Room felt dirty, carpet was rolling up, the chair was ripped, outlet covers were broke. The pool was not open.

First room I was given was dirty, slept in bed and garbage everywhere. And the next room the light switch didn’t work so had to use a flashlight to find the lamps and turn them on and the bathroom in the pool area was covered in feces. Would not stay here ever again.

Place needs updated. Pealing paint broken moldings poor drainage in shower and sink. Outside broken pallets by door. Trash in the ditches by parking lot. Sprinkler fire system out of order

Melted ice cream in our refrigerator, old used coffee grounds in the coffee maker, small non smart tv, old sunk in bed, no screen on window. Same hot breakfast everyday sausage patty & round eggs. Also charged$20 per day per dog.

The room was not the cleanest. The pool and hot tub were not in working order. There was a sign from the fire Marshall that noted there were no functioning sprinklers in the hotel in the event of a fire. The side door did not work with a key card, and also did not close properly. Ended up having to walk to the front of the hotel to get back in. The front desk agent was very kind, that’s about the only thing this hotel has short of bed bugs and broken furniture.
