Good only a bit noisy at night since it’s so close to the airport

The rooms are dirty and outdated & there’s barely any parking & the staff were rude & unprofessional

The staff at the front desk was great. But the room when we arrived the door was open and the refrigerator was moved to the middle of the floor. It was cold outside that night so with the door being left open the room was freezing. It's took quite a while for it to warm up

Hotel had a power outage which was understandable and out of their control, we asked if we were still able to shower and use the restroom. We were told yes, assuming the hot water was gas ran. The water was ice cold and we were not able to shower. I am still frustrated that I paid the full rate for a room when we couldn’t even shower. No heat? Sure no WiFi? Sure who needs those luxuries.. a hot shower is a minimum expectation in a hotel room. If we were told when we asked about the showers that no the water is ice cold, we would’ve had different expectations going in.

They had no parking available, and gave us a dirty room. We were given a new room, but after power outage rooms were cold as heat wasn’t on but warmed up quickly. You ride the elevator in the dark at this place!
