Breakfast was very good. Staff were great. My only complaint was the fact that the pool was not clean.

The way back door has been unlocked for like at least a year since weve been staying there, keys didnt work the best, hot tub was broken

We enjoyed the pool closing at midnight. We arrived late and was nice to utilize such a clean pool, hottub and sauna. Also it was quiet and comfortable. The continental breakfast offered some great options, and was hot and fresh! We will be staying again in the future.

I sayed at the place for two nights. First there was no tv in the room and then when they put one in nothing but the basic channels worked. My kids couldnt swim because the pool was closed. In talking with other guests the pool has been closed for months. I booked a suite for the in room whirlpool and they are all broken with no water coming to them. Finally, the doors around the facility do not lock. There is no need for key cards to access the building. The doors just open.

The water in the pool was really cold. And the bathroom in the pool area looked like there was a fight in there. And i thought i seen mold it that bathroom as well.

Pool was cold, terrible seating around the pool. Air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly. Curtains falling off the rods. Room smelled terrible. Toilet was sweating. Cabinet that holds the refrigerator was chipped up terrible under it. You could see it at the bottom of the refrigerator.

The hotel was dirty. I feel like I need to go home and shower afterwards. There was extensive damage to the room-holes in carpet, holes in walls, the bathroom was gross.

I am not a hard to please person and I rarely give bad reviews. Please let management know that the rooms definitely need updating and renovation. Carpet is very old and gross. Bed sheets and comforters are so worn out and discolored. I was very upset to pay $180 for a 1-star hotel. Apparently there was an event so obviously rates were maxed out for hotels in the area. Glad we only made reservations for one night only even though we really needed a 2-nt stay. Will not stay here again. The front desk lady was very nice and had great customer service skills.

Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. The room was horribly dirty. The carpet was not vacuumed and under the hide-a-bed there were toys and wrappers. Decor needs updating…. Breakfast was lame, service was super poor. I waited at the front desk to check in so the girl could finish her conversation on her personal cell phone.

Our room was filthy. We asked for a different room which was even worse. Blood on the walls and floor. Terrible. Paid a lot of money for this room. Never again.

The room smelt horrible! The shower curtain was very musty and shower was dirty. The room had holes in the wall that were half replastered and unpainted . Not very clean

Stinky, musky rooms. Cereal on the floor, mirror uncleaned, windows left unlocked in both rooms, big bug crawling in the shower, hair in the tub, somebody’s food left in the fridge, uncomfortable beds, No confidence that the rooms were clean or sanitary or vacuum or sheets changed…. I just don’t know. uncomfortable pillows, nasty egg puff rounds and dried out sausage for breakfast, stinky, musty smell in the pool area, tv didn’t pick up any channels so the attendant gave the WiFi passcode to use the internet for shows, just a general over all run down, unkept, unmaintained, uninvested, uncared for hotel. Very surprised at this Wyndham chain for the very low level of management and investment of this hotel. It’s sad. Probably won’t ever stay here again even though it’s right in the place we need to be for family holidays Bummer.

This place was the most run down, dirty place, I have ever stayed at in my life!!! The carpets were sticky and gross, to the point I wore my shoes to get up and use the bathroom during the night! The remote had the back missing, dirty ceiling, and just overall a run down hole in the wall place to stay for the price I paid!!! You need to update or at least clean!!!

Carpeting all over was filth, kitchen floor was sticky, many things in need of repair, screw holes and missing hardware on the door and frames. bathroom door in the pool area didn't close properly, let alone lock. individual in car in the parking lot smoking pot. We did not even want to take our shoes off in the room. We tried through our third party agent to get a refund, They refused.

Very run down and the room smelt horrible. I just felt dirty the entire time we were there. No internet that actually works more then a minute before freezing. Find a better place

Remote on TV did not work. Little fridg froze everything.

Minimal food choices, older property showing age, mattress that sagged and creaked.

