The property was perfect for our family reunion. The yard was lovely and the location was perfect for day trips to local attractions.

Sue and Rakesh were very quickly available in communication and help as soon as I booked and during our stay. I did encounter a little trouble receiving the door access code-but called and they helped me right away. The cottage is exactly as pictured-bright, roomy, clean, lots of household supplies, an amazing welcome bottle of wine-an outstanding booklet of information about the cottage, surrounding area, emegency help details, pool instructions; bonus points for that! Labels on cupboard doors, so it was easy to find things in the kitchen-cool idea! I stayed the long weekend in May with my daughter and dog. Beautifully landscaped and the salt water pool was open and warm for us. The landscaping is so beautiful front and back. The neighbourhood is quiet and great for dog walking. 2 minute drive to major grocery store and eateries. Lots of hot water and excellent water pressure. Guest access to Prime and Netfilx. Excellent barbque-we used a few times, no problems. Outdoor garbage and recylce containers. We really enjoyed our stay-you will too if you book! Thank you again Sue and Rakesh! It was a great stay, being in a nice and quiet spot in kingsville, with 3 nice bedrooms and a huge, warm pool. Overall, 10/10 family stay.
