Nice place to stay, breakfast was good. I asked for the Internet password and they said I didn't need one, nobody in our party had internet the two days we were there. The hot tub was not working and they say the pool is open until midnight. On Saturday night after the MJ concert we all wanted to swim and they just turned the lights out on us at 11:30.

Breakfast was the highlight. It was hot and fresh with lots of variety. The downsides were many. Our first room didn’t look like it had been cleaned, stained sheets and live bugs visible. Did get switched to a different floor that seemed much cleaner. The two rooms are supposed to be connecting but they weren’t. Pool was cold even though it was inside. The hot tub wasn’t working. There was also a few hazards around the pool, tiles sticking up and cracked. Children would trip and fall on them. Called front desk asking for toilet paper and wouldn’t bring it up to the room had to walk down to the lobby. Overall it was fine, but won’t be coming back.

We got there it was clean i can say that but shower wouldn't drain. Went to pool water was ice cold supposed to be heated and then jets weren't working in hot tub, no towels at pool. Also no shampoos or soaps for shower. We got up to go to breakfast went there room was full and no food on buffet only had 1 lady working couldn't keep up only bringing 6 sausage patties a small cup of eggs and only a few biscuits like 6 at a time most of guests didn't get breakfast luckily IHOP is across the highway. Not very satisfying stay so only thing was clean and our tv needed hooked up when we got there they got right on that so 2 positive things but too many negatives

Almost everything was out of order. The laundry facilities were closed. We were told on the second day that the pool was finally ready only to go in there to freezing cold and dirty water. The hot tub was completely empty and filthy. The door to our room was incredibly difficult to open, had to force it a couple times.

Took our 4 and 7 yr old grandsons for Labor Day weekend. It was fine but needs some updating. Also Indoor pool WAS NOT heated when we were using it. Breakfast was good, but there were only 2 ladies working out. Was out of stuff frequently. Tho, I would probably say again.

Stayed Nov 1st, 2025. Indoor pool house was heated but the pool itself was not. Pool too cool in fall wintertime but Hot tub was heated. Indoor pool is a detached building, so is the breakfast room. Clean rooms, AC/ heater unit a little too loud but I we were still able to sleep. I would stay here again.

I was just in town to coach at a tournament. The room itself was ok (not great by any means, but tolerable). The bathroom however, was not clean, including mold on the walls. It was absolutely not acceptable. Worst conditions have ever experienced… so much for “quality.”

Breakfast was good. Parking was good. Neighfelt safe. Room was not clean; kind of like it had a "face lift" with new bathroom fixtures. Bathroom was clean but everything was dusty, floor had not been vacuumed. There were cobwebs in the corners.

Rooms are not quiet, you can hear everything. Hot tub was down and had a leak in the roof above it but the pool was still accessible however the edges are cracked and had rust as well as the ladder. The screws were loose and rusty. We had what looked like blood smeared on the bathroom door and it appeared there was some even on the pillow case. The bed was hard but pillows were ok. The staff was very friendly though. Overall we wouldn't stay here again bc for the price we could've stayed at a nicer hotel with all working accommodations for just a little more.

The room was absolutely disgusting. 2 of the plug-ins didnt work. The room smelled like Dogs and the "Heated Pool" felt like we did the Polar Plunge. It was straight Ice Water. Thankfully, the nice man who was working the desk allowed us to cancel our 3 night stay. We were there for a grand total of an hour... quality Inn used to be our go to place but they have really went down hill. In my opinion id not only avoid this place but run as fast as you can from it....

Spilled water on bathroom floor, wife took a used face towel to wipe up the water, and the towel was black with dirt after wiping up the water on the floor. Also found someone else's underwear in the room. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH EXPERIENCE!

The property is quite old and needs significant renovation. The carpets especially need to be washed, and the rooms deodorized. The bathroom has some signs of mold. There is a bit of a selection for breakfast, and most of the main dishes were warm, but they lack quality, as some pieces of the potatoes were still frozen. The staff was quite friendly, though.

It was horrible! It was a smoke free hotel, but people were smoking everywhere! The key card did not work most of the time. Bedsheet had stains in it. Insect nest was on the door itself.. carpet smelled horrible.

