Breakfast could use a little variety. Pool was very well taken care of. beds were comfortable and pillows where nice. Wife said it took a while for hot water to arrive to room from boiler/ water heater. Wasnt a issue for me cause i took my shower after her and grand kids had theirs. Overall very nice place for the price. I would stay again.

Found urine stains on sheets by my feet when I pulled the sheets back upon packing up. The attendants only comment was you should have smelled it. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. This hotel was a good value for the price. The decor and linens could use some updating, but if you're looking for an adequate place, this is fine. It was mostly clean... just a few complaints: there was a drool mark on the pillow sham, mildew on the shower curtain, and dust in the corners of the bathroom. The breakfast was decent and gave us a good start to the day.

The staff members that we saw were nice, and we liked that it was quiet. We won't be back though because bugs (not bed bugs, looked kind of like termites) bit my wife in the bed. Her ankle was bleeding.

Our room was cleaner than I expected from the lobby and the front desk worker was nice. There was no noisy neighbors which was great. My only real complaint is that the bed was ridiculously uncomfortable. It was extremely hard and you could feel the springs

The room lacked lighting where the desk was. The only time you could use the laptop was during the day but that was when we were out. The plugins in the sink area were so loose my flat iron wouldn't heat up so had to use the ones by desk (no mirror).

Extremely noisy. We were on the bottom floor and it sounded like a heard of elephants above us and you could hear every step. It’s definitely outdated and antiquated as far as furnishings/appliances/room design, but it was clean enough and the beds were comfortable. I’d say it’s a good (average) value since it was cheap. Probably wouldn’t stay here again in the future since there are nicer more modern options for just a few dollars more per night.

The staff was amazing. The front desk personel are super nice people. The housekeeping staff was very nice as well and we were asked several times if we needed anything and if we did it was given to us immediately. The breakfast is average but it was hot and well stocked. The beds were comfortable.Everything was very clean. It was close enough to all the attractions and shopping that we wanted to do.

We were very pleased overall, it was a large room and the employees seem to take good care of the property. We had a minor issue with the TV and they came up within TWO minutes of me calling and fixed the issue. The breakfast was excellent with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, muffins, cereal, and juice.

One of the cleanest properties in Branson. It is an older hotel that has the basic amenities and customer service that is top notch. Denny went out of his way to accomodate our needs when a family emergency popped up. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Check-in was a breeze. The front office staff had all reservations neatly stacked and ready for when customers arrived. Check-in took less than 5 minutes before we were headed to our room. We found our room and it was nice and spacious, had a king size bed and a sofa to relax and watch a little bit of tv before we changed and headed out on the town. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The door had an automatic lock but also another lock for added safety. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. I loved that this location was off of the beaten path. We live in the country so it was nice not to hear all of the traffic from town.

Manager refussed to allow my ADA Service dog to stay in the hotel, cancelled our reservations, and left us with no place to stay for 2 nights. The manager was VERY rude and hateful and refused to obey ADA regulations.

When asking about early check in after being sent an email from the property saying “no problem”, the desk man said “That’s an extra charge!” Then when we were given our room at check in time, we were not given a king but 2 queens. When I asked, he said that’s the way Expedia sent it and if I wanted a refund he would do that and we could leave. I told him I wanted the king room and he said we just needed to leave! Very rude! Will never be back here.

I had read the reviews and this property seem to be amazing. I had a regular hotel I usually stayed at when I went to Branson but I thought I would try this one. This place was wonderful. The room was great very spacious and very clean. The ladies in the breakfast room were very friendly and the food was good. I had a really positive attitude when I walked in to check in but come to find out the gentleman who checked me in must’ve been having a rough day because he wasn’t very pleasant … I kind of felt more like I was interrupting what he was doing. Later that afternoon, we came across a beautiful lady that was pregnant sitting at the front counter when we came in she was awesome, She smiled and greeted us and it definitely made up for the gentleman who wasn’t very pleasant at check inn. I do believe we will stay here again.

I had a really positive attitude when I walked in to check in but come to find out the gentleman who checked me in must’ve been having a rough day because he wasn’t very pleasant … I kind of felt more like I was interrupting what he was doing. Later that afternoon, we came across a beautiful lady that was pregnant sitting at the front counter when we came in she was awesome, She smiled and greeted us and it definitely made up for the gentleman who wasn’t very pleasant at check inn. I do believe we will stay here again.

We really like the stay. The check in was super easy. Check was even easer. The location for us was just fine. It was off the traffic so it was quiet. The breakfast was very good. Home made biscuits, scrambled eggs, sausage and gravy. All this was very good. This breakfast was easily worth $10 per person. This was included in the price of the room. What we did not like was the bed and the pillows. We like a more firm bed which this was not but was ok. We like a more fluffy pillow and these were not. The staff were super friendly.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area off the main 76 strip, but entertainment and restaurants are easily accessible. The beds were comfortable. It is an older property but kept up and clean. The manager went out of his way to help us get a different room as the one originally assigned to us was noisy right by the pool. All in the hotel was quiet even though it was full. There is a hot breakfast each morning and coffee available all day.

Clean, easy to find, slightly off the beaten path, so didn't hear vehicles all night, plenty of directions to go to avoid traffic, price was great for everything that was included. Loved the stay, and will probably be returning in the future.

It was decent but not walkable to anything. They used a fitted sheet as a flat sheet on my bed which was very strange. Breakfast was moderate at best. The grounds were cute but outside that was a stoarge unit company and not much else.

Was a very nice clean place to stay. Especially for the price. Love that it is a little off the beaten path. We were just in town to enjoy Silver Dollar City. The location of this hotel made it easier to commute there without the hassle of getting on the main drag through Branson.

This facility is great...clean & fantastically quiet. The hot breakfast is very simple--biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs & sausage patties--but it was tasty and sufficient. They also have cereal & some breads, fruit & yogurt. Really appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room! I booked this because of its good reviews and I see why they have them!

Clean room and bed. Sink and bathroom have rough spots and could use an upgrade but it was good for the price. Pool is small but clean. Booked thru Hotels.com and it said breakfast however when we checked in he said it was not included and would be $7. We skipped the breakfast.

This hotel has really went downhill in the past couple of years. It used to be one of our favorite places to stay. During checking, the gentleman tried to charge for me for breakfast even though I showed him my receipt indicating free breakfast was included. He told me to take it up with Expedia (we had booked thru hotels.com). Very rude about it and we refused to pay extra. We just went elsewhere for breakfast. The carpet throughout the hotel needs replacing and our shower curtain was covered in mildew. We'll stay elsewhere from now on.
