Staff was absolutely wonderful! The hotel has updated rooms and the bed was comfy. We didn't get a chance to use the indoor pool but it is open 24 hours (except for 2 hours in the morning for cleaning) and it looked lovely. We did not take advantage of the included breakfast but it looked nice and the breakfast area was clean and had a beautiful fireplace. They had cookies and water available in the lobby and the hotel has it's own trolley stop for downtown Branson. It's an older hotel but is well-maintained, updated and a great place to stay!

The stay was pleasant, however the parking was cramped. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was OK but nothing spectacular. The road noise was somewhat unsavory. You could hear the vehicles accelerating up the hill adjacent to the rooms where we were located. The prices were very reasonable. I would stay again if given the opportunity.

We have been staying here for nine years. It is convenient walking distance to downtown Branson and the landing as well as the conference center at the bottom of the hill....the walk back up the hill is a slight killer. The staff are amazing and welcome us hugely every single year. Breakfast is delicious and we want for nothing. Plenty of space to sit and visit with your people. There is an indoor pool on site. If you're looking for a great place to stay with convenient access to all the things, this should be your go to.
