Room was clean and in good shape. Front desk staff was quick, helpful, and friendly. We were not told we need a voucher for the free breakfast and the attendant was a little rude about it, but took our room number and it didn’t come up again. The bar never had staff when I went.

The lobby was impressive with a large fountain, ample seating areas, and high ceilings. We were greeted with fresh chocolate chip cookies, which our kids greatly enjoyed. It was nice to have a convenient snack area with drinks, chips, and even fresh sandwiches and salad options that we could add to our room. The complimentary Starbucks coffee was nice too. This property had a restaurant on-site, and the portions were generous. The swimming pool and hot tub were great amenities. The gym was one of the better hotel gyms I've seen. I enjoyed a nice workout both times we stayed here. The area had many restaurant options, a short drive away. The parking lot was monitored with security and we felt very safe staying here.

The room looked nothing like the photos, especially the bathroom. The photo has a beautiful stand up shower, and the real one had a trashy looking tub. The bathroom door also didn't lock. The AC unit was actively falling apart as well. The hot tub had broken jets that didn't shoot water out and instead shot water straight up out of the tub? Overall not a great experience, but I needed a place to stay so it is what it is I guess.

Problem with dinner in the bar area. Waited over 15 min. to be recognized we were there. Dinner was good once we got it. Had similar problem getting breakfast. Nobody was in sight to pay for it. I was honest & went to check-in to add it to my bill.

The hotel rooms need a little bit of updating, but the hotel itself is very nice. While we were there, there was a wedding reception in the lobby, which was kind of odd, but overall we had a great experience, and the staff was very friendly The food in the restaurant inside the hotel was absolutely delicious

The hotels appearance was great. There was ample parking and the rooms were adequate stocked, minus linen for the sofa-bed. They prompt deniers them to the room. The doubletree is known for their delicious cookies. For some strange reason, they were as hard as rocks, and the staff presented them anyway. Lastly there was a baby roach in the bathroom that evening. I was only there overnight, so hopefully it was isolated. A huge plus for me was the condition of the carpet throughout the hotel. It was fairly new and void of odor and stains.

Perfect accomodations , Great pool/hot tub, Great staff. Best of all was free shuttle from airport and short rides locally, This is my place whenever Im back in my old stompimg grounds! Only advice would be to be stricter on parents and coaches control of their youth teams staying there.

I don't understand this is the second hotel that I've got to hotels.com it said it had free breakfast and it was not. Last time we stayed the same thing happened and they ran out of breakfast at 9:00 it was supposed to end at 10:00, and I had two children with me.. we specifically got this particular hotel and paid a little more for the jacuzzi in the pool and guess what jacuzzi in a pool didn't work. I mean it's ridiculous and when you say something they want you to tell them what you're going to do with the other pillow? Doesn't make sense does it that's what I think too, if something is written it so then it should be done and if it's not there should be some kind of compensation or gesture towards understanding this was messed up

Manager put us in a quiet zone. No issues with guests but cleaning staff were super loud cleaning room next to our room. Talking super loud around 1am. Banging around. Indoor pool was unheated and couldn't swim. Maintenance issues noted as well.

Hotel was dirty and smelled gross. Bathroom and rooms were so nasty we left a night early. None of the ice machines were working. Only plus was the FD agent as he was helpful and the bar lady when we needed a hot water. Otherwise please invest in renovating your rooms and common spaces. Maybe bringing on more housekeepers during a slower ADR week and doing an extreme deep clean. It was disgusting.

We stayed for two nights. They didn't even do the service. We called and no one answered. I had to go to the front desk to tell them. They then sent a person but all she did was to bring some fresh towels, bed sheets, and bottle water. We have to change the bed sheets ourselves.

Parking and location was convenient. I reserved two queen beds, but Expedia booked me into one king and a sleeper sofa. Hotel was able to switch us to a room with two wueen beds. The room was very musty and the comfort on the bend was damp as if it hadn’t been dried- fortunately housekeeping was terrific in replacing the comforter. However, the carpet in the room was horribly sticky not something to walk on with bare feet- and the room continued to smell vey musty- we stayed out two booked nights but switched to another hotel fora third night. Again,staff was great, but the carpet in the room was awful and the musty smell made me think there were problems that were beyond general housekeeping- everything else was very clean and stocked.

The property grounds is well maintained, the hotel is very clean with a very nice ambiance. The rooms are not cleaned daily and the bathroom was very dirty when I checked in. I had to clean it myself as the housekeeper had left for the day.

Very friendly staff and clean hotel. Bed was hard and couldn’t get anyone to answer at the front desk in the morning. Tried both dialing 0 on the room phone and calling the hotel number from my cell phone several times. All in all would recommend.

HORRIBLE mattresses, I checked out with back pain & insomnia! The AC was so loud and not consistent. Toilet didn’t work properly. The big floor lamp didn’t work. I will NEVER go back again or recommend it for anyone!

I booked my stay with my virtual card but upon arrival I was requested to pay my deposit by tapping only. I am new here and don’t have apple pay set up. I just had to sit in the lobby for hours and eventually left without being able to check in.