Hotel in dire need of updates with stained old carpet, mattress sagged, old, unsupportive & springs squeaked. They painted over picture hangers & never hung pictures back up 🙄 breakfast edible but nothing to make note of. Staff was friendly though & we fortunately only needed to stay one night

Staff wasn’t very nice let alone there Wi-Fi didn’t work nor did there satellite tv

Our room was near the front desk and the noise was terrible. We were woke up in the middle of the night by a discussion of staff about cleaning a toilet right outside our door. The toilet in our room was continually draining water and would loudly refill the tank every ten minutes or so. This was not a restful night sleep. On the flip side the staff at check in was very nice!

I'll start by saying that the staff people were friendly and helpful. With regard to the facility itself, the lighting was low. Higher output LED lights would have made the experience much better, with little cost to the management. Only one light of two above the sink was lit. On my first night of three, the shower drain was largely plugged. I reported that the next day, and the problem was solved for the next day. The toilet slowly ran water the whole time, which I think should be a concern for the proprietors, who pay for the water usage. A pool of water eventually appeared around the toilet. Service of the rooms is minimal. It appears to be limited to replacement of used towels and washcloths (this is not due to the workers there, who receive their instructions from management). One of the electrical outlets under the desk/table was dead. Overall I would have expected a much better experience from what I had expected to be a classic US motel. I'll consider staying there again solely for the fact that it's very conveniently located for the places in the vicinity that I want to visit. On the other hand, for my next visit to the area I'll definitely be looking at other lodging.

Checking into the hotel, they asked for my driver's license, suddenly I noticed they were taking a picture on a personal cell phone. The attendant was very apologetic and kind about it and and said that it was unfortunately due to their printer not functioning currently, therefore he took pictures of ID's and then used his email from his phone to email the company email address. He was more than willing to delete the image from his phone in front of me, but that didn't rid it from his personal email account in the sent folder. The room was in poor condition, a patched hole in our shower surround, spackled wall above the shower surround, stretched out carpet in the room. The bed was worn, as I could feel a sinking spot in the mattress where it has been used.

Our stay was just ok. We are an older couple and we were on the 2nd floor with no elevator. We had a lot of suitcases. The guy that checked us in helped. But leaving we had to carry them down. This hotel needs a major remodel. It was just horrible with no smart tv. Carpet look like from the 1970's. I would not recommend this place for more then a night. We stayed for 3 nights and it was just ok

The gentleman that checked us in was the only good experience we had, after that it was all down hill. When we went into the room, it smelt of must terribly. After a few hours, we discovered it was coming from the AC unit. The hotel was booked out for the weekend, so we just turned the unit off and kept the shades closed. Our room had conjoining doors on both sides - one hotel room and the storage/back office area for the staff. We didn’t have issues with the conjoining room, but on night 1 from 11:30pm-1am a staff member was fumbling around with things in the office and we could hear it clear as day. We didn’t realize this was where the sound was coming from until the next morning when 2-3 staff members were having a conversation (including cus words) at a voice volume suitable for outdoor conversations. I was woken up at 7am by this conversation. When I went to the desk to express my concerns, the front desk ladies response was “we weren’t yelling” and “well I guess we’ll stay out from back there then”, not once apologizing and being sarcastic - they can be back there and do the job without having an outdoor conversation at 7am. The next morning, there was a group of 3-4 staff back in the office having a conversation about going out and the person who wanted to “f***” her but she doesn’t “f*** ratchet people”. Luckily, this conversation didn’t happen until 9:30am when we were already awake, but a HIGHLY inappropriate conversation to be having where guests can hear.

The woman working the front desk was so helpful! Nice, kind and very resourceful!!!!

Like always my stay was amazing i swear I've yet to be dissatisfied! Jaime is always so sweet and welcoming and the housekeeping staff always makes sure my room is spotless!

Very friendly and accommodating staff

I stay frequently here since its close to my work and I've yet to have a bad experience! All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful especially Jaime always has a smile on her face!

