The hotel is lovely. Our room was small but clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The parking lot is steep so be ready to do a little climbing.

This motel has been one I’ve wanted to stay at for a while. So I gave it a shot. Gazebo did not disappoint. Room has lots of furniture , couch , desk, microwave , mini fridge , coffee maker , dresser and additional table and chair (think kitchen table). Freshly painted rooms and more upgrades around. Pool was clean and nice ,small but for a quick dip it was fine. Convenient to the strip everything is close. We’ve stayed in many of the area hotels and condos this is a gem!

They randomly charged me about $47 and didn’t specify as to what the charges were for? I only ate breakfast once through my 4 night stay and wouldn’t recommend. Pool is tiny. Other than that no one really bothered us.

The absolute only complaint I have is the super steep hill and parking is scarce near the main building and breakfast area unless you park on the super steep hill. Other than that it was seriously a 10/10 breakfast was good, rooms were great, staff was absolutely awesome and super accommodating for us. For the price, I had low expectations but they completely surprised me in every aspect. The breakfast was basic but better than other hotels I’ve stayed at, cereal, bagels, eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. free WiFi and they sell tickets to shows at a discounted rate. My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and they left us a card when they found out it was our honeymoon which even as a small gesture still made us both happy. Additionally, we decided last minute that we wanted to stay an extra day and rather than moving our room they moved another 2 families who were together before they got here and allowed us to stay in the same room our extra day with now issues.

I asked for a room on the main level because we cant do stairs very well. The receptionist moved some people around so we could park by our door. It was clean and had vinyl flooring instead of carpet. I had to go up some stairs to check in. Parking near check in was very limited. Our bathtub had a steady stream of water leaking, which was annoying when it was quiet. I thought it was dog free, but we heard barking several times esp early in the morning and late night time.

This is the only place we stay whenever we come to Branson. Very friendly staff. Love the pool. It’s also so close to everything we have so much fun. Thank you for always taking good care of us.

Parking was good, well lit and cameras everywhere. Room was clean but very dated. Beds were worn. Breakfast area was very small and crowded. We chose to eat one of the delicious breakfast in town. Over all this place is good for the money.

Was located in a great spot along the strip. Parking was easy, room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and a very friendly lady was serving an entree. Would certainly stay there again.

It’s an older place and didn’t bother me. We got a good deal so I wasn’t expecting much. The bed was super comfy and we slept better than we have in awhile. All the amenities worked and water pressure was good. The towels were small and not absorbent at all. We went to bed and seen 3 small bugs on top of the headboard and didn’t think much of it. Woke up and seen a cockroach on the bathroom counter. So, that was unfortunate.

We loved the location of this hotel. In regards to our room, it was very dirty. The floor was sticky and the trim around the floor was coming off and there was a decent amount of mold. Which explains why our room had a humidifier in it. Not sure why you would let guests stay in a room with a mold problem. Also, the shower knob was very hard to turn. Needed to be replaced. The location was amazing as you are near the aquarium and lots of fun activities, but i would spend my money elsewhere if you want to have a room that is clean and free of mold. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

This property was potentially good, great location etc. The beds were a bit tired and the linens as well but later into our stay, we discovered we had a lot of black mold on the window hidden behind the drapes as well as some in the bathroom on the shower curtain and ceiling that really discouraged us and we checked out a day early with no refund:((

Do yourself a favor and ask to see the room before you get your keys. It's very dated which I could live with but the baseboards were covered in dust and behind the tables were awful. Under the hvac hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time as well. The bed sheets were wrinkled and appeared to have been reused from the prior guests. And the best part...the room was full of fleas! I appreciate allowing pets but come on.

Location is great but it’s not updated like mentioned. The floors were dirty, we asked for them to be mopped twice as our kids were getting black from crawling on the floor and they didn’t do it. The bathroom looked to have mold on the ceiling/shower curtain and hair in the tub. The box spring cover had stains all over like they haven’t been cleaned ever. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My only issue was the toilet. I am almost 6 feet tall. The toilet was like one used in child bathroom. I have knee replacements on both knees.

The hotel was in an excellent location within walking distance from several activities. It was right on the main strip. The only issue was that the bed was not comfortable. Both me and my husband woke up with terrible pain in our backs due to the uncomfortable mattress.

Our stay was at the week before Christmas, during the week, so those of us who stayed there were kind of spread out. The gals who worked the office were very friendly and tried helping us with some situations that we had with our tv and the remote. The included breakfast was okay, the usual, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, cup's of fruit, yogurt, toast and other items. There’s apple and orange juice. The gal who worked in the breakfast section was very friendly and helpful. The bed was not the best. No box spring which I’m fine with but the mattress was lumpy and sloped towards the center The room was spacious with a table and chairs along with the microwave and fridge. There was also a nice loveseat sized couch that was comfortable for sitting on. They did not offer any lotion which would have been nice but they did have bar soap and shampoo. Water pressure was great. For the price, it was a good deal and we didn’t hear others who were staying there.

The hotel is on the main drag, but we did not hear any road noise. The water is HOT which makes for a good shower. Housekeeping emptied our trash and brought us more towels while we were out. We had a loveseat in our Deluxe King room. We appreciated the extra seating. It is an older hotel with no frills which accounts for the reasonable price.

Really liked this hotel, it is in a great location and rooms are convenient to get too. Rooms are clean and I love that they have a small dining table. The beds are a little hard and the toilet is very low but for the most part our stay was very nice.