I had read reviews, which were mostly positive but than we arrived in which I immediately wish I could’ve checked out and get my money back. The smell of must when you entered the room, has not been updated in a very long time, the beds were so bad that you sank in, the pillows were so bad we went to buy new ones, the bathroom and the towels. Over all just awful

First the positives. The staff were very friendly & the location was not bad. It is hilly but this is the Ozarks. The negatives. The main thing is when we turned the heater on it caused the smoke alarm to go off & it smelled awful. Thankfully we were in a suite so we had another heater. It did the same as the 1st but the smell wasn’t as bad & the alarm stopped fairly quickly.

You get what you pay for. I wanted a hot breakfast and and indoor pool, which is exactly what we got. However we sacrificed on cleanliness and overall upkeep of the place.

Stayed 2 nights. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was decent. However our TV didn't work, the shower and sink were stained, we had to fight to get our door to open (every time. Would light up green but really had to pull, push, work the handle to get it to open), and every day we found nails in the parking spaces (new roof). The pool had a nice set up in its own building but could use some cleaning. There was a couple small open holes from pipes in the floor that need lids/caps (any small child could easily get a foot or hand stuck in). Our daughter had red paint chips all over her from the floor.

It was just off the end of the strip, easy to get to. The rooms were nice and clean, without carpet. The bed was elevated. They do this to prevent bugs, but it was also nice to see clean rooms. The shower had good water pressure and great hot water. When the front desk person received a phone call, he took a number to call that person back. He explained he was checking in a person and would call them back. This felt like good customer service. My complaints are that the bed was too hard for me, but this is a minor detail. Duct tape around the AC unit worked just fine.

Staff was very responsive to our concern that was addressed without delay. The air conditioner in our room ( handicapped friendly) wasn’t cooling properly on the day we checked in. When front desk was informed, they transferred us to another room (for non-handicapped) where we spent the night. We were told the maintenance guy will check the A/C unit in the morning and if it can’t be fixed they will move heaven and earth to find us a room equipped with safety features for handicapped people like myself. The A/C was fixed so we moved back to our booked room. The free breakfast buffet was well stocked with hot and cold options. Our room was kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff. Overall, our stay gave us an experience that would make us come back someday.

Staff was very responsive to our concern that was addressed without delay. The air conditioner in our room ( handicapped friendly) wasn’t cooling properly on the day we checked in. When front desk was informed, they transferred us to another room (for non-handicapped) where we spent the night. We were told the maintenance guy will check the A/C unit in the morning and if it can’t be fixed they will move heaven and earth to find us a room equipped with safety features for handicapped people like myself. The owners and personnel at the front desk were amazing. 2nd time I’ve stayed and both times excellent. Rooms were comfortable and nice and all you need when spending all your time exploring the area. Great little breakfast area and pool too

This property was excellent overall. Had a small incident in the morning when I attempted to use the hair drier and found it didn’t work. A 17 year old boy answered when I called the front desk and he was very dismissive. He had the attitude of “oh well that’s not my job”. After my husband went to speak with him he finally let us in a vacant room to use the hair drier. The staff working the night before for check in were very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Maybe that kid just didn’t want to be at work. Facility was extremely clean and extremely quiet!! Breakfast was hot and fresh. Would absolutely stay there again.

Stayed at hotel this weekend from Friday night to Sunday morning when myself and my 2 kids checked out. Paid for room in full through Expedia and when checking in of course the front desk needed a “card for incidentals”. Gave them my debit card to slide and have on file like I usual do at hotels when they require that . No charges were made to my card until AFTER I CHECKED OUT! $50 was charged to my card Sunday after i checked out ! Waited for the pending to charge to clear or fall off on my bank and it did not in fact fall off . Called hotel front desk (can barely understand them) and they front desk WILL NOT let me talk to a manager and is telling me they have myself on camera going in and out of room with a pet !!! And said they charged me $50 for a pet (which they are falsely accusing me of) and then had the nerve to tell me they normally charge more for lying ! This is such a 100% scam by the local hotel owner and it’s not right ! Have tried twice to speak to manager and no luck, no call back . I will be contacting a cooperative office and taking it up the matter about this particular branch. Would not recommend staying here what so ever after this experience I’ve just encountered

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. This time I forgot my pillows (totally my fault). I immediately called the hotel when I realized they were left behind because we were only 30 minutes into our 3 hour trip home. The hotel was unable to find them anywhere or get ahold of anyone who knew where they were. So, after we turned around and went all the way back we had to turn around again and go home with no pillows. I was very concerned with how no one could know where they were. One was a special pillow I need for my neck in a special silk pillow case and the other a pillow for my side and was gray - neither of which would blend in or be confused with the hotel pillows. They somehow found them the next day. I had a friend going that way so she picked them up for me. When I got them back the pillow case was gone - someone stole that and the pillows were damp and falling apart. So if you forget something, do not expect to get it back even close to good condition. Unfortunately I had to throw them away after all the trouble we went through to get them back.

