditions.

I’m giving this one 3 starts because I think after the renovations are complete, it will be nice. Unfortunately we came in the middle of the reno tho so it wasn’t great. Not awful though. Aside from the wires hanging everywhere under the TV, I thought our room was nice, very clean. It was not the room I reserved though, I wanted 2 double beds and we got a king room -NOT with a foldout couch. We were only there one night so we made it work. Breakfast was from 7-10am, we got there around 8:30 and not a lot was left, and no plates? 2 out of the 4 chocolate milk cartons I took for our 3-year-old were spoiled, straight up chunks came out and they were dated for 10/12, (this day was 10/8, so not the hotels fault.) One narrow driveway to pull in to the parking lots and as we were coming in after a long day of travel, a van was being towed and the tow truck was taking up the entire entrance so we had to sit for 15 mins waiting on him, again not the hotels fault but super annoying. Overall, could have been worse. Once the renovations are done I think it’ll be a nice place to stay. And hopefully more lighting in the parking lot. Front desk lady on Sunday 10/8 was also very nice!

Unfortunately this Fairfield needs updated. The uncomfortable beds and musty odor are very off putting. On a high note there is a restaurant next door within walking distance.

Staff great. Room good except for worn out bathtub bottom- discolored finish. Tuft of dog hair on bathroom carpet. Dining area floor stained and crumbs on floor under tables. Food cheap prepackaged muffins etc., waffles good, sausage edible, juices limited. Food not nearly as good as some other chains I have patronized!! Possible fleas or bed bugs. Spouse and I both got bug bites during the night! Very noisy traffic right outside the room window

Building under renovation which is good but no parking rolloff dumpsters everywhere taking up alot of parking. There were screws and nails all over the parking lot.only 2 towels in our room for 2 people for 3 days stay.

Good location for my needs. The first room assigned was occupied. Second room smelled like smoke. The entrance light in my room burned out. No Kleenex in the room. Earwig embedded in the corner of tub. No counter top at sink. All sink and toilet features slanted. No where to place toiletries. Not well thought out for travelers. Disappointing for Fairfield Inns.

My two requests for a quiet room were ignored and I will be listening to trucks in the highway all night long. I was offered an alternative on the second floor, where construction is going on!! Also, the elevator is busted, so not an option with my knee injury. No attempt to offer assistance or an acceptable resolution.

Limited visual marquis to locate the property. Landscaping and driveway approach looked like an abandoned construction site (mob hit site feel) . Renovation underway so breakfast served in a tiny conference room . That said management used this as a way out of providing fresh waffles and running out of cream cheese amongst other short comings. The poor desk clerk was also the hospitality host which to me was unfair as she did a very good job being able to manage breakfast for the entire guest list at the hotel in addition to taking calls and keeping a positive attitude. Somehow I didn’t get the atmosphere I would expect from the price . I’d say the value should be half of the ask.

Internet was terrible. When I went to the front desk to ask why we couldn't get online I was told that it has been happening alot lately and she keeps restarting the modem but it's a problem with the cable company. Then the next day when we were able to get online it was an unsecured connection. The bathroom floor was dirty. The hot breakfast was lukewarm at best and the cold cereal was stale.

Newly renovated, but just average workmanship. No better than a Comfort Inn. Disappointed in Fairfield by Marriot. Breakfast had a vast array of choices, but little things like no cups for juice, no napkins, and only dark roast coffee. Breakfast blend is light roast!

UNBELIEVABLE FOR A MARRIOTT. This Facility is undergoing renovations. It would have been nice to know this before I booked the reservation. First when you walk in the sliding doors you are hit with a “musty” aroma. Took awhile for front desk staff to appear. The elevator was out of service service and the stairwells are dirty. Part of the construction crew should be to keep the stairwells tidy and clean at the end of their day. The north end exterior door jam is adjusted so that it does not lock. Anyone can come in that door into the stairwell unseen. Several rooms were propped open by the safety lock. We had our door handle jiggled/tried in the middle of the night. The tube drain was so slow that you stood in 2”-3” of water while showering. The eggs were good for breakfast. The sausage patties were questionable, the muffins were 14 days out of date. The milk and yogurt refrigerator was not working and the thermometer was reading 60 and the food was warm. The coffee was bitter and undrinkable. We were so disappointed that we cut our trip short and drove the extra 10 hours non-stop just so we would not have to stay there again as the room was NON-REFUNDABLE.

Do not stay at this hotel. Their elevator was broken so at one in the morning my husband and I had to carry all of our stuff and our kids stuff up three flights of stairs. The hotel is under renovation bc of it’s poor condition. The steps were falling apart. There is mold everywhere in the bathroom, and there are tools and renovation materials out in the public, which is unsafe for children. Oh, and the continental breakfast is nothing but expired milk, expired, danishes, and expired muffins. We left after one night. Beware.

Upon checking in within the hour someone had broken the elevator button so no one could go up from the main floor. Luckily the front desk lady on duty saw me in the lobby and allowed me to change rooms from the 3rd floor to the first. Im on a walker so it worked out because the rm she put me in was a handicap rm. There's no ice machine on each floor. They dont cell hygiene supplies on-site. No vending machine for soda or snacks. Though they did sell a few snacks beside the front desk. Along a few open shelves you had to charge to your room. There were several channels not working on the tv's for instance the one streaming channel NETFLIX did not work. I did like the shower chair in my room and the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner offered in the shower. Though I was afraid yo use it people like to put stuff in things just to be the devil. There were no store for an emergency like t-shirts, hats, pampers, wipes, or sunscreen etc. I never figured out how to turn on the lights sconts on either side of the bed. Only one person at the front desk i worried about security for myself and the front desk person. What about leaving the desk to help people with luggage in or out with only one person. Decent amount of parking. No menus offered for food delivery. Its only a gas station and one restaurant close by. I would have ask for s discount but there was a line and I was ready to go.

Nice for a quick stay. Less than 2 miles from hospital. Clean room. But didn't get fresh towels the next day. Sign in bathroom said to leave on floor if you need fresh towels. I probably read it wrong. Breakfast was standard and decent. Staff at front desk was friendly and polite. I would stay again in October for wife next surgery.