Not what we expected according to pictures. Very old furniture, small tv and mattress on a frame that wasn’t comfortable. We were put at the very far end of the property away from everyone else, don’t know why. Where were the updated rooms? Not going back

Evening staff was rude when we checked in, continital breakfast is a joke (scrambled eggs and biscuits/gravy every morning), our toilet ran none stop (my husband fixed it once) called and apparently it was not a priority. Will not be staying again!

I booked 5 rooms total across 2 reservations b/c hotels.com would not let me book two different lengths of stay on one reservation. That was a tad annoying, but as for the property, they read my request (zero entry to room due to older folks traveling, a couple rooms needed pet friendly, and sets of rooms located near one another) and accommodated. The rooms were as expected and all was good except the AC kept kicking off and on rather than running steady, which may have disrupted sleep a little. All in all it was a great experience for our extended family - breakfast nook had plenty of seating and several choices - not very low-carb, but that did not seem to bother too many in our group. I would definitely book here again as they were friendly and accommodated my requests.

Room was clean remotes didn’t work for tv so they came turned on the tv and left. Remotes didn’t work. Thennnnn we left a gift in the room called tell them of course it was gone she says well you signed something we’re not responsible for items left. Any decent person that finds items clearly not trash you would think it would be turned in. Upon my husband turning our keys in he heard a guest asking the day shift lady about the shows in the area she says I don’t know I don’t anything about the shows here rude !!!! She could have said I’ve heard ….. I am appalled at the attitude of the woman at the desk.

Unpleasant stay and I think because I used a third party to make my reservation, they gave us the lowest level room. It was literally the lowest level and I don’t mean just on the ground floor. We were in the back building, ground floor, the backside of the building overlooking trees and shrubs and dumpster. It was very obvious there were other rooms. We have stayed here before and did not experience this. I reported one morning 3 things that we noticed in our room…I really don’t like to complain but after getting the room we got I did not want to put up with the other things. So we were leaving for the day and thot I’d let them know 3 of the issues. #1 the A/C would turn off by itself. The first time was middle of the night so the room got WARM…76°…too warm for sleeping. #2 the bathtub faucet dripped constantly. #3 the TV remote did not work properly…all of the buttons did not work. When I stopped by the office I was very, very nice and polite and even spoke softly. There was a man standing there and even acted as if he knew what I was talking about and said he would go to the room and take care of the things. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done. And we were gone ALL DAY! I really think they had no intentions of assisting us since we did not book through them. We have had similar experiences in other hotels because we usually use a third party. In these days and times you have to save where you can. Unfortunately we will not be staying there again!

The absolute only complaint I have is the super steep hill and parking is scarce near the main building and breakfast area unless you park on the super steep hill. Other than that it was seriously a 10/10 breakfast was good, rooms were great, staff was absolutely awesome and super accommodating for us. For the price, I had low expectations but they completely surprised me in every aspect. The breakfast was basic but better than other hotels I’ve stayed at, cereal, bagels, eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. free WiFi and they sell tickets to shows at a discounted rate. My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and they left us a card when they found out it was our honeymoon which even as a small gesture still made us both happy. Additionally, we decided last minute that we wanted to stay an extra day and rather than moving our room they moved another 2 families who were together before they got here and allowed us to stay in the same room our extra day with now issues.

The hotel is lovely. Our room was small but clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The parking lot is steep so be ready to do a little climbing.

The only thing I would change about the property is some of parking, because it’s hard for my disabled mom to walk so the slanted parking lot that we had to walk up was hard on her.

The location was perfect and close to the shows and restaurants. The value was great and much appreciated. On our month long trip across America, this was the best value we’ve experienced. We will definitely stay here again on future visits. My only concern is that the hotel is built on a hill and if you have very poor mobility, it may be difficult walking uphill and navigating the stairs. Overall, if you can walk without a walker then book it. You won’t regret it.

Price was good. Breakfast was advertised as continental, but had hot biscuits and gravy which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was squeaky and the pillows were stiff. The maid service only replaced 3 of 4 dirty towels and didn’t replace the coffee or the cups. Room was clean, but just outside the door there was some trash that was never picked up the two nights we were there.

This is a motel. Just know that going in. Our bed was awful. It literally sounded like it was breaking every time you got on or off the bed. We complained about it and was told nothing they could do. Breakfast was not good. Biscuits and gravy was watered down. No eggs or other meat options. Pool is the size of a kiddie pool and is right on the main highway.

The property is a little back from the highway so it was quiet. Breakfast menu never changed, meat was not offered, dining room is extremely cramped. No fresh fruit was available, only cups of diced fruit. A banana or apple would have been nice.

The first time I got into trouble for touching the lid on the food pan. Staffed informed me that I’m not to touch either of the pans. Scrambled eggs in one and some sort of a sausage gravy in the other, which was cold. But at least I was able to make my own waffle at the waffle station. Go figure,, ice machine in the building didn’t work, so had to walk down a steep hill to the other building for ice. Rooms were very clean and even smelled nice , not like dingy smoked in rooms like the Days inn in Springfield. They were sound proofed pretty good,

This hotel was ok. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. The beds are super firm spring mattress, blanket is scratchy and AC is loud. The bath towels are super thin and very small. It's definitely an older property, but the repairs have been done poorly. Didn't feel super dirty but also not extremely clean. Also there was something that looked like mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Good location and person at check in was very friendly.
