Illinois Beach Hotel

Room was spotless! Hotel was quiet and only noise I heard was guests coming and going in the hallway. The view from my room (211) was beautiful and relaxing. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. There is a pool area that’s under construction and will be a nice, added amenity.

I was unable to stay in the room, there was mold on the ceiling. The bathroom was very dirty, there was lots of spider webs and dust on the walls and floors. the walls are paper thin and you could hear all noise above and beside you the hotel claims to be a non-smoking hotel, but our upstairs neighbors were smoking marijuana, and the smell lingered into our room. The bed frame was coming apart overall a shame because the place has great potential. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and were very apologetic about the conditions of the room, but they were unable to offer a refund because I booked through Hotels.com.

No view in room, no breakfast, no late check out. Outdated bathroom

Was an wonderful experience. The staff was very kind and helpful. The view was amazing. Highly recommend any time of the year!

The staff was great. There was funk smell in the first room we were assigned to and the front desk associate gave us a free uograde to a much more beautiful room. Which, we REALLY appreciated.