We had a great stay. Excellent breakfast options. Front desk and housekeepers were awesome. When we come down next year, we plan on staying there

Major problems checking in. Room was dirty. Pool area had mold. Lock problems with the room door. Bed sagged to the middle. Unsupervised kids running late at night. Positive note was that the coffee at breakfast was good. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The front desk associate running this hotel was extremely rude, made my family pay for a whole seperate room just because they had a dog they had already paid a pet fee and he refused to refund the other room. Once the manager came they got a refund but it was ridiculous! Also the room was filthy, stains and holes everywhere will never stay here again.

Nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Housekeeping decided daily whether or not to empty trash and renew towels. The new gentleman on nights was not willing to go out of his way for anything. All in all was well worth the money.

This location is less than a mile from my work where I drive truck to Florida and California and back so very convenient! And its priced lower than the other folks in the area and staff is extremely polite

Decent hotel for my needs. Employees were all very friendly and helpful. Sidewalk into hotel from parking needs some attention. Big holes in areas. Had to tilt my daughters wheelchair to get over them, but overall would stay again!

Motel was a little older, but clean. Staff was super courteous and attentive. Area was quiet and monitored with cameras. Pool was clean. Hot tub was a little cold, but clean. Close to restaurants and stores. A very pleasant stay!! Definitely recommended!!!

Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the pool. It was close to the fields for the soccer tournament.

Light industrial area, unsightly. Grounds and bldg maintenance lacking. Bed was terrible, saggy. Breakfast area poorly attended, hot food ran out and not replenished for many guests. Smokers often lingering outside both doorways.

Carpeting and runners were absolutely dirty and worn out. Clearly need replacement to bring motel up to decent. Apparently haven’t had a manager come through in quite a while. Or recent dirt wear not cleaned up!

Convenient spot

Very good place to stay as it is on a service road beside the main road so it safe to enter and exit the property. Very comfortable room with refrigerator and microwave. Pool and hot tub available. Decent breakfast on offer. Quiet and well located. Good value for the rate.

Reviews for this hotel stated rooms a little musty and beat up. It was a bit, nothing major. I took incense and hotel & room was very clean. Staff was awesome. Handicapped room was booked so gave us one close to entrance. 92 y/o mother slipped in room while there and male employee was able to assist in helping me get her up. Was least expensive and 7 minutes to visit our family.

Room was not. GFCI RECEPTACLE in bathroom was worn out, would not even hold a plug. Another recep was half broken out. Toilet ran all night. Breakfast was not good at all

I am not one to complain about much, but this was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. When we first arrived, our door on our room 120 was hard to open and completely shut. The room smelled terrible like it hadn't been cleaned and smoked in. When I went to get ice from the ice machine, an elderly man had just injured his foot on the bed frame and was bleeding all over the place. There wasn't any staff around to help with getting him health assistance or cleaning/sanitizing for bloodborne illness. The next morning we went to eat breakfast at 6:15 and the food wasn't ready yet. Once the food was ready about 6:25, I made cereal for my son and the milk was clabbered. The date on the milk was in-date, but two of the milk cartons were bad. I would be concerned for the temp in the refrigerator. I ended up getting eggs and sausage and the sausage was cold. I was going to heat it up in the microwave, but the microwave was out of order, so I heated it up in our room. The coffee was light brown and the orange juice was mostly water. The hotel operations at this location, in my observation, is ran cheaply and has a clear disregard for environmental health and food safety. We will never stay at this hotel again.

I accidentally signed up for a handicap room which I didnt need. I asked for a regular room and they said because I booked thru hotels.com they would not change it. The carpet was old and had bunched up in places. The metal door frame in the bathroom was peeling and rusty. There were holes in the curtains. Breakfast was awful. The sausage appeared to be reheated from the day before

Check was good. It was an average say. The pool was not working, and I had to had to have the guy from the front desk come up to get the TV channels. He scanned for channels and things worked. That is till the next morning when I then had to scan for channels to get the TV to work. Breakfast was so so as the circuit to the waffle maker and toaster went out. Great part was that the room cleaning guy volunteered to help take my bags down as I checked out - he was great!!
