Very clean. Excellent house!

The check in was ridiculous. The phone number listed on the email went to a different rental agency. They had to patch is into the correct company. Who then said they couldn't get the check in code to us because they were driving. Sent us to another person, all while waiting in the 92 degree sun (we were on bikes, no car for ac) she made is wait while she composed a text with the information, instead of just telling us while on the phone. The home itself was very clean and quiet.

The home was excellent- comfortable, clean, great amenities, close to restaurants and shopping, and in a quiet neighborhood.

The house was very nice, in a good neighborhood, close to stores, Fountain Park and trail hikes. The master bedroom was pitch black and very quiet and good for sleeping. Night lights were there, if needed. It had a good heat/AC system, well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, everything you might need, except food. It was 10 times better than a hotel. We will definitely stay there again. There were some communication glitches and confusion regarding the check in procedure and check out instructions.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
