Hampton Inn Milwaukee/Brookfield

We will start with the room. It was not cleaned. Blankets had stains, crumbs on the phone. Speaking of phone. The phone didn’t work found that out around midnight when we woke up and it was 80 degrees and our AC stopped working. Went down to the desk was handed batteries to change them myself. Fan in bathroom ran non stop sounds like the blades were going to rip out of the wall. Breakfast my daughter was eating her eggs and pulled out paper. Never again and not worth 500 for 2 nights.

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were clean. The only issue I had was that housekeeping came in when I was told that they only clean once every other day so that bothered me because my dog was in there, but other than that, everything was extremely nice and enjoyable at the hotel