Breakfast was one of the freshest I’ve had- gravy was warm and biscuits were soft. The beds were comfy- I always bring my own pillow where I go. Room was nice and cool. Shower worked. Some rooms are updated and some are not so don’t let the pictures trick you, but communication was great and I would stay there again. Location is great.

Was clean and staff was very polite and happy to help. We brought our Maltipoo with us and the pet friendly rooms had luxury vinyl instead of carpet which was a nice touch. Property is right in the strip and close to everything! Pool was nice to keep our son entertained after a long day out. We will be booking again soon!

The rooms were clean. The air conditioning worked and was not loud. The indoor pool was a little on the cool side, but the grandchildren didn’t notice. I loved that the free breakfast was in its own building and you could sit in or outside to enjoy the breakfast. The breakfast was great with hot and cold choices. A good place to stay.

Breakfast was the highlight. It was hot and fresh with lots of variety. The downsides were many. Our first room didn’t look like it had been cleaned, stained sheets and live bugs visible. Did get switched to a different floor that seemed much cleaner. The two rooms are supposed to be connecting but they weren’t. Pool was cold even though it was inside. The hot tub wasn’t working. There was also a few hazards around the pool, tiles sticking up and cracked. Children would trip and fall on them. Called front desk asking for toilet paper and wouldn’t bring it up to the room had to walk down to the lobby. Overall it was fine, but won’t be coming back.

We got there it was clean i can say that but shower wouldn't drain. Went to pool water was ice cold supposed to be heated and then jets weren't working in hot tub, no towels at pool. Also no shampoos or soaps for shower. We got up to go to breakfast went there room was full and no food on buffet only had 1 lady working couldn't keep up only bringing 6 sausage patties a small cup of eggs and only a few biscuits like 6 at a time most of guests didn't get breakfast luckily IHOP is across the highway. Not very satisfying stay so only thing was clean and our tv needed hooked up when we got there they got right on that so 2 positive things but too many negatives

Took our 4 and 7 yr old grandsons for Labor Day weekend. It was fine but needs some updating. Also Indoor pool WAS NOT heated when we were using it. Breakfast was good, but there were only 2 ladies working out. Was out of stuff frequently. Tho, I would probably say again.

We enjoyed our 2nd stay at this property and would definitely stay here again. Previously, we rented a standard queen room. This time, we paid only a little more and reserved a king suite which was a BIG PLUS. We rated the overall property a 4 because there are areas that need updating such as some exterior paint and the deck by the pool building needs some attention. We did have one real disappointment, that I will discuss below. Our king suite was very good for our needs. A couple of minor repairs are needed, but we were in no way inconvenienced by that. We enjoyed the extra living room and really liked the 2nd bath. Both rooms of the suite had its own in wall A/C unit. The fridge is a reasonable size for drinks or leftovers. Each room of the suite also has a TV. There is easy access to parking on the property. The breakfast area is in a separate building which is fine in good weather, but could be a bit of a challenge on cold or inclement days. The breakfast is plentiful with hot foods, cereal, breads, juices, and coffee. There are several restaurants within an easy walk. The property is within 10 minutes of Silver Dollar City and several other local attractions. We enjoy sitting outside in the evening. The big downer for us was we could not enjoy 2 of 3 evenings on the pool building deck due to people smoking. Maybe not a big deal for some, but impactful for someone with a breathing impairment. Posting that area as No Smoking would help.

Breakfast was great, everything was fresh and kept replenished. Staff were friendly and kind. We were unable to turn the hot tub on it was under a locked panel, however the water was hot and nice to sit in.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. A more accurate name would be the “Not Quality Inn.” The room we were given looked nothing like the pictures on Hotels.com. Instead of the updated room we expected, ours had old carpeting, felt damp and dank, and was in serious need of maintenance. There was even a gap around the air conditioning unit where you could literally see outside through the wall. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which only made the experience worse. Throughout the hotel there were signs warning guests they would be fined $100 if everything wasn’t left in perfect condition. It created an unwelcoming atmosphere and made it feel like the hotel expected the worst from its guests rather than providing good hospitality. Overall, this stay was very disappointing. The listing did not accurately represent the property, the room was in poor condition, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. Beware before booking I would definitely stay somewhere else next time.