We stayed on Sep. 14 . When we checked in they charged me for the room again even though I had reserved and payed through Expedia when I booked it I even showed them the receipt that it had been paid. They were suppose to release my funds back and I have yet received anything. I keep calling and they keep sending me to a voicemail because the general manager is not in office. I did speak to someone on 9/20 and she said she was going to email me my receipt that they did in fact release my money back but I never got the email or my refund. All the back and forth makes me think they are going to scam me for double charging me and not give back my refund.

Imagine my surprise when I scanned my key to my room & open the door to find someone sitting in front of the mirror putting on makeup. Had to go back down to front desk from 3rd floor to find out that person had housekeeping let them into our room! Then we had to get a new room, after standing in line for 30 minutes to check in. Then had to drag all of our belongings to the 6th floor to a new room. I was very upset that I was having to do all the running back & forth when someone else did something unacceptable.

After I experienced that in real time, I attempted to bring this to management’s attention, but the gesture was entirely ignored. Horrible service, disorganized system, and no attempt to acknowledge how these shortfalls may affect the experience. Love me a Hilton - but this one represents horribly. I appreciate the reps who offered apologies when I answered their questions about how my stay was, and they were lovely. I get that this place is in transition - but state that somewhere, so patrons can understand why their experience may be a sub-standard one.

Very friendly staff and clean hotel. Bed was hard and couldn’t get anyone to answer at the front desk in the morning. Tried both dialing 0 on the room phone and calling the hotel number from my cell phone several times. All in all would recommend.

The lobby was impressive with a large fountain, ample seating areas, and high ceilings. We were greeted with fresh chocolate chip cookies, which our kids greatly enjoyed. It was nice to have a convenient snack area with drinks, chips, and even fresh sandwiches and salad options that we could add to our room. The complimentary Starbucks coffee was nice too. This property had a restaurant on-site, and the portions were generous. The swimming pool and hot tub were great amenities. The gym was one of the better hotel gyms I've seen. I enjoyed a nice workout both times we stayed here. The area had many restaurant options, a short drive away. The parking lot was monitored with security and we felt very safe staying here.

We were staying here overnight from Canada for Movement Festival. The hotel was very easy to get to right off of the bridge. I called a couple days before and spoke with Brandon who ensured we got an early check in as we wanted to be downtown by 3pm and he took care of us no questions asked. The room was clean. The TV was brand new. We appreciate that the room has body lotion on demand as well as some good shampoo and body wash. Not a tonne to do in the area but as far as essential goods for a pleasure trip the area had everything you needed. Our only recommendation would be more of a plush, duvet style, top blanket for the beds. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay overall.

Great location for a business conference at a neighboring venue and a quick hop from the airport. Everything you're looking for is a short driving distance (shops, home center, etc...) The staff is extremely polite and helpful and there was no issue during my stay. Some parts of the hotel show a little wear and tear (bathroom, elevators) but it's to be expected and not really a problem.

The area was quiet and beautiful, not crowded so less traffic attached to highway, but somehow my GPS was not showing correct location of the Hotel Building, so move around sometime. I did not like Bathroom design, especially the bathing area, due to design there was water accumulation outside bath area and which was irritating.

Room was clean and in good shape. Front desk staff was quick, helpful, and friendly. We were not told we need a voucher for the free breakfast and the attendant was a little rude about it, but took our room number and it didn’t come up again. The bar never had staff when I went.

The place is beautiful. The staff was friendly, room was nice and clean, the hotel seems to be eco friendly. The only complaint I have is the breakfast they offer. Way too little for such a steep price. If I knew I’d had skip it and gone elsewhere.

Problem with dinner in the bar area. Waited over 15 min. to be recognized we were there. Dinner was good once we got it. Had similar problem getting breakfast. Nobody was in sight to pay for it. I was honest & went to check-in to add it to my bill.

The hotel rooms need a little bit of updating, but the hotel itself is very nice. While we were there, there was a wedding reception in the lobby, which was kind of odd, but overall we had a great experience, and the staff was very friendly The food in the restaurant inside the hotel was absolutely delicious

I think the property is too old, it doesnt smell good. The restaurant was open on a very limited hours of service. They didnt help us with the cleaning of the room. Overall disappointing.

Staff was pretty wonderful, room was clean, the bar poured drinkable drinks— the only thing was that every time we entered our room, we all got so stuffed up and it was hard to breathe, which made for not great sleep, and every time we left, we all could breathe again. It’s like they need to change all of the air filters in the hotel because there’s a ton of particulates in the air.

Very nice hotel. Stayed 2 nights. Individual reservation both times. The clerk on the 1st night was very professional and courteous. The 2nd night, not so much. But no big deal, I just needed a room key. The fitness room has a utility room that had an annoying whining sound. I didn't have my ear buds so it became a bit much. Very basic weights, but you can make it work. Planet Fitness almost next door if you have that membership. Had the usual cardio machines. Rooms were good. Bed was comfortable, but I'm not picky. I could smell that someone was smoking, but most hotels don't really take control of that, so it is what it is. Over all, very nice hotel, safe location, a Wendy's right by hotel if you want to grab something cheaper to eat than hotels restaurant.
