It was okay. The waterslide was part of why I paid the extra money for this hotel over others, but I was very disappointed to learn its open hours were limited. It did not open on time and the towel rack was barren. The bathroom in the room had a dried booger on the door frame and brown streak on the faucet handle that wiped off with a wet rag. One bed's top sheet had numerous paint splotches on it, seemingly having been used as a drop cloth at some point. The batteries in the television remote were dead. I will not likely stay at this hotel again when back in town and would not recommend it to someone else.

We chose this hotel for the water slide and basketball hoop we saw in the pictures, but the water slide is only open Friday and Saturday and there was no hoop. Not to happy aboy that.

It was great we wanted to stay with friends for the waterslide but it was down since someone got sick in pool overall was a nice hotel wish they would have given us a discount since I told them we were there for the waterslide.

Everything was perfect with the exception of the slide being closed due to Christmas. We were hoping to use it when we booked the room so we were disappointed to find it closed. Everything else was awesome!

Person at front desk was outside smoking each time I passed the desk. We were told that breakfast would be eggs and a side of meat. It was biscuits and gravy......YUCK. Thank goodness for the waffles! Beds were comfortable though!! Pool was great....heated water and with a slide!!!

Sufficient, easy and fine for a quick stay. Hallways smelled wet.. had a room off the patio, could smell cigarette smoke coming in ac unit, assuming it was a one off, wind was blowing a certain way but something to consider

First time staying in Willmar. Didn’t know what to expect. Very impressed with our choice of lodging. Check-in staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was super - very clean, nice decor and comfortable. There was some unpleasant smell from another room’s cooking that passed quickly and didn’t reoccur. Bathroom spotless. Breakfast lots of good choices and the coffee was great. Much better than most places we have visited. Thanks for making our visit a pleasant one.

It was great for the most part and fairly quiet. Only real problem was bugs… Killer at least 7 small red bugs in the room that looked like fleas. Otherwise the score would have been 5s across the board.

Overall property was nice and clean, no complains. My issue was with the heating system in the room. Provided I had a room with 2 outside walls and we had a snowstorm outside, temperatures outside at around 22F over night. Room heating was unable to get to 70F and blower was essentially running constantly, not great when you are trying to sleep.

The king-sized bed was extraordinarily comfortable, the sheets looked and felt regal, and the coverlet was lovely and just the right weight for the end of May in central Minnesota! I slept really well for three nights in a row.

We were in town and many family members stayed at this location. The front desk guy the night of check in was great. He let us use the breakfast are for our family to gather. The reason for my lower over all score was I believe a friend of someone’s working there was using the pool. I went in to check on my terns and the guy was in the pool areas vaping.

I have been traveling for work abd and staying at this hotel for the past few months. Its very convenient to pretty much everything in Willmar. Its very quiet and comfortable. Dakota has the best customer service! He is very patient and accommodating. Hes always greeting and making you feel welcome! You dont find help like him these days. Our initial room had an off smell for some reason. The staff immediately took care of the situation by not only giving us a different room, but upgrading it as well. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

We choose Country Inn & Suites because it was half way point for all family traveling. The pool was wonderful for the kids wish the slide could be open longer hours. the staff was excellent and rooms were great.

I have been traveling for work abd and staying at this hotel for the past few months. Its very convenient to pretty much everything in Willmar. Its very quiet and comfortable. Dakota has the best customer service! He is very patient and accommodating. Hes always greeting and making you feel welcome! You dont find help like him these days. Thank you fir tge great service Dakota!

Great stay and great location - close to everything in Willmar. Loved the pool area and the slide was a hit. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was adequate.

Nice clean hotel. Staff is welcoming, nice and friendly. Hotel is centralized, closr to dinning, shpoping snd highways. I have stsyed her msnys time for work and I have tried othef hotels snd nothing compared to this hotel!

The room was very nice. My only complaint was that when I went for breakfast there wasn't much for a gluten free, dairy free person to eat. Fruit and coffee.

First time staying in Willmar. Didn’t know what to expect. Very impressed with our choice of lodging. Check-in staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was super - very clean, nice decor and comfortable. There was some unpleasant smell from another room’s cooking that passed quickly and didn’t reoccur. Bathroom spotless. Breakfast lots of good choices and the coffee was great. Much better than most places we have visited. Thanks for making our visit a pleasant one.

It was a very nice, clean hotel. The staff was very friendly. Had a good breakfast. Many things to choose from. I took a star off because on the website it didn’t say anything about the water slide being closed during the week and only being open on Friday evening and Saturday. I picked this hotel for my granddaughters and I for that reason. They were very disappointed to learn when we got there that they wouldn’t be able to go on the slide.

Person at front desk was outside smoking each time I passed the desk. We were told that breakfast would be eggs and a side of meat. It was biscuits and gravy......YUCK. Thank goodness for the waffles! Beds were comfortable though!! Pool was great....heated water and with a slide!!!

Staff member when we checked in was Amazing! Waterslide was so much fun for the whole family. Breakfast was yummy. Room was as described on the websites. We would stay here again.

I was really impressed with the staff at this location. We originally were only planning to take 1 kid on our trip, but ended up taking all 3 of our kids. I asked for a rollaway bed for our daughter and they upgraded us to a suite free of charge so my daughter could sleep on a pull out bed and we had more space. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, it was so thoughtful. The only bummer was my kids were looking forward to the waterslide, but they only turn it on Friday and Saturday nights. The breakfast was great, except I had a hard time finding low carb options for a keto diet. But that's pretty common anywhere you go. Overall, a great hotel experience.
